GGuest UserFirst time in Snow Town as a southerner, and this hotel completely won me over! ❄️ Seriously, this Snow Town hotel is ridiculously close to the ski resort. I could sleep in an extra ten minutes in the morning ⏰, stroll over to the slopes, and still not be late. Ski fanatics, rejoice! 🥳 The Xichaxuan King Room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the super soft bed made me never want to get up 🛌. The heating was incredibly powerful, completely saying goodbye to the damp cold of the south 👋! Disposable towels, toilet seat covers, and complimentary mineral water 🫙 – they thought of every single detail. The most delightful surprise was the hotel's free activities! Playing 'splash water into ice' in sub-zero temperatures 💦, the moment the ice crystals flew everywhere was breathtakingly beautiful, simply magical ✨. They also had free sledges available, perfect for both seniors and kids. The crunching sound as it glided over the snow was pure winter happiness 🎿! Add to that the free shuttle service and a hearty breakfast buffet 🍜, and it was such a comfortable and pleasant stay. I've already been raving about it to all my friends! ✌️✌️✌️

AAnonymous UserGreat location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel. Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day. The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night. The room was clean and comfortable. It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

PProsecco womenA very good hotel for such a small Chinese city👍🏼The rooms are non-smoking, clean with daily cleaning, the mattress is comfortable, soaps and toiletries in large quantities with the aroma of green tea (very pleasant), breakfasts are quite varied and tasty, a beautiful reception and recreation area (this area is smoked). They checked us in before 2 pm (we arrived at about 10 am) without any extra charge or waiting.

GGuest UserIt is indeed a loft, and it is very close to the scenic spot. Basically, you can park your self-driving tour bus at the entrance of the store and walk into the scenic spot. Moreover, the entire street is full of restaurants, which is very convenient for eating. After all, the consumption in scenic spots is correspondingly high. Overall, it is a good experience to go back and forth. However, there is no air conditioning on the second floor of that loft. It will be really hot in summer, and it is on the roof, so families should consider more normal room types when traveling.

NNaraxiaolvThis is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Xuexiang. The rooms are fully smart, with two floor-to-ceiling windows! Very clean. The hotel offers luggage pickup and drop-off, a water-to-ice splashing experience, and even provides local cotton-padded jackets in the rooms. Plastic sleds for kids to play with are also free. The toiletries in the room are complete, and the service is very attentive. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The only minor issue is that the WiFi is a bit slow.

LLiangshuangdexiatianI finally got to see what a ”reverse upgrade” means! I booked a deluxe twin room, but the hotel offered to upgrade me to a triple room free of charge. I had some questions, but they kept giving me all sorts of excuses. After I debunked them, they admitted they were short on deluxe twins. I relented and agreed to the upgrade without further ado. Only when I got to the room did I realize I'd been ripped off. The room wasn't as big as they'd claimed. The so-called triple room was just a twin room with one bed crammed into it. I'd paid for a deluxe twin room but ended up in a superior twin room. Even charging my phone was a problem. The linens were a bit worn, the internet was terrible, and there were only 11 channels, some of which were completely unavailable. I was woken early in the morning by the sound of firecrackers. Later, I realized there were three wedding processions. I immediately understood why the hotel offered to upgrade me to a triple room. ”Did you get your red envelopes? Where's mine?”

AAnnaaaaaGHow should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

Breakfast was served in the revolving restaurant on the top floor, but unfortunately it was not open. I will choose to stay here again when I go to Suifenhe next time.

GGuest UserMy favorite things about my visit to Jingpo Lake this time were the accommodations and the view from the window. They're truly commendable. The room was incredibly clean, and the furniture looked neat and tidy. The bedding was high-quality, and the two beds, one 1.2 meters and one 1.5 meters, were perfect for a family of three. The most surprising thing was the view from the window. It was peaceful, and the lush mountains in the distance were truly soothing. It was a comfortable and beautiful stay. Our Northeastern boss was incredibly welcoming. I'd love to stay here again next time. Highly recommended.

The room is relatively large, the interior is clean and tidy, and the imported smart toilet 🚽 is complete with toiletries. Special thanks to Miss Yu at the front desk. Under our request, we solved the special car for the next day. Thank you again to Miss Yu and the driver. 🙏 The dinner at the hotel is also very delicious, the lake fish is very fresh 🐟 clearly marked. All in all, this is a recommended hotel.
