Guest UserIf you're attending a concert, this is undoubtedly the best choice. It's right next to K-Arena, a mere 1-minute walk away. Anpanman Children's Museum is also very close. There's a Lawson convenience store nearby that closes at 11 PM. It's a bit of a distance to Yokohama Station, about a 15-20 minute walk, or around 1500 JPY by taxi. There's a bus to Haneda Airport right outside, but it has limited operating hours. However, since it's the first stop, you don't need to book tickets in advance; you can just buy them on the spot. The shower is in the bathtub. Breakfast was decent, nothing special.

Guest UserUndoubtedly Yokohama's top luxury experience! This hotel exclusively occupies Pier 8, surrounded by the sea on three sides, and its exterior resembles a luxury cruise ship. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the elegant spiral staircase and nautical-themed design. Located in the heart of Minato Mirai, it's just a short walk to the Red Brick Warehouse, the Ferris wheel, and the Cup Noodles Museum. The guest rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an unobstructed 270-degree panoramic view of Yokohama Port's nightscape and the city skyline. Sunrises, sunsets, and dazzling city lights all become your private masterpiece. The space is generous, featuring a modern Japanese aesthetic with warm wood tones and meticulous attention to detail. The bedding is comfortable, and soundproofing is excellent. The bathroom comes with Byredo amenities, and the large bathtub directly faces the sea. The facilities are new and well-maintained, with a gym, courtyard, and sea-view terrace all available.

Overall, my stay was very satisfying. This is a seasoned five-star hotel with a rich heritage. I booked a sea-view room, which was spacious and airy. The room decor had a unique, vintage, and nostalgic ambiance. Unfortunately, I encountered typhoon weather on the day of my check-in, so I couldn't enjoy the clear, expansive sea view, which was a bit of a shame. I imagine the view from the window would be exceptionally stunning on a clear day. The hotel's service and facilities are definitely up to five-star standards, making for a comfortable stay. I'll definitely return on a sunny day to experience the sea views!

くななThe lady in black at check-in was incredibly polite and helpful. The room was compact but very clean and comfortable. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast they recommended; although the selection wasn't huge, the quality of each item was excellent and delicious. There's a supermarket and a convenience store nearby, which is also a plus.

The hotel service was exceptionally attentive, and the room's facilities were excellent. It was super quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the city view from the high floor was beautiful. The location is incredibly convenient, with art museums, convenience stores, shopping malls, cafes, and restaurants all within a 10-minute walk. The airport shuttle runs three times a day, which is super handy. I'll definitely choose to stay at the Westin again!

This is not a true capsule hotel: the beds are only separated with curtains, not doors. This means that you can hear everyone else in the room, and that there is no secure place to leave your things when you go the shower or leave your space for a bit. (The only lockers are all the way on the ground floor, in the lobby, and they are tiny--much too small for a suitcase or even a large backpack.) So this feels much more like a youth hostel than an actual capsule hotel.
If the beds had doors that could be locked, I would give this place an excellent review. On the positive side, it was kept very clean (given the number of people staying there), and it's very close to the train station and to Chinatown.

I used it for family trips.
It was very helpful to be able to use it at a reasonable price even during the busy season of spring break.
The room was on the 4th floor, so I couldn't enjoy the view from the window, but I could see the top of the marine tower a little from the window.
It was very good to be able to walk very much because it was very close to Chinatown and the child was small.
The bath used the large bath, but the dressing room and the bath were compact, but I was able to heal my fatigue by the bath that stretched my legs
I would like to stay again if I have another chance.
