"We booked a queen-size bed but were upgraded to 2 queen beds upon check-in, which we didn't need, but thanks anyway.
Unlike the other reviews I read, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. There were enough towels too which I like. We were just a bit distracted by the noise coming from the upper level but it’s a minor issue. Not enough hot water for the shower and please be careful as the tub is slippery when wet.
They have a decent selection of breakfast too. May I just suggest that the lady making pancakes be jolly and smile at guests, as it adds positive vibes. 😊
Overall, even if it's not too close to the falls, we’ll definitely come back here."

The building and the rooms are historical but the hardware is up-to-date. Our room is on second floor and there’s an elevator for moving up our suitcases. The common area is classy and the furniture is well maintained. Location is great, only a 10-15 minutes drive to the Clifton Hill and the Falls area. Last but not least, the breakfasts are FAB! Homemade but hotel quality! We both hope that we can return during summer time.

Guest UserI had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance

Good location, the airport to the Tian Station walk to the hotel for about ten minutes, the hotel to the city and the pier are ten minutes walk, the room is relatively large, and there is a street to see a lot of XD

It was further from the center of Niagara than I expected, and the city bus that stops right in front of the hotel is convenient, but the city bus arrival and departure information is not linked to Google, so I was quite confused. It may be good for those who have a rental car. The hotel interior is average and clean. The lighting is a little dim. The children were delighted with the playroom and pool. They gave us vouchers for the game center, and the staff was very kind. There is a washing machine, but depending on the room, you have to pass a cabana and it is far away. There were groups in the cabana that were making noise until late at night, and they would call out to people with children, which was unpleasant.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to almost all attractions and facilities. The staff is also very friendly. There is a little noise if you are near the parking space, but it is acceptable.

The hotel is built on a slope, and the waterfall viewing platform is just a five-minute walk downhill, which is very convenient. However, the hotel is a bit old. Free parking is available, offering good value for money.

We originally booked March 12-14. Then we changed to 1 night march 13-14 but looks like the hotel did not received this update. It was updated in the app and was paid 1 night ahead of time but the date was not changed at the hotel. Good thing they still have room available and the frontdesk is very professional and took good care of it. Pool is warm and very clean. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast we were expecting better but overall it is worth it. We did not pay for parking. Thank you so much! 😊

I checked in late and they kindly guided me.
Overall, the facilities are old, but considering the location, I think they are good value for money.
I didn't use the breakfast because it had a lot of bad content.

stay was good, the service wasn't bad the facilities wasn't all that great because they were doing some construction work there while guest was there no I didn't enjoy the breakfast because every morning is the same thing for breakfast but overall the room was nice and clean bathroom was well clean the only problem I have is they can provide bottle water in each room and a kettle in case you fell sick or you need a cup of warm tea but apart from that everything was ok I would go back or recommend anyone to the inn

The hotel is very close to the Great Waterfall and not far from walking. Therefore, the hotel began to charge for parking, but fortunately, the network helped solve the problem.
The yard is very noisy at night, quiet until midnight
Breakfast can be taken with yogurt, bar, juice, apple bags.
Overall, the price is not bad.
