"Pros: The service was great! I added the front desk on WeChat, and they were very responsive to any questions I had, even recommending places to eat. I stayed in the 180 sea-view suite, which was a nice and clean apartment with a huge balcony and a clear view of the sea. You can cook in the room (though you need to bring your own pots and pans). The location is also decent, about a six or seven-minute walk to Silver Beach. They offer free sand-digging tools, which is a big plus! There's an owner's canteen downstairs for breakfast, which is very convenient. Cons: There are other residents in the apartment building, and some are renovating. With only two elevators, waiting times can be quite long. The front desk is outside on the first floor and separate from the residential area, making it a bit hard to find. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low."

"No complaints whatsoever, apart from the hot weather. The location is fantastic, and the environment is stunning – it truly felt like a scene out of the 'Wizard of Oz'. Jintan Beach is right downstairs, perfect for taking the kids to catch small crabs and collect seashells. However, compared to Yintan Beach, the water quality here is slightly inferior. On the bright side, Jintan offers better value for money, and most importantly, the sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking. The swimming pool downstairs is also excellent – clean and well-maintained. Dining options nearby are plentiful, and if you don't feel like going out, you can easily order food delivery to your room."

"Traveling with my child, staying at the Crowne Plaza was incredibly convenient. We were right next to Silver Beach Yuyou Plaza, which made it super easy to go clam digging and play in the sand. The hotel has a self-service laundry room, and there's even staff to help with washing and drying, which was a huge plus. The complimentary morning tea voucher was legitimate – no hidden catches – and the morning tea itself was delicious and plentiful. Breakfast was also very diverse. My child and I would usually have breakfast at the hotel, and that would basically cover us until dinner. The evening buffet was also quite extensive, with excellent service and a great selection of seafood."

"This hotel is just a stone's throw from Beihai Old Street, and both Liuxia Village and Jintan Beach are within 7km. The outdoor pool is a fantastic bonus! Special shoutout to Ms. Zhong at the front desk for her warm hospitality – she's amazing! We originally booked for one night but extended for another. "The biggest highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly our butler, Lulu. Before our arrival, she proactively contacted me to understand our needs and went above and beyond to fulfill them. She was incredibly helpful with anything she could coordinate and actively sought solutions for things beyond her direct control – truly commendable! 👍 During our stay, she was incredibly responsive and efficient in booking activities and arranging a late check-out. So, these 5 stars are definitely for our butler. Another great point is the lifeguard at the pool; they are, without a doubt, the most responsible I've ever encountered at a hotel. They diligently watched the pool every single minute, never getting distracted. The staff at the kids' activities also did a fantastic job, engaging with every child and ensuring everyone felt included. On the downside, the room cleaning could be improved. The non-slip mat in the bathtub had a greasy film underneath (though when I informed the butler, she immediately resolved it and provided disposable bath liners). Replenishment of amenities was also inconsistent. The hot food at the executive lounge was disappointing and didn't match the quality expected from a five-star hotel at this price point. Lastly, the kids' club was very small and lacked proper ventilation."

"This hotel is right next to Silver Beach, and the location is fantastic. They even have a private access path directly to the beach. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful; Ms. T, in particular, gave us a detailed introduction to all the hotel's amenities and even helped me fix an unexpected issue with my phone. It was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast hours are also very accommodating, from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM, which is perfect for late risers. It truly lives up to Marriott's reputation. The balcony in our room offered stunning views of Beihai's Silver Beach. This place is definitely worth another visit."

"It's very close to the beach, making it easy to walk there. The rooms are cozy and decorated with many lovely little details. It's especially quiet at night, with only the sounds of insects. This kind of escape from the city's hustle and bustle, a return to nature, is a truly unforgettable experience. I'll definitely bring my family back next time."

"Hotel location is very good to find, self-driving navigation to Jinshi Seaview Hotel, parking is free, walking can go directly to the Yintan beach, not far from Qiaogang style street. Two bedrooms and one living room are very suitable for family travel, refrigerator washing machine gas stove is all available, you can cook by yourself. The hotel is facing the sea, the sea view room has a good view, and the sea breeze can be directly blown into the room with the window open. Very comfortable. The room hygiene is also good, the bath towels and towels are disposable, very clean and convenient. The front desk staff of the hotel were very enthusiastic, the weather was hot and we brought a lot of mineral water and ice cream to eat."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family."

"The Furama Hotel Beihai left me with such wonderful memories! The beachfront room offered expansive views, and lying in bed watching the sea was incredibly therapeutic. The room decor was exquisite, amenities complete, and cleanliness impeccable. From the concierge to room service, everyone was attentive and thoughtful, making me feel so comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, convenient for exploring the surroundings, and it offers a peaceful retreat despite being centrally located. My day there was tranquil and relaxing – truly a top-notch five-star hotel in Beihai. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beihai!"
