GGuest UserI was very curious how a property with such an affordable price has a such a high rating. I was immediately convinced by myself. The property is perfectly located in the Southern part of the Island near Crocodile Mountain and its beautiful beach as well as South Bay with countless options of tasty seafood. The room is big, bright, clean and smells great. There is everything a traveller needs. The highlight is clearly the boss, she is very warm, welcoming and very kind. There was a book in my room which I took out of curiosity to read on the beach, and I realized it contained great messages. I asked the boss if she is willing to sell it to me but she gave it for free. She told me that she deliberately puts books with great messages for young people in the room since many students stay in her property. Wow...I wish more people in this world would be like the boss. Don't hesitate and book a room here. If I ever happen to be again on this island, I know where to stay!!

LLawcchThis was my second time checking in for this new homestay. The boss is very kind to pick me up from the Beihai jetty after I returned from my trip to Weizhou island. The room is very clean and beautifully decorated. He was also very responsive when I requested slippers and clothes hangers. This Homestay hotel is strategically located near the silver beach. I strongly recommend travellers or tourists stay here to see the beautiful homestay place and the boss is also kind enough to allow cooking in the kitchen. I also did my sweet and sour pork and chicken meats in my first 2 days stay here. I gave the boss and this homestay place considered 5 stars for the best value for money.

TTravel_ManThe front desk service is very good, enthusiastic, and helps with travel transportation. The room is new, the apartment facilities are good and quiet, and the community is very new. I mainly went to the mangrove forest to play, and went to the nearby Binhai International Wetland Park to play in the sea, play on the mudflats, and take pictures. It takes 20 minutes to walk from the homestay. It costs 10 yuan to take a taxi from the homestay to Silver Beach. There is a canteen in the community, which is in a leisure activity center. You can go there for a walk. There is a pool.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, just like in the photos and promotional videos. The shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Great value for money. You can rent electric scooters to tour the island. The owner was incredibly warm and generous, offering excellent shuttle service and lots of practical sightseeing advice. They also offer seafood preparation services at a fair price, and the stir-fried dishes were generously portioned. We bought some seafood back and enjoyed it with drinks in their courtyard – a truly wonderful experience.

EEdmund GerardIt’s a perfect spot for visiting Beihai. You get amazing value for money. Quality room and a lot of space too , as well as a great location close to shops and railway station. Beach isn’t close but it’s easy to reach with DiDi. No issues with getting around town either. Great power shower, good a/c , bed is comfy, and the soundproofing works! A negative is SMOKING! Even though it’s covered in no smoking signs it still happens. Rooms can fill with smell of next door smoking or some ignoramus walking along the corridor puffing away. It’s an issue for most hotels due to the high number of smokers in China, but if they enforced fines consistently then maybe it would stop more doing it. Having said that , I still use City Comfort because the POSITIVES massively outweigh that single negative. No frills. Just delivers on quality at a value price with good staff.

MMTmengbaoThe owner is very hospitable and the B&B is very close to Nanwan Street, Shiluo Beach and Dishui Danping. The homestay has electric cars for rent, which makes travel very convenient. The owner also provided us with tools for catching seafood for free, which the children loved. I have to say the boss lady’s cooking skills are very good. I recommend the banana chicken. Her seafood processing is also excellent. We left some important items behind when we left. The boss contacted us personally and sent the items back. We are very grateful to him. I wish the boss a prosperous business and lots of money.

GGuest UserA family of 6 people traveled. The boss and the boss's wife were young handsome men and beautiful women, very enthusiastic. The courtyard was also very warm. There was a big jackfruit tree in the yard, full of jackfruits, but unfortunately they were not ripe yet. The boss said that they were all for the guests to eat. However, the boss gave us bananas. The bananas on the island were so delicious. There was a special kitchen in the courtyard. There were three handsome guys processing seafood. Their skills were impeccable. We ate there for two days. Both the processed seafood and the stir-fried dishes were so delicious. Even my elderly parents praised them. After getting off the island, they were still saying that the dishes in the courtyard were delicious. When we left, the boss gave us bananas and mangoes. He was so enthusiastic. My parents and sister liked them very much. The courtyard is only 500 meters away from the beach and a few minutes' ride from Nanwan. It is also convenient to buy seafood. When we go to buy seafood, the boss directly lends us his electric bike to ride, and we can stay at his house when we go again.

GGuest UserThis time I came to Beihai Yintan to play, it was really right to choose this Yuexiang into the homestay! The location is particularly convenient, just a few minutes walk to Silver Beach, it is super comfortable to lie down when you are tired. The homestay is warm and simple, the lobby is spacious and bright, there is a projection and a leisure area, and it is especially relaxing to have tea and chat with friends here. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and I slept refreshed. The boss is also very enthusiastic, will take the initiative to recommend local food and play routes to us, and also provide free parking. It’s no problem to bring pets, this is really intimate!
