What surprised me even more was that Ada accurately recognized my membership and upgraded my room. The free Wi-Fi in the room was stable, the facilities were complete, there was ample 24-hour hot water, and the heating was excellent, making it exceptionally warm in the cold Northeast. The breakfast was plentiful and substantial, with a wide variety of Chinese stir-fries, freshly cooked noodles, fresh fruit, whole-wheat bread, and local specialty snacks to satisfy different tastes. Choosing the right guesthouse in Hengdaohezi is absolutely key for a great trip, and this one made our vacation incredibly happy! The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill. The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere. The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

We traveled from Harbin Station by train to our destination Yabuli Station and the host provided a rental car for 2 days. Home stay is quite good, clean, the host is very caring and helpful. There is a simple local breakfast. Other meals You can order with the host's mother, but there are no pictures to show. So you have to order simple food like dumplings or omelette and take a walk near the village. For traveling around the village and dropping off at Jingbo lake the next day.

I drove to Hengdao Town from Jixi during the May Day holiday and chose a sunroom. It started raining near our arrival, so we didn't do much that day. Amenities: It had a fireplace. It was cold and rainy that day, but the owner helped light the fireplace, which made the room very warm. She also kindly told us that the water would be turned off at 10 p.m., so we should get ready early. Cleanliness: Very satisfactory. The environment was great, as you can see in the pictures. Venue: Very nice. Service: The owner, a local, was very friendly and helpful. She recommended a shop that sold homemade frozen blackcurrant juice, which was especially delicious. I'd definitely go back if I had the chance 😄

First off, our butler was incredibly enthusiastic! I'd asked in advance about activities and good photo spots, and they answered everything perfectly. My child had a blast, and I got some great photos too! They picked us up and dropped us off at the station upon arrival and departure, personally showed us around Snow Town, and even helped me with tickets for Bangchuishan. It was fantastic! The room was very clean and warm, with complete facilities. The bed was so big, I didn't have to worry about my child falling off. All three meals could be had at the hotel, which was very convenient, and they even treated us to frozen pears! My child said they want to come back to Snow Town next year and stay here again!

The room is clean, but there is a cold wind coming in through the window. Please give the boss another quilt. I will sleep until dawn. Although it is on the first floor, it is very quiet at night. It will not be noisy to rest. It is next to Jingbo Lake, but it is recommended that you still drive to the entrance of the scenic spot. There is still some road to walk inside, so it would be better if you can walk less

(This is absolutely, 100% genuine and I'm so touched!!!) My boyfriend and I traveled together, and we only booked this hotel in Xuexiang the night before, but it turned out to be the luckiest decision I made on this trip! Shortly after booking, they assigned us an incredibly enthusiastic butler! From travel itinerary planning to basic hotel services, he was almost always online 24/7. He explained all the activities available in the scenic area, customized our route based on our preferences, helped us book all our tickets, and even arranged our return transportation to Harbin, considering the heavy snow might block roads. Ahhh, seriously, if we had any questions or didn't know where to go, we could ask him and he'd reply instantly! So cool! When we got back to the hotel at 11 PM, the hotel restaurant was closed, and there was no delivery service in Xuexiang. But our butler first prepared frozen pears, frozen persimmons, and other fruits for us, and then went out into the snow, checking multiple stores to get us dinner 🥹 (He truly anticipated all our needs and proactively recommended more cost-effective options – he's seriously so genuine 🥹) The hotel restaurant service was also excellent; the dishes were incredibly fresh and delicious! Today was so much fun! We saw thick snow, snow mushrooms, visited **Qiang's house, watched Northeast Errenzhuan (a local folk art), rode snow tubes on Bangchui Mountain, participated in a 'down jacket disco,' and embraced under the fireworks! So, I believe that the key to every trip is the encounters you make. We were so fortunate to encounter a hotel that provided such immense emotional value. This was a truly wonderful experience and a very romantic trip. In the vast, icy, and wild Northeast, gentle fairy tales can be told…💕

The hotel is located within the scenic area, which means a long walk from the main entrance. We booked a family room, which was very spacious, but the bathroom was right by the entrance. The vanity area was inconveniently placed when opening the door, and the clothes hook wasn't fixed properly and kept falling off. The power outlet was behind the curtain, which was annoying because every time I charged my phone, the curtain would open. I had to pull the curtain back several times during the night. The heater was in the bathroom, so we had to leave the door open for the heat to circulate, but it wasn't quite enough to warm up such a large space, possibly due to the very cold temperatures.

The service was excellent, and the hotel felt very clean and cozy with a great design. The staff were warm and attentive, helping with luggage and even bringing it to our room, which made for a really pleasant experience. I was very happy with the bed and bedding; the sheets were silky smooth, and it was so quiet that I slept wonderfully. The rooftop photo area offers fantastic views, and it's also very convenient to walk to the ancient town.

The staff are all welcoming. They really are accommodating and help us with our needs. They also booked us to the private car which made things easier since there's a language barrier. Make sure to have a WeChat app to help with communication. Overall stay is okay, they are really friendly. Location is okay if you don't mind walking from the shuttle bus since they have a butler to pick you up there.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!
