Very large, there is a kitchen, you can buy vegetables and cook by yourself, affordable. The bathroom is OK. The bed is extra large. The wardrobe is very practical. The oven is easy to use. The thawed soup bag is very delicious.

The room has air conditioning and a compact, yet fully-equipped kitchen. The hotel's location is excellent; you can go downstairs directly into a small shopping mall with a Miratorg supermarket and The Byk restaurant, which is very convenient for grabbing food and drinks to take back to your room. There are Russian McDonald's and Russian KFC nearby, all within walking distance. A larger mall is about an 8-minute walk away, and across from it is a transportation hub with a train station, metro station, and bus stop. You can easily check specific routes on a map app. The hotel offers free luggage storage. The picture shows the hotel's breakfast buffet; it's less crowded before 7:30 AM, and the food is decent. The main point is that in Russia, most breakfast places don't open before 9 or 10 AM, so you pretty much have to add breakfast at the hotel.

The hotel is in a fantastic downtown location, super close to the subway. Our room was really spacious, comfy, and sparkling clean. The bathroom was quite roomy, though the shower stall itself was a tad small. My only real complaint is that the fridge was broken – my ice cream melted! Also, the closet door was a bit saggy and scraped the floor, making it hard to open and close. On the bright side, breakfast was plentiful and varied, and I loved the Chinese signs; that was a nice touch.

This veteran five-star hotel is well-maintained. The breakfast spread is generous, and they even added an extra bed for our party of three. The location is excellent, very close to Arbat Street, and not far from Metro Lines 3 and 4, making getting around very convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the front desk speaks fluent English. If you're looking for a hotel not far from Red Square, I highly recommend this one; it offers great value for money. During our stay, it happened to be my son's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully surprised us with a cake, which was both delightful and touching!

Magnificent view from the window of the Kievsky railway station and the clock tower. Excellent breakfasts. Our stay included access to the spa area. The saunas and baths are compact, but we visited both. There's a 24/7 gym, a swimming pool you can actually swim in, and, rarely, a children's pool. The water in the pool is 26.5°C.

I want to express my gratitude for a wonderful stay. My experience was overwhelmingly positive: the high level of professionalism and attentive service to guests was evident at every stage, from the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful farewell at check-out. The staff was incredibly polite. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet; they even accommodated my request for a room facing the courtyard on the top floor. There was also an ironing board and iron in the room. The breakfasts were particularly delightful: a wide selection of dishes (I especially liked that eggs or omelets were cooked to order), a variety of juices and smoothies, and complimentary sparkling wine – a big plus. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the center of Moscow. Thank you – I will definitely return at my next opportunity.

The location is excellent, just across the street from the Red Square. The Red Square is very lively with the Chinese New Year Market and the Christmas Market. We stayed here and visited the Red Square three times. The hotel is European in style, the rooms are large, and the facilities are not as old as other reviews say. I think everything is quite comfortable except that the lighting is a little dim. The breakfast is indeed Russian, but I can get used to it. I was surprised to find soy sauce and wine for breakfast. What we especially praised was that we arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock in the morning, and the hotel did not let us wait, and immediately arranged a room for us, which really exceeded our expectations. In short, very satisfied!

Excellent hotel with superb service. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer a magnificent view. I would recommend this hotel to others as a prime example of what modern service should be. Any issue is resolved in a matter of minutes. It's the kind of place where you truly feel like a valued guest. I wish them continued prosperity and would gladly stay again. The environment is pretty good, though the room is a bit small. Transportation is quite convenient; you can just take a taxi. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were all very enthusiastic. They can also help you get a temporary residence permit, which is very convenient.
