"The room was lovely, comfortable, and absolutely spotless. The communication before, during, and after our stay was a little challenging, though. When we arrived we were told we should have checked in online already, but had never received a link. Likewise, we were told that we would be texted when our room was ready, but never were. The next day (our second morning), we were texted a sort of aggressive note about ordering breakfast, which we had not paid for. When I said that, they were gracious, but told us it was a system error. I think the staff are generally invested in providing a good stay, but the kinks still need to be worked out of their systems. If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable room and don’t mind bare minimum customer service, this is a great place for you."

This is extremely convenient for guests arriving late at night or those who prefer to avoid queuing at a traditional front desk for check-in. **Prompt and Friendly Online Customer Service:** While there isn't a 24-hour physical front desk on-site, the concierge team responds very quickly via messaging apps (such as WhatsApp or booking platform messages), promptly resolving any issues or questions. **Please Note:** **Non-Traditional Full-Service Hotel Operations:** Daily complimentary room cleaning and towel changes are usually not provided during your stay (for long-term stays, you can arrange or pay for cleaning with the management). There are also no on-site gym or restaurant facilities. **Extremely Inconvenient Parking for Drivers:** On-street parking in Prague 2 is mostly reserved for residents (blue zones). If you are driving, the hotel cannot offer free parking. You must pre-book and pay for a space in a partner underground car park with the hotel, or park your car on the outskirts of the city. **Stairs and Soundproofing in Historic Buildings:** Some rooms may require climbing a short flight of stairs (half a floor) to reach the elevator. Additionally, although the street is quiet, the soundproofing of floors in historic buildings can sometimes depend on the footsteps of upstairs residents."

"This hotel offers excellent value for money. Its location is superb, just a three-minute walk from the metro station. The decor is quite unique, and the cleanliness is also very good. The only minor drawback is that the lighting is a bit dim. However, the friendly front desk staff and all the other positive factors definitely make this a place worth recommending."

"Great location , nearby metro, shopping areas and to all other places to visit , all within walking distance . Room is spacious and clean . The only thing is that since its right at the city centre ,and in front of nain road, its a bit noisy at night with open windows, so will need to close it while sleeping ."

"It was a pleasant stay at Miss Sophie downtown at Prague, a decent boutique hotel. It is located at a great location, walking distance to the train station 5 min and tram station 3 min. Around 15 min walk to the old town area. It is very clean, modern and practical interior design. Shower good water pressure and heating was great. The room is spacious for all 3 of us, we got a warm welcome notes from the hotel. The bed is so comfortable and we really rested well after whole day of walking. We love this place so much. Receptionists are really friendly and helpful. Would stay again if revisit Prague. Highly recommended!"

"The location is great, just beside the small town square, walk to the Charles Bridge for 3 minutes. The door is not very easy to find, there is no obvious entrance mark. The service is in place so that an apartment hotel with a 24-hour front desk service is not easy to find. The room rate included breakfast, because we had to get up early to catch the train, and told the front desk that we couldn’t eat breakfast. The front desk arranged the take-away breakfast that was prepared the night before, and praised it."
