I have to give a good review for this stay. The room is clean and tidy. The boss is very friendly, with the generous and open character of the Northeastern people. We arrived late at night and did not have dinner. The boss's wife even cooked for us personally. The boss and his wife are both very simple and kind people, good at talking and optimistic. Service: This was my first time experiencing hotel service that felt as attentive as Haidilao's – it truly felt like coming home. The staff's constant refrain was, 'Just tell us what you need.' Someone helped with my luggage, breakfast was a relaxed affair, and when I asked if I could heat up food I brought, the response was, 'Of course, just wait.' Someone specifically came to my room, took my food to warm it up, and then brought it back on a plate. I genuinely felt the 'warmth' of their service! Comfort: Their beds and pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm. I really felt the comfort of a boutique Atour hotel, thumbs up! 👍🏻 Photography: Even breakfast here was a treat. The beautifully presented small dishes were perfect for photos, and the view outside the window was stunning too.

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was huge—easily big enough for four or five people in a double room. It's not too far from Snow Town, and the landlady even arranged pick-up and drop-off to Snow Town, and could help book other transportation. The service was absolutely excellent, and the price was very reasonable, offering much better value than the hundreds you'd pay inside Snow Town. They also have stir-fries, iron pot stews, noodles, and dumplings available, which is very convenient.

I rarely review hotels, but I have to commend Zhou Zhanggui Inn this time. After I booked, the owner called us to explain how to get there, which matched my online research. When we arrived at Yabuli West by high-speed speed train, the driver arranged by the owner was already waiting for us. He warmly helped us with our luggage and made sure the car was warm enough for us. The inn's decor truly captured my heart; it reminded me of houses I saw when I was very young, with cozy kang beds and colorful walls. You could even read a newspaper just by looking up! I spent over an hour just taking photos in the room, I just loved it more and more. We had asked the owner to buy fireworks for us in advance, and in the evening, my family and I set them off together, just like celebrating the New Year. It was a truly unforgettable trip, and I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

First off, our butler was incredibly enthusiastic! I'd asked in advance about activities and good photo spots, and they answered everything perfectly. My child had a blast, and I got some great photos too! They picked us up and dropped us off at the station upon arrival and departure, personally showed us around Snow Town, and even helped me with tickets for Bangchuishan. It was fantastic! The room was very clean and warm, with complete facilities. The bed was so big, I didn't have to worry about my child falling off. All three meals could be had at the hotel, which was very convenient, and they even treated us to frozen pears! My child said they want to come back to Snow Town next year and stay here again!

We chose the Retro Era room at Snow Mushroom Hotel in Xuexiang, and it was an amazing experience! The room decor had so much character – old wooden cabinets, floral bedspreads, feather duster hanging on the wall, and antique kettles; every little detail was full of nostalgia. The *kang* (heated brick bed) was wide and super comfortable. The three of us sat cross-legged on it, chatting and playing cards. We could even order food to our room, which really amplified the ambiance. Despite the retro style, the facilities were excellent. They even provided a humidifier, which helped with the dry air. The hygiene was also top-notch; bedding was changed for every guest, and the room was spotless with no strange odors. The hotel's Northeastern dishes were also superb – the river fish, *luandun* (stew), and cabbage dumplings were authentic and generously portioned, offering great value for money. They delivered the food directly to our room, and enjoying authentic Northeastern cuisine on a warm *kang* was pure bliss! The service was also very thoughtful; they contacted us via WeChat before check-in to provide directions and important information. I highly recommend this room type for both family trips and friends traveling together – you won't regret it!

The service was excellent, and the hotel felt very clean and cozy with a great design. I was very happy with the bed and bedding; the sheets were silky smooth, and it was so quiet that I slept wonderfully. The rooftop photo area offers fantastic views, and it's also very convenient to walk to the ancient town.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

There are only five plank road snow view rooms in Xuexiang, all of which are in this hotel. The housekeepers at the front desk are super nice. They will pick you up at the mountain gate. You can find the front desk if you need anything. It is very convenient and warm. And the location is also very good. It is also very close to the big stone tablet. It is very convenient to take the scenic area bus. Xuexiang is really good. The price is not as expensive as it is said. There are also many performances. It is recommended to wear a pair of non-slip and waterproof snow boots, and you must wear gloves 🧤 It is a must for the little fairy who is afraid of cold.

The hotel is great, with a good location near the central square and Qingyun Supermarket, making life very convenient. The hotel has complete facilities, a clean environment, and is not far from major attractions, making it an ideal choice for business travelers!
