GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay here. The service is more than 5 star hotels, with afternoon tea and dessert provided everyday. We had free room upgrade, very spacious and directly facing the ocean. There is also heated pool which keep my kids entertained. The location is very convenient, restaurants and night market just at doorsteps.

Facilities: I looked at many places for comparison and finally came here after seeing someone recommend it. The price is really suitable! The big swimming pool and chair swings are really comfortable on summer nights. There is also a smart toilet in the room. My mother praised it highly! Hygiene: Every day someone cleans the place. It's very clean. They also sorted out our clothes. There were nights when they disinfected the swimming pool until midnight (the swimming pool was super clean, no leaves or dust were seen) Service: This is even better. They offered to take us to the high-speed rail station. The driver was the boss lady, a very friendly lady. On the way, the boss lady also told the story of their hotel. The boss lady's son is the manager of a star hotel All in all, I am very satisfied. This time I have a different view of Beihai. I will definitely stay here next time I come! I have stayed in so many five-star hotels. This one is unexpectedly satisfactory. A well-managed hotel worth recommending. The boss will give me a discount next time I stay here [snickering]

The English name of the hotel dissuaded me from booking a few times, as it seems like a mistake, who would name their hotel this name?!???? But eventually made the right choice to book, with pickup from pier and dropoff included. Nice atmosphere and decor and toiletries.

Butler contacted you even before u board the island. Send all the information you need beforehand. Helping you with the luggage, service is excellent. Room view is marvelous also, direct seaview with nice interior design. Private swimming water is warm. Cleaning Auntie is polite and attentive. We never attend the free afternoon tea, staff are nice enough to send a set to our room volunteerlily. Staff even call us to pass us gifts when we check out early without informatinh Butler. A very wonderful and pleasant stay. Definitely will come back again.

The environment is so good, and we upgraded the parent-child room and glass starry sky room for free. Each room has its own balcony and a public swimming pool. The rooms are very clean and odorless. The rooms are all controlled by Xiaodu smart phone. Check-in includes 2 drinks and check-out includes delicious snacks. The young man is very nice. 5 points for praise. It is very close to the passenger terminal and Silver Beach. Parking is convenient in the villa area. It is the first choice for free travel!

The price is affordable and the value for money is excellent. I was even pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade! The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities – nothing was skimped on. The service was also warm and attentive; the receptionist was patient and welcoming, and the hotel environment was comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

We stayed for a week and the house keeping services were missed one day. We need to speak to the front desk for the cleaning services. Floor wasn't clean as dirty spot was found! Food provided at breakfast didn't have many choices, they didn't change the menu at that week we stayed!! Child at 2 & half years old needs to pay. We didn't know it when we booked the hotel!! There is no written policy about the charge fee for kid's breakfast!! There is a coffee and pastry shop next to the lobby. No one clean the seating area at the coffee shop overnight!! We saw trash around the area in the morning when we passed the shop. There are children library, indoor ball pool, water slide, children are happy to hang out. Walking to Silver Beach takes about 15 minutes but DiDi or taxi is around!!

It was a very satisfying trip. Because it was the off-season, there were not many people on Weizhou Island. We could quietly feel the sea breeze caressing the island, the waves washing the beach, and the sound of boats in the distance slowed down time. The owners of the B&B were also very enthusiastic. Not only did they upgrade our room at a low price, but they also provided us with sea-catching props for free. The young lady and grandmother were also very enthusiastic and often came to help. They also gave us homemade refrigerator magnets. The food made by the chef was also very delicious. I enjoyed the food accompanied by the sunset, and there was a big rhubarb guarding my mouth next to me. I really hope to stay in that moment forever.
