Seriously, this Snow Town hotel is ridiculously close to the ski resort. I could sleep in an extra ten minutes in the morning ⏰, stroll over to the slopes, and still not be late. Ski fanatics, rejoice! 🥳
The Xichaxuan King Room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the super soft bed made me never want to get up 🛌. The heating was incredibly powerful, completely saying goodbye to the damp cold of the south 👋! Disposable towels, toilet seat covers, and complimentary mineral water 🫙 – they thought of every single detail.
The most delightful surprise was the hotel's free activities! Playing 'splash water into ice' in sub-zero temperatures 💦, the moment the ice crystals flew everywhere was breathtakingly beautiful, simply magical ✨. They also had free sledges available, perfect for both seniors and kids. The crunching sound as it glided over the snow was pure winter happiness 🎿!
Add to that the free shuttle service and a hearty breakfast buffet 🍜, and it was such a comfortable and pleasant stay. I've already been raving about it to all my friends! ✌️✌️✌️

__WeChat263568****Choosing the right guesthouse in Hengdaohezi is absolutely key for a great trip, and this one made our vacation incredibly happy! The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill.
The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere.
The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

The rooms were clean, the landlady was very welcoming, and the facilities were complete, especially the disposable kettle, which gave me peace of mind. As for dining, the fish at dinner was excellent and tasted great, and the breakfast portions were so large we couldn't finish it. Furthermore, the hotel is very close to the scenic area entrance, just a few minutes' walk away.

The front desk was friendly and helpful.
Room was clean. The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away.
The view of the city from high floor was great! Could see the whole city and the mountains surrounding the city. Every morning my room could see the sun rise and get some indoor sun bathing in the winter.
The breakfast had a healthy Chinese variety. Some western bread and muffins were offered as well. The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking.
Overall, the stay was totally worth it.

AAnonymous UserI was on the road for nearly ten days and this was the most unsatisfactory hotel I stayed in. When I originally chose it, I saw that it was a relatively good hotel in Suifenhe and the price was not very cheap. I thought the sanitary conditions and services would be relatively better, but it really wasn’t.
1. When I checked in, I wanted to arrange a room on the same floor because I was accompanying my parents. I also noted these requirements when booking. When we arrived, there were no rooms on the same floor. The front desk staff said they would help us move one. I said it was OK, but after we checked in, I found out that the room my parents had was older than the one booked. I think I can accept the smaller room class because we are on the same floor. But should you inform me when you change? After all, the cost of booking a room is different.
2. After washing my hands after entering, I saw a large sign of mold above the sink. This was not the result of being too busy during the holidays and not paying attention. It looked like it was caused by a long period of time. In fact, it is very simple to buy a mildew removal spray and rub it on. It will be much better. Instead of not handling it at all, it will affect the check-in experience.
3. There are cigarette butts in the crack of the bathroom door. The water is blocked and the water is completely blocked. It is impossible to take a long bath. This is simply because they did not take it seriously when cleaning. Since your hotel has so many rooms that can be booked, it should be guaranteed to be full. It won't affect the guest's experience the next day, right? Also, the previous customer used half of the excess toilet paper and the edges were wet. He didn't change it and just left it there for me to continue using. He was so angry that he forgot to take a photo.
All in all, a very, very, very unsatisfactory stay experience.

MM369240****The waiter has a good attitude. Stepping into this hotel is like stepping into a paradise in the world. The interior decoration is exquisite, and it seems to have the ingenuity of ”carving out the Qionglou with meticulous care”; the utensils are arranged regularly, showing the meticulousness of ”the windows are bright and clean without any dust”. The owner is warm and hospitable, and answers every inquiry in detail, as if meeting old friends again, very cordial. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the glow through the gauze, and when you return home in the evening, you can hear the breeze blowing through the curtains. Accommodation here is not only a place to rest, but also a place for the soul, where you can forget your worries and enjoy peace. It is really the best choice.

The modern heated bed (Kang bed) was decorated with large floral patterned pillows and bedding, characteristic of Northeast China (unfortunately, I didn't take any photos). The host was warm, attentive, and helpful. My only regret was that there was no electric kettle in the room; I had to go to the restaurant to get hot water, which made it impossible to brew Kung Fu tea.

KKah JoonHotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious.
The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

GGuest UserIt was getting late on the way to Jingpo Lake, so I booked this hotel in Tokyo town in a hurry. There is a small elevator that only goes to the second floor. The boss is very nice, enthusiastic and patient! An upgraded large room was arranged for us... Although there were slight flaws in hygiene and there was a bit of smoke smell in the room, it was not expensive and cost-effective. For those who don’t have high requirements and are not hygienic, I personally recommend staying here ~ I forgot to take photos
