This hotel is okay overall, the air conditioning equipment is a bit old, does not affect the heating, the space is okay, the bathroom space is also relatively large, no other reviews said of discrimination against the Chinese to rooms with roof windows. A little worried before going, went to the 2nd floor given after, normal room, was relieved. However, the double room bed is indeed too narrow. If you turn over too much when sleeping, you will fall off the bed. The variety of breakfast is average. It is more convenient to go to the exhibition here. A few dozen meters outside the door is the Line 3 subway station.

Guest UserHuge thanks to everyone involved in running the hotel! Everything was wonderful and delightful! It was our wedding anniversary during our stay, and thank you so much for the lovely gift of Italian champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. We were so touched and impressed by your thoughtfulness and kindness! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Konstantin SerzhanExcellent modern hotel, fantastic breakfast with champagne and live music. The gym is small but perfectly adequate for staying in shape. As a complimentary gesture, they extended our stay by two hours.

Guest UserGood hotel, very conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the metro. The hotel provides all the essentials: slippers, shower gels, hairdryer, bathrobe, a drying rack, tea, and coffee. We didn't try the breakfast.

This hotel is almost entirely filled with Chinese guests; staying here feels like being back home! 😂 The front desk service was good, and their English was excellent. All the signs inside the hotel also had Chinese. You absolutely need proof of stay from your previous hotel to check in, so make sure to prepare it in advance. We were staying here for our last leg of the trip, so we didn't have them provide a certificate of stay. The cleanliness was okay. The bathroom design is a bit awkward for non-couple occupants sharing a room. Overall, it was decent, and the service was fine. The bed was huge; after so many days in Russia, we finally got a bed similar in size to those back home! 😓 I highly recommend staying here before leaving Moscow. There's a shopping mall right downstairs with a large Golden Apple store, making shopping very convenient. It's about a ten-minute walk to an ATM where you can withdraw money with a Chinese bank card, which is great if you're running low on rubles on your last day. Across the street from the mall, there's also a Pyaterochka supermarket where chocolate is very cheap. We missed our Aeroexpress train. We went downstairs and were told we could only take the Aeroexpress from Belorussky Station, but if there are two or more people, you can ask the front desk to help call a taxi directly from the hotel to the airport for only 1429 rubles, which is more convenient and only about 100 rubles more expensive than the Aeroexpress.

Guest UserHaving traveled quite a bit, this hotel left a really great impression on me. The room was comfortable, quiet, and very well-maintained, with everything needed to relax at the end of the day!
The staff was always courteous, friendly, and willing to help when needed, which is something I especially appreciate these days.
The breakfast far exceeded my expectations, and the hotel bar is a nice spot for a relaxing drink at the end of the day.
The location is also a major plus. Having the metro so close by is really important in Moscow!!

Gaoshanliushui1917The hotel is relatively close to Sheremetyevo Airport. Terminal C's exit, to your left, is where you'll find the 1195 express bus. A one-way ticket costs 450 rubles, and a round-trip ticket (valid for 30 days) is 750 rubles. Take the bus to the last stop, then transfer to Metro Line 2 (the first stop on the line). After 3 stops, exit at the 4th station, exit 2, turn right, and walk about 300m. You'll see a 3-story building with a courtyard, which is the hotel. The hotel rooms aren't very big, and Russian beds are generally quite small (1 meter wide). The hotel breakfast offers a decent variety, and they provide residency certificates promptly.

On the first day, I asked for a lightbulb to be replaced in my room because it had burned out, but the housekeepers didn't pass on the message. The next day, after the room was cleaned, the dishes weren't dried properly. There was only one pillow in the room, I asked for another and they brought one. On the second floor, the ceilings are very low and there are beams with wires showing – it doesn't look very cozy... I understand it's a loft, but those exposed wires make it look like a poorly thought-out renovation. I was staying directly under a tree, so hardly any sunlight got in and it felt gloomy... otherwise, it was fine, but the mattress was very soft.

Guest UserOur room was on the 27th floor, facing the city, with a distant view of Moscow's city center. My partner absolutely loved it! The hotel was much better than we expected, and the price was excellent – really good value for money. I was a bit worried about outdated facilities after reading some reviews, but everything was actually fine. It's clean, and for just over 300 rubles a night in Moscow, what more could you ask for? This is a 4-star hotel, and the room was well-equipped. The only minor issues were a slight smell from the drain and noisy neighbors who started making a racket around 5 or 6 in the morning. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. We stayed for five nights. There's a 'Green Supermarket' nearby, which was convenient for daily shopping and our favorite grocery store. Izmaylovsky Market (Antiques Market) is right next door, so we could pop back to the hotel to rest when we got tired of browsing. Getting to Red Square is super easy – just take Metro Line 3 directly, no transfers needed. The metro station is about a five or six-minute walk away. If I ever come back to Moscow, I'd definitely stay here again.

It's nice. Having a shopping mall nearby is a huge plus. There are nice dining options on the upper floors of both the large and small malls. Next to the metro. Bathroom cleanliness was good. It would be better if the curtains were washed. There were no stains or hairs on the bed sheet. There is a minibar. Beautiful view. The price is reasonable. There is also a water purifier in the corridor that provides hot and cold water. The room is cleaned every day. They renew the water in the room every day
