MM376146****The room was incredibly clean and well-equipped, with a smart 'XiaoDu' (voice assistant) that made everything so convenient. The thermostat kept the room perfectly warm, I wasn't cold at all, and the kids had a great time. The hotel staff were exceptionally thoughtful and the service was genuinely excellent. When we arrived, they helped us with our luggage using a sled, and when we left, they saw us off. There were also sleds for the children to play with for free. They even offered complimentary frozen pears, frozen persimmons, grapes, and cherry tomatoes. Our butler was very attentive and always ready to answer any questions. It's a fantastic hotel, highly recommended!

MMarcusshanghaiAn absolutely perfect stay that exceeded my expectations, so I want to seriously write down my experience. Even before we arrived in Snow Town, the owner and concierge were constantly updating us on the weather in the scenic area, reminding us to dress warmly, especially the children. We arrived in Snow Town around 6 PM, and the concierge was already waiting for us in the snow and wind, helping us with our luggage. We didn't have to lift a finger ourselves. I had worried after seeing online that tourists often dragged their own suitcases to hotels, but now I realize that worry was completely unnecessary. The hotel's location is super convenient, only about 100 meters from the big stone monument. Upon arrival at the hotel, the owner thoughtfully gave us frozen pears and even offered us extra blankets, concerned we might not have enough. They constantly and thoughtfully told us to contact them anytime if we needed anything, truly making us feel the warmth and hospitality of Northeasterners. The breakfast corn, fried dough sticks, and red date cakes were especially popular with the kids. They also have a coffee bar, and both the cakes and coffee were excellent. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day and was genuinely warm, so we didn't need to wear thick pajamas. If you're too lazy to go out, you can eat at the hotel; the taste, portion sizes, and prices are all great. The kids loved staying here so much they didn't want to leave, saying it was very comfortable 😄 If I have the chance to visit Snow Town again, YunDingXue will definitely be my first choice. The service alone is enough to make you want to return.

PPeace PhatthaWe had a very comfortable and happy stay at Qiuqu Donglai Inn. It was much cheaper compared to the other accomodations in Snow Town, and exceeded our expectations. The owners and staff were very friendly and patient in providing all the help we needed during our stay 😄
Before the trip, it was also easy communicating with the owner through Wechat as she patiently answered all our concerns and even provided us with more guiding tips about our trip there. She helped us to settle mutliple car and bus pickup services to/from the inn as well as to/from Snow Town. This certainly made our planning much easier and convenient as we could plan our days according to the pick-up/ drop-off times.
Additionally, the inn was very cozy with only 2 floors of rooms but it was clean and tidy, exactly as shown in the pictures. The Kang heated beds were comfortable and the toilet was exceptionally clean, with a heater unit and toilet seat. We could also order food from the QR code in the room and have our meals prepared from the kitchen downstairs. The convenience and quality of food definitely left us impressed.
For our trip to Snow Town, the owner provided us with suggestions on activities that we could try and also helped us to book the activity package at a cheaper rate. The owner even prepared some free activities for us to do (Photo-taking with the traditional jacket + Water splashing into ice) but it was rather unfortunate as we could not find time to try it out. You should definitely try it out if you stay here and have the time to do so!
We highly recommend this inn for comfort, convenience and a peace-of-mind when travelling to Snow Town. This will definitely be our go-to accomodation when we are back here for our next visit! 💯

The room looks exactly like the photos so it's clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage from the moment we arrived until we left, even though our bags were very heavy.
They constantly checked if we needed anything or wanted recommendations on where to go, making us feel like we had a personal guide. Even though staff members don’t speak English fluently, they tried their best to communicate, and using Google Translate worked perfectly.
Breakfast was delicious, with a comforting homemade vibe just like food cooked by mom.

LLee Khey YingI was really satisfied with this stay! The owner picked us up and dropped us off at the entrance of Snow Village, and helped us with our luggage the whole time, which was both effortless and heartwarming. As soon as we arrived at the guesthouse, we felt incredibly welcome, and they even helped us book our bus tickets. My child accidentally derailed the bathroom door, and several staff members came to fix it without a word. They also patiently taught us how to play 'splash water into ice,' which made my child very happy. The breakfast was also delicious. The overall experience was excellent, I highly recommend it!

JJenicateoThe best decision we made for our trip to Snow Town was choosing the right hotel! As soon as we got off the car, we were touched by the thoughtfulness of Jingbei Hotel. The owner personally arranged free pick-up and drop-off, so we didn't have to worry about our heavy luggage at all. It was a super convenient journey from the station to the hotel.
After checking in, we were even more pleasantly surprised. The room was incredibly spacious, allowing us to move around freely even with our luggage, without feeling cramped at all. The most important thing was the amazing underfloor heating! After a day of playing in Snow Town, our hands and feet were freezing, but as soon as we entered the room, it instantly became warm and cozy. We didn't even need to bundle up like a dumpling to sleep at night; it was so comfortable we didn't want to get out of bed.
The hotel also has an elevator! For travelers like us with kids and heavy luggage, it was an absolute godsend, no more huffing and puffing up the stairs. The front desk staff were super nice and even thoughtfully recommended some off-the-beaten-path routes in Snow Town, and we had no bad experiences whatsoever.

MM486482****Breakfast for children under 18: The breakfast was plentiful and a pleasant surprise. Everyone says breakfast in Xuexiang is a life-saving meal. I never expected to be able to eat Northeast-style iron pot stew!
Cleanliness: Very clean, with attention to detail.
Environment: The room was spacious with a beautiful view from the window. The child had plenty of space to play in the snow.
Service: The hotel reception was very attentive; they even provided children's slippers and toothbrushes when they saw we had a child.

The room was very clean. We traveled a long way in this remote area, but we found a hotel we liked and were very happy with. The owner even provided clothes for photos. The food in the hotel restaurant was also delicious. I recommend the spicy steamed fish; it was excellent. Overall, I feel we made the right choice in choosing this hotel. Highly recommended!

__WB14120****Location: You can spot Dazhanggui right after getting off the scenic shuttle bus. The room exceeded my expectations, and the service was incredibly attentive. In the evening, the 'bengdi' (a lively dance event with thousands of people) happens right outside the hotel. The hotel rooms are upstairs, and the restaurant is downstairs, which really solved the headache of finding food when traveling with kids. The downstairs restaurant has many options, and the iron pot stew tasted great, plus there was a 'er ren zhuan' (a traditional comedic folk art) performance. My child had a lot of fun.

I like this hotel very much. There are only five plank road snow view rooms in Xuexiang, all of which are in this hotel. The housekeepers at the front desk are super nice. They will pick you up at the mountain gate. You can find the front desk if you need anything. It is very convenient and warm. And the location is also very good. It is also very close to the big stone tablet. It is very convenient to take the scenic area bus. Xuexiang is really good. The price is not as expensive as it is said. There are also many performances. It is recommended to wear a pair of non-slip and waterproof snow boots, and you must wear gloves 🧤 It is a must for the little fairy who is afraid of cold.
