The hotel is comfortably located in the picturesque Zamoskvorechye district, 1 km from Paveletsky Railway Station, from where an Aeroexpress train departs every half hour to Domodedovo Airport. The Tretyakov Gallery is a 15-minute walk away, while Red Square is a half-hour walk away. There are many historical sites, mansions, business centers around, as well as the colorful Pyatnitskaya Street with many cafes, which creates a unique atmosphere of combining epochs and the unique energy of Moscow. The hotel has 190 rooms with all the amenities a traveler needs. The rooms are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, a work area, a storage space, a TV, a mini-refrigerator, a safe, slippers and a set of towels. Each room has an individual bathroom with a shower cabin. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and drinking water in the purifier on the floor. There is a supermarket downstairs very convenient, but there is nothing to eat in Moscow after 11:00 in the evening. You need to prepare a little food in advance at the hotel. The hotel environment is good and the location is OK.

The room has air conditioning and a compact, yet fully-equipped kitchen. The hotel's location is excellent; you can go downstairs directly into a small shopping mall with a Miratorg supermarket and The Byk restaurant, which is very convenient for grabbing food and drinks to take back to your room. There are Russian McDonald's and Russian KFC nearby, all within walking distance. A larger mall is about an 8-minute walk away, and across from it is a transportation hub with a train station, metro station, and bus stop. You can easily check specific routes on a map app. The hotel offers free luggage storage. The picture shows the hotel's breakfast buffet; it's less crowded before 7:30 AM, and the food is decent. The main point is that in Russia, most breakfast places don't open before 9 or 10 AM, so you pretty much have to add breakfast at the hotel.

Great & clean hotel, easy decision re 5/5, especially value for money. amazing location, friendly staff and easy to communicate in english. Suggest changing cash somewhere else (not the main bank next door). The main cross road has a decent exchange shop (safe) next to the surf coffee place. Would def. come back again.

The room was clean, but the bed was too small. Service was okay, and it was relatively quiet. It's very close to the metro station, though a bit of a walk to Red Square (I walked there and explored a bit). There's a large supermarket downstairs and a shopping mall next door, which is convenient. There's also a KFC right outside and a cheap steak place called Bull.

The attitude was unbelievably bad, but the location was excellent. They took advantage of Chinese guests. On the first day, they told me the room I booked was unavailable and offered me an alternative. I agreed, only to find it was an attic room, requiring me to carry my luggage down a flight of stairs. The attic had two cramped rooms, and upon entering, it was incredibly run-down, similar to an old-fashioned guesthouse in China. I initially thought this was just how a century-old hotel was. There was urine in the toilet and two or three ants crawling on the bed. Since I was with my child, and it was already 3 or 4 AM back home, I just focused on getting the child to sleep. Unable to sleep myself, I contacted Ctrip customer service. They immediately helped me arrange a room change. The next day, when I moved into a regular floor room, I was even angrier – it was like a five-star hotel! Ctrip's service was fantastic; they mentioned that communication with the hotel in Russia was difficult but apologized for our experience and offered 650 RMB in compensation. It wasn't about the amount of money, but Ctrip's attitude made me feel very comfortable.

Excellent hotel with superb service. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer a magnificent view. I would recommend this hotel to others as a prime example of what modern service should be. Any issue is resolved in a matter of minutes. It's the kind of place where you truly feel like a valued guest. I wish them continued prosperity and would gladly stay again. Thanks to the staff for their passion for their work.

Facilities: Not bad. After leaving the Four Seasons Group, it can still maintain a relatively high quality, but the house is a little old. Hygiene: Average, nothing to say Environment: Very good, Red Square is downstairs, but there is too much snow in winter, the snow at the door cannot be cleaned, and it is all black mud after the car runs over. There are no other shortcomings. Even because the location of the Four Seasons Hotel is very good, you will not encounter the problem of positioning errors in the Red Square when taking a taxi on Yandex Go. Service: Average

Our stay at Peter 1 Hotel was truly exceptional! The hotel is elegant and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of comfort and classic style. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean — a great place to relax after a day of exploring Moscow. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area had a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were happy to assist with anything we needed, from directions to restaurant recommendations. Overall, Peter 1 Hotel exceeded my expectations — beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and outstanding service.
