"Facilities: The facilities were excellent and fully equipped; we had everything we needed, including a washing machine, and the air conditioning was very powerful. Cleanliness: The place was spotlessly clean and very tidy – excellent. Environment: The environment was superb! With the ocean right outside the window, the view was absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. Service: The owner was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive."

"The biggest highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly our butler, Lulu. Before our arrival, she proactively contacted me to understand our needs and went above and beyond to fulfill them. She was incredibly helpful with anything she could coordinate and actively sought solutions for things beyond her direct control – truly commendable! 👍 During our stay, she was incredibly responsive and efficient in booking activities and arranging a late check-out. So, these 5 stars are definitely for our butler. Another great point is the lifeguard at the pool; they are, without a doubt, the most responsible I've ever encountered at a hotel. They diligently watched the pool every single minute, never getting distracted. The staff at the kids' activities also did a fantastic job, engaging with every child and ensuring everyone felt included. On the downside, the room cleaning could be improved. The non-slip mat in the bathtub had a greasy film underneath (though when I informed the butler, she immediately resolved it and provided disposable bath liners). Replenishment of amenities was also inconsistent. The hot food at the executive lounge was disappointing and didn't match the quality expected from a five-star hotel at this price point. Lastly, the kids' club was very small and lacked proper ventilation."

"The surrounding sea is beautiful, and there are delicious seafood restaurants. It's conveniently located, and the room is large and beautiful with a sea view from the balcony. However, the room got cold late at night, and the air conditioner wouldn't turn on. The air conditioner switch is the kind mounted on the wall, and pressing it didn't do anything. There was municipal road construction downstairs; they were still driving piles at 8 or 9 pm and started again before 8 am. I only stayed one day before leaving."

"First of all, the location is excellent, situated in the heart of Beihai. It's not far from Beihai Railway Station and various scenic spots; a taxi ride usually costs around 10-25 yuan. Additionally, there are supermarkets, restaurants, and snack shops downstairs, making it very convenient. The owner is extremely welcoming. I initially booked two nights and later extended my stay for three more. Overall, it was excellent and highly recommended."

"The hotel is very comfortable, with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. I think it is also a good choice for a long stay. It's a pity that the weather was not good when we came, and the sea was blocked by fog, otherwise we could see the sea from our house. Will come again soon! This hotel is perfect for gathering with friends! Silver Beach is nearby. There are electric bicycles for rent downstairs for 15-20 yuan, and luggage storage for 10-15 yuan. There are also convenience stores and restaurants, which is very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby. It is recommended to buy water before going to Silver Beach. There is a milk tea there that is undrinkable and powdery. Moreover, the water in the scenic area is more expensive. If you go to play in the water, the shower room there seems to be 20 yuan/person. The watermelon smoothie in the picture, the powdery one is just for show. 😶 It should take more than 30 minutes to ride to Jintan (I forgot The last picture is at dusk at Golden Beach. "Pros: The service was great! I added the front desk on WeChat, and they were very responsive to any questions I had, even recommending places to eat. I stayed in the 180 sea-view suite, which was a nice and clean apartment with a huge balcony and a clear view of the sea. You can cook in the room (though you need to bring your own pots and pans). The location is also decent, about a six or seven-minute walk to Silver Beach. They offer free sand-digging tools, which is a big plus! There's an owner's canteen downstairs for breakfast, which is very convenient. Cons: There are other residents in the apartment building, and some are renovating. With only two elevators, waiting times can be quite long. The front desk is outside on the first floor and separate from the residential area, making it a bit hard to find. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family."
