"Booked this hotel because it's a hot spring resort and we were bringing the kids. The front desk staff were so thoughtful during check-in, giving the children oranges and candies – very welcoming! They even brought kids' slippers to our room, the service was truly excellent. The kids had a great time at the hot springs. It was both affordable and a hit with the kids. Thumbs up!"

"This is our second time staying at this hotel and we would definitely recommend it to anybody staying in Mudanjiang. In addition to best accommodations( breakfast, night snacks, free laundry, gym. Etc…), the service was top tier, the best that we had in all of China. All of the staff were super accommodating ensuring that we had a fantastic experience in Mudanjiang. Especially appreciative of the front desk lady (迟凤竹） who helped us hire a private car so that we can tour tiger park and the local Korean village near Mudanjiang."

"I highly recommend Mudanjiang All Seasons The service is really meticulous and thoughtful There are many types of breakfast, and there is also freshly ground coffee from Coffee Star Of course, there is also coffee in the lobby I forgot about it because of the noise from the construction, and they gave me a souvenir when I checked out, which is very thoughtful! Compared with Orange, it is simply crushing. Orange's service and breakfast are not as good as All Seasons. I have stayed in almost all All Seasons in the province, and this one in Mudanjiang is the nicest"

"During check-in, VIVI was quick and efficient, Maggie patiently explained the hotel facilities and breakfast location, and Harry thoughtfully helped me carry my luggage when he learned I had a lot. What surprised me even more was that Ada accurately recognized my membership and upgraded my room. The free Wi-Fi in the room was stable, the facilities were complete, there was ample 24-hour hot water, and the heating was excellent, making it exceptionally warm in the cold Northeast. The breakfast was plentiful and substantial, with a wide variety of Chinese stir-fries, freshly cooked noodles, fresh fruit, whole-wheat bread, and local specialty snacks to satisfy different tastes. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely come back next time."

"The overall experience of the hotel is superb, Xiaoyue at the front desk check-in speed is very fast, and the attitude is gentle and intimate. The room was clean and odorless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. Parking around is convenient, the environment is quiet and not noisy, the sanitary details are in place, the price is very high, I will choose this next time I travel, highly recommended!"

"It is just over one kilometer away from Mudanjiang Station. The room is relatively spacious and bright, and the hygiene is OK. There was a tea stain on one of the teacups. The laundry room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Right outside the window is the People's Park. The air is relatively good. There is a night market on the street east of the park. Fruits are cheap. It is convenient to eat nearby. It is convenient to escape the summer heat here. The bathroom floor was so slippery that I almost slipped. The shower switch is not easy to use. It can only adjust the water temperature but not the water flow. There is no sign, so you will be showered with cold water all at once. There are few choices for breakfast, so it should meet your basic needs. The waiters are warm and polite, and the service is standard. The front desk proactively provides tea and towels when checking in. Extra bottled water will be provided on your way out."
