"The hotel is very close to Sakuragicho Station, Yokohama Air Cabin, and Minato Mirai. The room at the end of the hotel offers a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. It's also quick to get to other Kanagawa cities like Kamakura and Zushi. The hotel is fairly clean, just a bit small, but you can't expect too much from a standard business hotel. There's a 24-hour 7-Eleven downstairs, which is very convenient. Overall, the value for money is pretty good. If I visit again, I'd probably choose this hotel."

"Used this hotel for my trip to Yokohama. I had mentioned needing parking when booking, so they had it ready for me beforehand. The room was very clean and spacious. I especially loved that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The staff were also very friendly, which I really appreciated. Thank you!"

"This hotel is incredibly convenient, located right above the JR station and connected to a shopping mall with stores like Uniqlo and Muji. There's a grocery store on the basement level with super affordable sashimi and sushi. You can easily walk to the Red Brick Warehouse and Yamashita Park by the sea, making for a pleasant evening stroll. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, everything is delicious. Each floor has an ice machine and vending machines. For a hotel in Japan at this price point, the rooms are quite spacious, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. It's super easy to get to places like Kamakura, Odawara, or even Tokyo from here, and all the main attractions in Yokohama itself are within walking distance. Compared to the InterContinental I stayed at last time I was in Yokohama, this place offers so much more value for money; the InterContinental was triple the price for one night! It's also more cost-effective than staying in Tokyo, where hotels generally offer even less value. Highly recommend!"

"The room is cozy, compact but well-equipped. It’s conveniently located just behind the Shinkansen station, with many eateries nearby. I had a comfortable rest after several days of traveling.A self-service laundry is also available if you need to wash your clothes with a fee"

"The hotel is short walking distance from shin-yokohama station. Check in was easy and smooth. Out room was a bit small and tired , typical business japanese style but the furniture looked worn. The bathroom was also japanese style : no window + small bathtub with shower and minimal (well equipped) space overall. If you are lucky enough to get an upper floor room , the view from the big window is nice. On the basement there is a 7Eleven and just out of the hotel it is plenty of shops/restaurants"

"This hotel offers excellent value for money. The only downside is that it's about a seven to eight-minute walk from Yokohama West Exit. So, if you don't mind the walk, it's highly recommended. The bathrooms in the rooms have been renovated, and there's a newly refurbished large public bath in the basement, which is very convenient to use. Especially in the twin rooms, you can easily open two 28-inch suitcases at the same time. The surrounding area is also very convenient with plenty of dining and shopping options."

"Maybe because I booked early, I was able to stay in a spacious room on the top floor, even though it was cheap at 5,500 yen per person on a weekday. I was very satisfied! The location is also very good, as Shin-Yokohama Station and Yokohama Arena are both close by! One thing that bothered me a little was that there was a strange noise I'd never heard when I was in the elevator, which made me a little uneasy, probably because the hotel was built about 40 years ago. There were some parts that felt a bit dated, but it was well-cleaned and had a clean feeling◎"

"Had a very pleasant stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Yokohama-Koen. The location is excellent—very convenient and within walking distance to Yokohama Stadium, Chinatown, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was cozy, and the overall space was well-maintained. Staff were polite, professional, and efficient during both check-in and check-out. Amenities were sufficient, and everything felt organized and hassle-free. Overall, a great balance of comfort, location, and value for money. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Yokohama!"

"📍 The location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is right inside Tokyo Disney Resort, with Bayside Station on the Disney Resort Line right at its doorstep, just a 5-minute walk away 🚃. There's a free shuttle bus to the parks, and an airport limousine bus stop downstairs, so even with luggage, it's a breeze. 🌿 The ambiance is grand yet quiet, with a high-ceilinged, spacious lobby and stylish art deco decor. From the ocean-view room's balcony, you can watch the sunset over Tokyo Bay and planes taking off and landing in the distance – truly therapeutic! 🌊 The room is quite spacious by Japanese standards; even with an extra bed for three of us, it was comfortable. The separate bathtub was perfect for soaking away the day's fatigue, and though the bedding was firm, we slept soundly. 🍳 Breakfast was the highlight! The hotel has four restaurants to choose from, and we tried them for three consecutive days: * **Grand Café:** The most popular, with the widest variety. The freshly made omelets and French toast are a must-try, but it often gets crowded in the morning, so going early is recommended. * **Galleria Café:** More geared towards Western light meals. The automatic coffee machine makes good lattes ☕. It's less crowded and quiet, perfect for a quick bite if you're in a hurry. * **Asuka (飛鳥):** Offers Japanese set meals. The grilled fish, miso soup, and small side dishes are exquisitely presented, adding a sense of ceremony 🍱. Service can be slow, but if you're not rushing, it's a very pleasant dining experience. 💁 The service is up to Japanese standards. The front desk staff communicate smoothly in English. Luggage storage and early check-in can be handled at the Welcome Center next to Maihama Station, which is very thoughtful. The kids' play area and indoor pool allowed the little ones to burn off energy completely, giving the adults a break. Overall, I'd definitely want to come back for the Disney convenience and breakfast variety! Highly recommend for families with kids. 👨‍👩‍👧"

"Overall, a pleasant stay. The bed is extremely comfy. Having three pillows is a plus. Compared to the conventional hotel in Tokyo, this hotel is relatively large for this standard. The view from the hotel is decent. It’s wished that there are washing machines available. One critical thing is that the room is quite dusty though… You can see the dust floating under the light at the entrance. As for the transportation, it’s around a 3-4 minute walk from Shin-Takashima station (an extra 210yen if you depart from Yokohama station). You can also walk from Yokohama station, but it takes around 15 minutes (and drains quite a lot of stamina if you are carrying your luggage around) The area around the hotel is quite modern but not overwhelming crowded (maybe there wasn’t a concert at KT Zepp Yokohama during my stay at the hotel). There is two 711 nearby and a small-scale food court as well. Other than that, there are not much to shop nearby. In a nutshell, a good hotel with a quiet but not intimidating ambience at night. A less dusty room would be highly appreciated. The location is good enough if paying a 420 yen-round trip everyday for one stop from Yokohama is not financially burdening to you."
