"I booked this hotel for a business trip and unexpectedly needed to print some documents late at night. The front desk staff, despite it being so late, was incredibly helpful and printed quite a few pages for me. They were so warm and didn't seem bothered at all, and even printed them for free, which I felt a little bad about! This is a really great hotel with very enthusiastic staff. The small convenience store on the first floor is also good; I bought some nice snacks there. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!"

"Decor: Absolutely to my taste, the wallpaper and flooring have elegant colors. Amenities: Everything is brand new. I was especially impressed with the huge TV; the video quality is fantastic. The Laifen hairdryer is on par with my Dyson at home. Self-service laundry: Excellent! Usually, I'd bring a pile of dirty clothes home, but this time, all my worn clothes and those in my suitcase are clean. It's a joyful feeling, lightens my steps, and I don't have to worry about doing multiple loads of laundry when I get home. Breakfast: A great mix of Chinese and Western options. The coffee is rich, and every dish was delicious – no duds at all. The *dalu mian* (noodles with gravy) was particularly tasty, and only 48 RMB. Thumbs up! 👍 Location: Situated on the pedestrian street, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. Thumbs up! 👍 Service: Everyone was very friendly. Next time I'm back in Mudanjiang, I'll definitely stay here again. I hope they maintain this level of quality!"

"Due to client visits, I arrange accommodations here several times a year. The breakfast offers a wide variety of items, but the quality of the ingredients is subpar. 1. The yellow noodles were sticky and chewy after cooking. 2. The dried tofu had a strange odor. 3. The egg rolls were filled with a bunch of ingredients, making the taste odd and complex. Everything else is good, but the kitchen really needs to upgrade the quality of its ingredients."

It is no worse than a star hotel. The service is very good. The two single beds are moderately spaced, the bedding is clean and tidy, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the sleeping experience is excellent. "The sheets and quilt cover looked very clean. The hot water was centrally supplied and the hot and cold temperatures were stable. I booked a twin room without an A-shaped bed. I arrived at 9:30 in the evening. The room I was given did not have a bathroom. The one with very small separation of dry and wet areas is completely different from what was said in the comment section. I didn’t think it was a big problem at the time, but after I took a shower, I realized that there was serious water accumulation on the entire floor. I reported it to the front desk the next day, and the waiter was very nice and gave it to me for free. I changed to a family room. The room was much larger and the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. I immediately decided to go to one more attraction and stay here for one more night."

"During check-in, VIVI was quick and efficient, Maggie patiently explained the hotel facilities and breakfast location, and Harry thoughtfully helped me carry my luggage when he learned I had a lot. What surprised me even more was that Ada accurately recognized my membership and upgraded my room. The free Wi-Fi in the room was stable, the facilities were complete, there was ample 24-hour hot water, and the heating was excellent, making it exceptionally warm in the cold Northeast. The breakfast was plentiful and substantial, with a wide variety of Chinese stir-fries, freshly cooked noodles, fresh fruit, whole-wheat bread, and local specialty snacks to satisfy different tastes. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely come back next time."
