Chennai Hotels with balcony

We congratulate Leela for having such brilliant staff! That's what makes the hotel stands out from other high end competitors. Even though the hotel was fully booked and very busy at the time, we were warmly welcomed from the moment we stepped down from the car. The gentleman who checked us in, Mr. Shantanu, Ms. Supra at Concierge, Nayansi, the manager at the India Restaurant... and many more whose name we were unable to remember, made us feel like some sort of noble or important persons, and all that was done from the bottom of their heart with genuine warmness...we use to stay at Peninsular, Four Seasons, Aman and the like when we went on holidays. They are not available in Chennai but we must say Leela offers even better services than our usual choices. The hotel itself is very well-maintained and classy. The pool is resort-feel even though it is in the city. The free spa facilities are very generous with many indoor jacuzzi, suana and herbal steam. We are very impressed. Thank you for ending our Easter holidays in South India perfectly!!

The apartment is very convenient, it may take a long time to build and the facilities are not very new. The service staff is very enthusiastic, helping to get luggage, deliver things, check in and check out quickly. The restaurant is on the first floor, and the taste from the lobby to the entrance of the restaurant is too Indian. Breakfast is ok, because I usually only make oat milk, I do n’t eat Indian meals and do n’t comment on the taste. The service attitude is very good and very welcoming. The emphasis is on exaggerating the Asian restaurants in the same courtyard. The names are shown in the picture. The environment is very good. Recommend beef and chicken wings, according to their own requirements of spicy degree, more in line with my taste. Tiramisu is fine too. Overall satisfaction.

Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Stayed with Family Room is good, safe place to stay with family including KID They provided good breakfast for my kid too Staff are very helpful and handled my all request politely. Have requested for late checkout today till 1pm which has been agreed by Mr Manikandan Thank You Trip.com

Not a business class hotel by any standards no breakfast provided in the hotel not even a washroom at the lobby in case you require one after check out and waiting in the lobby no small refrigerator in the room no lunch & dinner provided in the hotel

The stay was comfortable staff were cooperative had a nice stay there were no parking issue everything went well

Neat and clean Workers are very good and food services are quality and good Taxi drop to Airport is very punctual

Room was good and stay was fine. But the issue i faced was the office was bit far so we need to walk over there for services when the phone was not reachable. Breakfast at hotel. It was served to room no cafeteria available

Located within walking distance of Park Plaza, Ramada and ITC Chola. Surprisingly clean and well maintained. Lift is available and car goes right up to entrance. Room and bathroom was clean. Room size is adequate. Amenities like electric kettle and hairdryer were available. Iron is available for use on 5th floor. Only downside was absence of a restaurant. Breakfast is available but starts at 8.30 am. This was an issue for me as I left at 8.00 am on both days. However, the manager was very kind and arranged breakfast from outside for me.
