Stayed on 12/31/2025. This is a genuine review from a real guest. The room was absolutely amazing, exactly as pictured! It was clean, new, spacious, and didn't feel cramped. The room was warm with a river view from the third floor. The bed was soft, and the comforter was plush and warm. The bathroom was clean with unlimited hot water. There was a wardrobe with hangers and shelves – it truly exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, very close to the front entrance and not far from the back of the village. Just a short walk brings you to the main road in the village. We could go out and explore for an hour or two, and when it got cold, easily walk back to our room, then head out again later. It's close to all the attractions in the village. The owner was incredibly kind, and the housekeeper was also very sweet. Seeing that we were a family, they provided extra towels and tissues without us even asking. They also showed concern, advising us to wear more layers when they saw us dressed lightly, saying it was very cold outside. Before we left, the owner, knowing we were taking a car to Harbin, came to ask if we wanted water for the ride and gave it to us for free – so thoughtful! This was the best accommodation of our trip. The price was almost 10,000, but the stay was incredibly comfortable. For any Thai people looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend this one; you won't be disappointed!

This is an excellent hotel! It's right on the main street, which is super convenient. Snow Town itself is absolutely beautiful. Since we weren't familiar with the area, the hotel staff contacted me on WeChat as soon as I booked to arrange our pickup. As soon as we got off the car, a staff member met us and guided us back to the hotel, explaining all the sights along the way. The hotel also has its own restaurant, which is very handy, and the BBQ was delicious. The proprietress even gave us some local specialty drinks and a small gift for the child – they were so welcoming! In the morning, there was a free breakfast. Afterwards, the staff member took us to the ski resort, and the tickets we bought through them were much cheaper. Then, they even took us to our meeting point. The service was absolutely fantastic. Definitely five stars!

Choosing this hotel in Snow Town is a sure bet, no need to compare it with any others. My husband and I drove here, and I'd done a lot of research. When I travel, I'm usually spot-on with my hotel choices, as we spend most of our time out exploring. This place is clean, their courtyard has a lot of unique features, and the location is fantastic – just a short walk from where the shuttle drops you off, and only a few steps to the disco area. It's right by the Snow Town monument. Someone even helped us with our luggage. The owner is thoughtful and even provided a humidifier in the room, which was great. Plus, their courtyard is spacious and perfect for photos. Breakfast was also satisfying, and the night view of the snow mushrooms was stunning. I really wanted to stay another night, but our itinerary was already set. We'll definitely be back! The last photo shows guests from Indonesia; they said it wasn't cold in Snow Town, even at -22℃, haha. Facilities: Good Hygiene: Good Environment: Good Service: Good

The waiter has a good attitude. Stepping into this hotel is like stepping into a paradise in the world. The interior decoration is exquisite, and it seems to have the ingenuity of ”carving out the Qionglou with meticulous care”; the utensils are arranged regularly, showing the meticulousness of ”the windows are bright and clean without any dust”. The owner is warm and hospitable, and answers every inquiry in detail, as if meeting old friends again, very cordial. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the glow through the gauze, and when you return home in the evening, you can hear the breeze blowing through the curtains. Accommodation here is not only a place to rest, but also a place for the soul, where you can forget your worries and enjoy peace. It is really the best choice.

This is truly the best hotel service I have ever experienced in my life. I am beyond satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with an amazing view. The location is perfect—right inside the Snow Town area, so everything is easy to reach. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They picked us up and dropped us off at the shuttle bus area, gave us extra complimentary bottled water, and recommended many fun activities in Snow Town. They even escorted us and helped us buy tickets at the best prices. Everything about this hotel was perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Snow Town. This hotel is simply the best ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is located within the scenic area, which means a long walk from the main entrance. We booked a family room, which was very spacious, but the bathroom was right by the entrance. The vanity area was inconveniently placed when opening the door, and the clothes hook wasn't fixed properly and kept falling off. The power outlet was behind the curtain, which was annoying because every time I charged my phone, the curtain would open. I had to pull the curtain back several times during the night. The heater was in the bathroom, so we had to leave the door open for the heat to circulate, but it wasn't quite enough to warm up such a large space, possibly due to the very cold temperatures.

The hotel is nice and located a few minutes away from jingbo lake scenic spot. We want to express our gratitude to the owner who has upgraded our room to the ground floor from the 1st floor. We were concerned about navigating the stairs with our heavy luggage, and it was such a relief to have a room that was easily accessible. Your kindness and understanding really enhanced our stay. Thank you!

There are only five plank road snow view rooms in Xuexiang, all of which are in this hotel. The housekeepers at the front desk are super nice. They will pick you up at the mountain gate. You can find the front desk if you need anything. It is very convenient and warm. And the location is also very good. It is also very close to the big stone tablet. It is very convenient to take the scenic area bus. Xuexiang is really good. The price is not as expensive as it is said. There are also many performances. It is recommended to wear a pair of non-slip and waterproof snow boots, and you must wear gloves 🧤 It is a must for the little fairy who is afraid of cold.

We stayed in a capsule room. This time around, the staff were incredibly helpful and lovely, right from the front desk where they tried their best to communicate clearly. (There's a 200 yuan deposit per room, which you get back at check-out.) After paying for the room and deposit, an elderly gentleman escorted us to our room. He even pulled our luggage right to the door and gave us a ride on a cart (so sweet!). Inside the room, it was clean and tidy. The bathroom had a heater, so the shower was nice and hot! 😅 The bathroom was a bit small, but it was okay. (Oh, they provide two sets of towels, but you can ask for more if needed.) Our room had a beautiful view, exactly as pictured (we got a corner room, #31, while our friends in #32 said their view wasn't as good but still okay). The curtain in our room was a bit confusing to figure out at first, but we managed. Another thing I loved was the thick, soft, and very clean snow right outside our room – perfect for playing in and taking photos. The only slight downside is that it's quite a long walk, so be careful not to strain your arms if you have a lot of luggage. ^^ But overall, I was impressed. The price was worth the experience! ^^
