"Everything at the hotel was great. We stayed there for 6 nights. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great. Easy to access to metro and Arbat area is buzzling and nice to walk around especially during the evenings/night. My only issue was trying to get our taxi to locate the hotel. When we book the taxi a different address appears on the booking app and it will bring you at the back of the hotel and you will need to find the hotel yourself. Our stay was during Feb and it was snowing and cold, so that was not a great experience trying to locate the hotel with 2 big luggage. Other then this I would recommend this hotel."

"I always stay at this place. It's conveniently located, the rooms are spacious, and it has all the amenities. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and all the tourist attractions are close by. It's also very near the city center, and the room gets cleaned daily."

"The facilities, service, and staff attitude were all excellent. Location: It's a bit of a walk from the subway station, and you have to take a small alleyway. If you're unfamiliar with the area, you might need to ask for directions to find it. However, it's also within walking distance of Red Square. Once you know the way, you'll find it's quite close. The subway and Red Square are in opposite directions from the hotel, but the distance to both feels similar. Facilities: There's Wi-Fi, and the amenities are well-equipped, including slippers, a hairdryer, disposable toiletries, and many other items. The only downside is that while there are windows, they face an interior space and cannot be opened, which was a bit misleading as I expected them to provide ventilation. Next door was an area where another company seemed to be holding meetings, and it was quite noisy. I had to close the window when sleeping, especially since they eventually left for the day. I had to use the air conditioning because it would get very stuffy otherwise. When I spoke to the hotel about changing rooms, I found that all rooms had these inward-facing windows. I was told I'd have to pay extra for a room with an exterior-facing window. Service: The hotel front desk offers service in English. They were able to provide water when I asked and also offered luggage storage. Conveniently, the hotel is right on the way if you're walking from Red Square to the subway, so it's perfectly en route. Overall, I'm satisfied. A big thank you to the two Russian men who helped us find the hotel with our luggage; they truly saved us from our helplessness."

"Stayed here for a couple of days in July with a friend. It's a pleasant, compact hotel, without a huge, pompous lobby; very minimalist. The rooms are also compact, about 25 square meters – not cramped, but there's not much space to spread out your luggage either. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute taxi ride to the city center. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is delicious with all the essentials. They even have a ”chocolate hour” for those who enjoy it. The à la carte menu at the ground floor restaurant is tasty. There's a small but cozy spa with a hammam and Balinese massage. Overall, it's more than good value for the money."

"Great location! It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and there's a mall right across the street. The exchange rates there are good, and it's super convenient for dining and shopping. When you check out, they automatically provide a proof of stay."

"This apartment hotel is fully equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, pots, and pans. It's conveniently located right across from a shopping mall and supermarket, making it easy to cook your own meals. It's also very close to two metro stations, which is great for getting around. Downstairs, there's a botanical garden, perfect for a leisurely stroll and enjoying the nice environment. However, some of the front desk staff don't speak English, so communication can be a bit challenging. You might need to use a translation app to show them messages in Russian. I noticed a lot of Chinese guests staying here."

"The location is excellent and the staff are friendly, but the facilities are a bit old. It feels like it doesn't quite live up to the Mercure name. Still, I'm satisfied. Foreigners are also welcome to stay."

"The price was great, and it's only a 12-minute walk from the Guerrilla metro station. The location tracking is also accurate. There's a really good Chinese restaurant near the Guerrilla metro station; I always grab a bite after exiting the metro and returning to the hotel, hehe. The room was large and clean, with great heating. The whole hotel is huge, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful, even providing helpful tips in Chinese and issuing a free proof of stay. However, I recommend taking a taxi instead of the metro (if you have large luggage). The metro has many stairs, so it's best suited for those without luggage. I was exhausted on the way there! ｡°（°¯᷄◠¯᷅°）°｡"

"The breakfast was absolutely delicious!!! And incredibly varied, changing daily. The best dish was the chicken soup on the first day; it was sold out afterward, which was a real shame! I only got to drink it once during my four-day stay 😂 I regret not having more bowls—it was just as delicious as in China! And breakfast is available from 7 am to 12 pm, which is unbelievable! Aside from the room I booked being a little small, everything else was impeccable! The service was excellent, and the furnishings and cleaning were superb! They contacted us immediately after we left something behind and held onto it until our return to Moscow on the 13th, even allowing us to leave our luggage there until we went to the airport. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful! The location is also fantastic; it's within walking distance of most attractions, and there are many restaurants and 24-hour shops nearby, adding a lot of fun and convenience to our trip to Russia. I'll definitely stay here again if I go to Moscow next time!"

"My wife and I stayed at this hotel for the first time; we specifically needed this location. A big plus is the excellent Mitinsky Park: great for walks, runs, and feeding swans and ducks. Overall, everything was fine, but it's clear that some rooms need a refresh: a fresh coat of paint, replacing a few things, cleaning the windows a bit more often, and taking better care of the laminate flooring. These are more recommendations, and I wish them continued improvement to ensure guests always return."
