"The room was old, there were few outlets, and it was not very easy to use. The location from the room is not good. The refrigerator was so small that I couldn't cool a lot of drinks. The bed was comfortable and the towels were changed every day. The location of the breakfast venue was good and the breakfast was delicious with many kinds. The pool is small but deep and I was able to enter comfortably. The jacuzzi didn't work even if I pressed the button, and some people were smoking while smoking, so the water was dirty and I couldn't put it in. However, there is no special place to mention, and when I stayed in Paris, Lyon and Marseille and walked, I felt that this hotel was expensive."

"Absolutely Fabulous. From the moment we arrived until we left. The dinner was great, the entertainment very nice ( both nights) simply a nice place to be at. The tram from Airport to the Port Lympia then a 10 minutes walk in a nice area too is straightforward ! A special big thank you to OUSAMA, EUGENIE and VALERE but the whole TEAM is top. Thank you all at MAMA SHELTER🌸🙌🏽"

"Overall, I was satisfied, but I kept hearing a 'ding-dong' knocking sound, which I didn't experience on the 6th floor a few days ago. I'm on the 4th floor now, so maybe they're doing some maintenance. Also, a 100 Euro deposit is required for every stay, even though the full payment has already been made. This seems a bit unreasonable; even the famous Swiss hotels only charge a 1 Euro deposit. Hmm."

"The staff were really friendly, and the room was spacious with a beautiful view. The facilities felt more like a 3-star hotel, but everything was clean and well-stocked, which made up for it. The location is fantastic – I could walk to almost all the popular spots, and it's super close to both the airport and train station. If I ever come back to Nice, I'd definitely book this hotel again."

Each room has free Wi-Fi, which is also available throughout the hotel. There are superior rooms and junior suites with coffee and tea making facilities. Breakfast will be a great start to your day, with a wide variety of cold cuts, cheeses, and fresh pastries, served along with hot and cold beverages. Dinner can be enjoyed inside at L'Oliveraie or on our rooftop terrace, where can you take in the panoramic views of the city whilst tucking into the French Niçoise cuisine. The rooftop also has a bar, where you can sip on an expertly crafted cocktail, or take a dip and sunbathe at the outdoor pool. Here, we also hold regular barbeques on warm sunny days. To stay fit during your trip, head to the free gym. There are 3 meeting rooms accommodating up to 80 people and our friendly staff can arrange catering and tech support.
"The location is about 1.5 kilometers from the beach. There is a road under construction in front of the door, which is a bit messy. There is a supermarket not far away. Parking is in a parking building across the road. You need to go to the front desk to get a barcode before driving over. You have to scan the barcode twice to enter and exit the parking building, which is a test of thinking and action ability. To put it bluntly, it is a bit confusing. The hotel facilities are not bad, but it is a bit old. I don’t know if it’s the water pipes or some equipment that occasionally starts at night, it’s a bit noisy. It’s just like that if you pass by and stay for one night."

"The hotel has got a prefect location in the Nice centre and offers some unique facility - roof swimming pool and seats for the tan. We had just a one serious problem in the bathroom - water have spread out from the douche pipe apart the main spray so we can not use it. We waited for 3 days since our claim while they fix it. Pity."

"Great hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows: 1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do. 2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him. 3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it). 4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock. Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need."

"Spectacular hotel, excellent location right on the Promenade de Anglais so sea is just on the front. Staff is extremely helpful, the room was clean with good amenities. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast options were good but i missed a coffee machine - only brewed coffee available with milk on the side Also upon check in you will need to pay 100eur deposit, which I was not aware of at first, but maybe it was just me not checking thoroughly. Upon check out it was refunded within 10-15mins"
