"I booked this hotel for a business trip and unexpectedly needed to print some documents late at night. The front desk staff, despite it being so late, was incredibly helpful and printed quite a few pages for me. They were so warm and didn't seem bothered at all, and even printed them for free, which I felt a little bad about! This is a really great hotel with very enthusiastic staff. The small convenience store on the first floor is also good; I bought some nice snacks there. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!"

"Location was great. Right opposite the train station. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away. The view of the city from high floor was great! Could see the whole city and the mountains surrounding the city. Every morning my room could see the sun rise and get some indoor sun bathing in the winter. The breakfast had a healthy Chinese variety. Some western bread and muffins were offered as well. The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking. Overall, the stay was totally worth it."

"Due to client visits, I arrange accommodations here several times a year. The breakfast offers a wide variety of items, but the quality of the ingredients is subpar. 1. The yellow noodles were sticky and chewy after cooking. 2. The dried tofu had a strange odor. 3. The egg rolls were filled with a bunch of ingredients, making the taste odd and complex. Everything else is good, but the kitchen really needs to upgrade the quality of its ingredients."

"I rarely write such detailed reviews for hotels, but the service at this one is truly outstanding! The moment you walk in, the aroma from the diffusers at the entrance is wonderful, and the decor is elegantly vintage. The front desk ladies were incredibly helpful! They thoughtfully provided four welcome gifts and even gave us four complimentary breakfasts. (P.S. The steamed dumplings and toast at breakfast were delicious, and the soy milk was great!) The buckwheat pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable and helped me sleep so well! Even when I called for room service late at night, the staff were still wonderfully patient and polite. The diffuser on the bathroom vanity also smelled amazing – a subtle, non-overpowering caramel coffee scent that really brightened my mood. (P.S. The hand soap smells fantastic too!) The hotel's location is excellent. If you're planning to travel by train or high-speed rail, it's about a five-minute walk from the hotel, which is super convenient. It's also close to a shopping mall, and there are plenty of great restaurants around! I'm genuinely not a shill; it's just that the staff here are so incredibly thoughtful and excellent that it made me want to write such a long review. I just forgot to take pictures of the hotel, so I'll have to borrow a few online, haha."

"During check-in, VIVI was quick and efficient, Maggie patiently explained the hotel facilities and breakfast location, and Harry thoughtfully helped me carry my luggage when he learned I had a lot. What surprised me even more was that Ada accurately recognized my membership and upgraded my room. The free Wi-Fi in the room was stable, the facilities were complete, there was ample 24-hour hot water, and the heating was excellent, making it exceptionally warm in the cold Northeast. The breakfast was plentiful and substantial, with a wide variety of Chinese stir-fries, freshly cooked noodles, fresh fruit, whole-wheat bread, and local specialty snacks to satisfy different tastes. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely come back next time."

"I often come to Mudanjiang for business trips and always choose Hanting Hotel. However, I booked late and there was no vacancy, so I chose the Starway Hotel not far away. Unexpectedly, there were some small surprises. When I encountered a small problem when checking in, the staff handled it perfectly. I would like to give it a thumbs up. The first impression I felt when I checked into the room was that it was very clean, especially there were no water stains on the hand basin, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry areas, and the bed was moderately soft and hard and very comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast is also good, with 4 kinds of hot dishes, 3 kinds of cold dishes, pickles, some fruits, and Western-style breads, snacks, milk, soy milk, and sauerkraut stew, which are especially delicious. The key is that it is very cost-effective during the tourist season!"

Choosing the right guesthouse in Hengdaohezi is absolutely key for a great trip, and this one made our vacation incredibly happy! The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill. The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere. The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

I had the most pleasant stay at the hotel! Ever since my booking they contacted me to stay in touch and asked if i needed any help prior my trip. Every booking was assigned a butler, and our Butler Cao made the trip cery smooth and comfortable! Just inform any inquiries or wish list that you have and he will deliver! He even picked us from the station and our luggage, brought us to the famous spots, shortcuts and accompanied us around the town. I even asked questions after my stay and they still gladly reply which i will be forever thankful. The room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures cery clean and comfortable. We have informed beforehand regarding our dietary restrictions and they understood and prepared breakfast which were muslim friendly. The hotel’s location is perfect as its very near the centre but not too close so it was comfortable and it was not so noisy at night. Overally we had a very pleasant stay and recommend this hotel for anyone interested! Definitely regret staying for only 1 night and wished we could stay longer

Great location to stay at... close to the scenic site, just a walk over. There are plenty of restaurants around as well as there's one in the hotel. Reception was super helpful and warm, offering to book rides for us, as well as telling us of the complimentary breakfast, which we only tried on the second day as we headed out on the first early in the morning before breakfast was ready. Great spread of breakfast, too, when we tried the 2nd day. The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed the Mahjong table... hand a game or two during the late night. The room was clean and comfortable. It is likely one of the best hotels to stay near the north gate of JinPoHu.

The room is clean, but there is a cold wind coming in through the window. Please give the boss another quilt. I will sleep until dawn. Although it is on the first floor, it is very quiet at night. It will not be noisy to rest. It is next to Jingbo Lake, but it is recommended that you still drive to the entrance of the scenic spot. There is still some road to walk inside, so it would be better if you can walk less

The hotel I stayed at when I crossed the border from Suifenhe to Russia had a very generous breakfast and a very unique and nice room. I would recommend it. It's not far from the train station, but it's a bit difficult to get by by bus; it's about a 1.6-kilometer walk. The room was very elegant and boutique, and I was very satisfied.

This is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Xuexiang. The rooms are fully smart, with two floor-to-ceiling windows! Very clean. The hotel offers luggage pickup and drop-off, a water-to-ice splashing experience, and even provides local cotton-padded jackets in the rooms. Plastic sleds for kids to play with are also free. The toiletries in the room are complete, and the service is very attentive. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The only minor issue is that the WiFi is a bit slow.

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

The stay experience was absolutely top-notch. Food, drinks, and entertainment were all fantastic. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the room experience was incredibly comfortable, and all the hotel amenities were fully stocked and even better than what you'd find in a five-star hotel. Toiletries and bedding were all disposable and exceptionally clean. They even provided sleep aids like earplugs and black tea. In the evening, there were patrol performances which were incredibly fun and exciting! Definitely a big thumbs up. We went up the mountain twice and experienced all sorts of snow activities, especially the Snow Dragon and snowmobiles, which were absolutely thrilling! I'm definitely coming back to this hotel next time!
