"The room was very clean and spacious enough for one person. The location is excellent, with Totsuka Station about a 10-15 minute train ride from Yokohama Station. There's also a convenience store right next door. I especially want to thank the front desk staff; on the day I was checking out, I realized I'd lost my passport, and they were incredibly helpful, calling the lost and found at the department store for me. It was a great stay overall!"
