"No complaints whatsoever, apart from the hot weather. The location is fantastic, and the environment is stunning – it truly felt like a scene out of the 'Wizard of Oz'. Jintan Beach is right downstairs, perfect for taking the kids to catch small crabs and collect seashells. However, compared to Yintan Beach, the water quality here is slightly inferior. On the bright side, Jintan offers better value for money, and most importantly, the sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking. The swimming pool downstairs is also excellent – clean and well-maintained. Dining options nearby are plentiful, and if you don't feel like going out, you can easily order food delivery to your room."

"The biggest highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly our butler, Lulu. Before our arrival, she proactively contacted me to understand our needs and went above and beyond to fulfill them. She was incredibly helpful with anything she could coordinate and actively sought solutions for things beyond her direct control – truly commendable! 👍 During our stay, she was incredibly responsive and efficient in booking activities and arranging a late check-out. So, these 5 stars are definitely for our butler. Another great point is the lifeguard at the pool; they are, without a doubt, the most responsible I've ever encountered at a hotel. They diligently watched the pool every single minute, never getting distracted. The staff at the kids' activities also did a fantastic job, engaging with every child and ensuring everyone felt included. On the downside, the room cleaning could be improved. The non-slip mat in the bathtub had a greasy film underneath (though when I informed the butler, she immediately resolved it and provided disposable bath liners). Replenishment of amenities was also inconsistent. The hot food at the executive lounge was disappointing and didn't match the quality expected from a five-star hotel at this price point. Lastly, the kids' club was very small and lacked proper ventilation."

"The surrounding sea is beautiful, and there are delicious seafood restaurants. It's conveniently located, and the room is large and beautiful with a sea view from the balcony. However, the room got cold late at night, and the air conditioner wouldn't turn on. The air conditioner switch is the kind mounted on the wall, and pressing it didn't do anything. There was municipal road construction downstairs; they were still driving piles at 8 or 9 pm and started again before 8 am. I only stayed one day before leaving."

"The stay was fantastic! The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free; the bedding was soft and comfortable; and the toiletries were complete and of good quality. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in and check-out were quick. The surrounding area is also convenient for getting around. Overall, it's excellent value for money. The environment is quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for business trips or vacations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

There is a milk tea there that is undrinkable and powdery. Moreover, the water in the scenic area is more expensive. If you go to play in the water, the shower room there seems to be 20 yuan/person. The watermelon smoothie in the picture, the powdery one is just for show. 😶 It should take more than 30 minutes to ride to Jintan (I forgot The last picture is at dusk at Golden Beach. "Pros: The service was great! I added the front desk on WeChat, and they were very responsive to any questions I had, even recommending places to eat. I stayed in the 180 sea-view suite, which was a nice and clean apartment with a huge balcony and a clear view of the sea. You can cook in the room (though you need to bring your own pots and pans). The location is also decent, about a six or seven-minute walk to Silver Beach. They offer free sand-digging tools, which is a big plus! There's an owner's canteen downstairs for breakfast, which is very convenient. Cons: There are other residents in the apartment building, and some are renovating. With only two elevators, waiting times can be quite long. The front desk is outside on the first floor and separate from the residential area, making it a bit hard to find. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low."

"The carpet was very dirty; I'll definitely choose hotels without carpets in the future. Service was so-so, but the lobby was bright and the breakfast was quite good. The mini-bar with complimentary drinks was excellent, offering several options. It's close to Beihai Silver Beach, but the beach was very dirty, like a market."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family."
