SShimiaomiaoyaThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to Xueyun Street. The environment is truly top-notch. I had read online that accommodation in Snow Town was generally poor, but choosing this hotel was a no-brainer. It has modern decor, a large projection screen, a smart toilet, smart curtains, and a full range of toiletries—they even had foaming hand soap, which was a pleasant surprise! Since there's no delivery service in Snow Town, it's great that the hotel has a restaurant and a coffee shop, so you can eat without having to go out in the cold. The food was also delicious. The owner was very hospitable and even arranged for someone to drop us off at the mountain entrance when we left. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

MM641040****Beforehand, I didn't have high hopes for the accommodations in Xuexiang, since I was mainly there for the scenery. However, from the moment I arrived at the entrance, the owner paid close attention to me, guiding me step by step and recommending sightseeing options after registration. Especially the moment I opened the room door with my key card—it greatly exceeded my expectations, and the emotional experience was fantastic. The corridor was clean, the wet and dry areas were separated, and I even had a view of the snow-capped mountains! Waking up and opening the curtains was a wonderful experience; the environment was comparable to a four-star hotel, and the service was attentive and responsive. I'll definitely come back to Xuexiang next time!

AAnonymous UserI had the most pleasant stay at the hotel! Ever since my booking they contacted me to stay in touch and asked if i needed any help prior my trip. Every booking was assigned a butler, and our Butler Cao made the trip cery smooth and comfortable! Just inform any inquiries or wish list that you have and he will deliver! He even picked us from the station and our luggage, brought us to the famous spots, shortcuts and accompanied us around the town. I even asked questions after my stay and they still gladly reply which i will be forever thankful.
The room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures cery clean and comfortable. We have informed beforehand regarding our dietary restrictions and they understood and prepared breakfast which were muslim friendly.
The hotel’s location is perfect as its very near the centre but not too close so it was comfortable and it was not so noisy at night.
Overally we had a very pleasant stay and recommend this hotel for anyone interested! Definitely regret staying for only 1 night and wished we could stay longer

PPeace PhatthaWe had a very comfortable and happy stay at Qiuqu Donglai Inn. It was much cheaper compared to the other accomodations in Snow Town, and exceeded our expectations. The owners and staff were very friendly and patient in providing all the help we needed during our stay 😄
Before the trip, it was also easy communicating with the owner through Wechat as she patiently answered all our concerns and even provided us with more guiding tips about our trip there. She helped us to settle mutliple car and bus pickup services to/from the inn as well as to/from Snow Town. This certainly made our planning much easier and convenient as we could plan our days according to the pick-up/ drop-off times.
Additionally, the inn was very cozy with only 2 floors of rooms but it was clean and tidy, exactly as shown in the pictures. The Kang heated beds were comfortable and the toilet was exceptionally clean, with a heater unit and toilet seat. We could also order food from the QR code in the room and have our meals prepared from the kitchen downstairs. The convenience and quality of food definitely left us impressed.
For our trip to Snow Town, the owner provided us with suggestions on activities that we could try and also helped us to book the activity package at a cheaper rate. The owner even prepared some free activities for us to do (Photo-taking with the traditional jacket + Water splashing into ice) but it was rather unfortunate as we could not find time to try it out. You should definitely try it out if you stay here and have the time to do so!
We highly recommend this inn for comfort, convenience and a peace-of-mind when travelling to Snow Town. This will definitely be our go-to accomodation when we are back here for our next visit! 💯

MM486482****Breakfast for children under 18: The breakfast was plentiful and a pleasant surprise. Everyone says breakfast in Xuexiang is a life-saving meal. I never expected to be able to eat Northeast-style iron pot stew!
Cleanliness: Very clean, with attention to detail.
Environment: The room was spacious with a beautiful view from the window. The child had plenty of space to play in the snow.
Service: The hotel reception was very attentive; they even provided children's slippers and toothbrushes when they saw we had a child.
Facilities: The hotel is very new; you can tell the decor was carefully done.
The room was very clean. We traveled a long way in this remote area, but we found a hotel we liked and were very happy with. The owner even provided clothes for photos. The food in the hotel restaurant was also delicious. I recommend the spicy steamed fish; it was excellent. Overall, I feel we made the right choice in choosing this hotel. Highly recommended!

The spacious design was perfect for traveling with kids, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a picturesque view, like a painting. Every morning, opening the curtains was a visual feast, and my child clapped their hands with excitement. The location is superb, close to Fantasyland and right near Xueyun Street, which saves a lot of time and effort when traveling with children. The surroundings are also very quiet and pleasant. The service was thoughtful and meticulous from check-in to check-out – truly impeccable! All the staff were incredibly friendly and patient. Seeing that we had a child, they proactively helped us with our luggage, recommended kid-friendly activities, and thoughtfully prepared children's amenities. The family-friendly experience throughout our stay showed how much the hotel values its family guests. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely come back with them!

I like this hotel very much. There are only five plank road snow view rooms in Xuexiang, all of which are in this hotel. The housekeepers at the front desk are super nice. They will pick you up at the mountain gate. You can find the front desk if you need anything. It is very convenient and warm. And the location is also very good. It is also very close to the big stone tablet. It is very convenient to take the scenic area bus. Xuexiang is really good. The price is not as expensive as it is said. There are also many performances. It is recommended to wear a pair of non-slip and waterproof snow boots, and you must wear gloves 🧤 It is a must for the little fairy who is afraid of cold.

GGuest UserSorry, but I can't recommend this. For a cabin hotel costing around 5 million, I'd expect services like help with luggage or assistance in the room with the heater/skylight. However, the staff here were incredibly indifferent. They couldn't help with luggage up to the room, claiming there was no staff. My room type was supposed to have a sky view, but I couldn't figure out how to open it, and when I asked the staff, they completely didn't care. The floor in the room was also extremely cold. Honestly, the room itself was okay for the 5 million price, but I'm sorry, it would be much better if the service could be improved.
