The host couple of the hostel are warm and friendly
The hotel is very new, just opened in August 2023, clean, spacious and quiet
Check-in instructions are very clear
The bed is very comfortable
Breakfast includes pastries, bread, cereal, and instant noodles
The public area on the second floor is also very nice
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
The hostel hosts Harold and Cathy couple is caring, kind, hospitable
The place is new, clean, spacious, quiet
Entry instructions are clear
recommended, easy to check in and out
The bed is cozy
Cookies, bread, cereal, coffee, tea, instant noodles in the morning
Nice social community space on the second floor

A very satisfying stay. The hotel is in a good location, with a long corridor that can shelter from the wind and rain, and it is directly connected to the shopping center opposite, which is very convenient for eating and shopping.

Guest UserNice hotel! The bed was comfy, the room was nice and a good size, and the staff were friendly. Only docked a star because the pool hours were weird and we waited for over 15 minutes for a luggage rack for checkout and when they didn’t show we just carried it down ourselves.

Breakfast was great. The room was clean and the facilities felt safe. I waited 30+ minutes to be checked in because no one was on the premises to do so and no one was answering the phone or text. I confirmed my reservation with the B and B several days in advance via phone and received no instructions regarding check-in. I found out later that I should have received an email/text with check-in instructions, but never did. Make sure you do. The room had a bed, a desk table and chair. No thermostat. There was a ceiling fan with a remote that didn't work, so no way to adjust temperature or turn the light off after you were in bed. I was just there one night and it got the job done, but won't return.

The hotel is a bit biased, the surrounding security is good, parking is still convenient, close to the outer ring highway of Houston, go to the NASA museum to test the self-driving less than 1 hour, relatively close to the airport. above

Guest UserStay 3 nights , room was only cleaned once. Everyday we had to go request towels. Housekeeping does not come around regularly. Location is not so good. No good food spots are good attractions around.

Guest UserI really liked the location; it's near Rice University, so you can easily take a stroll around the campus. There's also valet parking downstairs, which is convenient. My only complaint is that I was charged on my credit card even though I'd already paid through Trip.com, and I only got a refund after negotiating with Trip.com. The picture is of Rice University.

Guest UserThe facilities are very, very old. The room tastes bad. Hotel location is very good, service is not bad. There is no microwave and some rooms have refrigerators. The pool water quality is average.
