Amazing
GGreat AThis is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!

GGuest UserWe stayed here to go to a Katy Perry concert in SSE arena. We stayed in a room with 2 x Queen begs for 4 girls. It was fab! The room was spotless, the beds were so comfortable, and staff were very nice and helpful. We had just eat deliveries for food and drink before the concert and got up to a gorgeous breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as I believe it caters for all. I am returning in January 2026 and cannot wait already.

GGuest UserMy recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved. As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience. In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

AAnonymous UserThe only advantage of the hotel is that it is in a good location and convenient for travel. I am not satisfied with the room. It uses some high-tech technologies, such as the toilet door automatically closes and opens when it is touched, but we feel that it is noisy at night, so we specifically asked the front desk staff to help us cancel this function. Another thing that made our stay experience bad was that we were arranged in a room in the basement, and it felt like there were almost no other guests down there. I don't know why we were treated very specially. The room is very small, and there is not even enough space to put luggage. I don't recommend this hotel.

CCicianThe biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

GGuest UserFrom the moment we stepped into The Hampton at Hilton Cental we were made very welcome. The check-in was a pleasure and very efficient. We were allowed up to our rooms early. Th e staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless 404. The bed was very comfy. The towels were fluffy and plentiful. The shower was fab. The breakfast staff were very helpful to find us a table very quickly even though the dining room was very busy.  Breakfast very tasty.  I’m not at all surprised that the hotel has won Staff awards. We ll be back.

GGuest UserStayed for 3 nights to celebrate our 28 year anniversary- great location and an easy stroll in 7/10 mins to centre of Belfast and 12 mins to the Cathedral quarter. Good funky vibe in lobby and very relaxed and chilled. Great room very spacious and clean . Breakfast was self service and had a broad range of food on offer. Staff very friendly and helpful and arranged taxi to port as well as being on hand to offer information when asked - very good stay and we left very content . Complementary Cocktails on arrival was a great touch as well

GGuest UserExcellent hotel walkable to most city sights. The standard king room was spotless and spacious. The room was well equipped and had tea, coffee and a fridge. Breakfast was excellent, though did have to queue for 15 minutes on Sunday morning. Nearby is an indoor market which was great as was Simply Fish across the road from the hotel. All staff lovely. Would definitely stay here again if in Belfast.

Nice relaxed hotel  The hotel is located  in a lovely area in Belfast, just around the corner from Queen’s university, Ulster Museum  & the Botanic Gardens . Easy to walk to the town centre too. . Mmarycon buagayanThis is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay. However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately acknowledged, which can leave an impression of inattentiveness — particularly for international visitors. My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.
