Great
__WeChat503892****Everything exceeded my expectations. The hygiene and cleanliness were top-notch, and the service was very responsive. It's perfectly suited for business trips.
1. Absolutely ideal for business travel; the facilities and service are perfect, and the hygiene is impeccable. I had a very comfortable stay!
GGuest UserThe hotel is a mid-range hotel in westin. The room is very new and relatively large. The location is in a better area of Reno City. The bed was very comfortable. Some reviews said it was noisy, maybe because the windows were not closed tightly. The public area on the first floor is relatively large. The gym facilities are okay and the breakfast is also good.
GGuest UserQuite new hotel, relatively normal Hyatt Place room, average breakfast. Close to the highway, it's best to ask the front desk for a room on the inside, otherwise it's quite noisy.
이이지혜It's very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus is operated. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the water pressure is satisfactory. I didn't expect much because it was a free breakfast, but I was so satisfied because it was similar to the breakfast I paid for and eat at other hotels.
SSunflowerSYBooked a king suites room. Comes with sofa bed and a small kitchen area. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Complimentary coffee and tea station at lobby area. About 8 mins drive to nearby ****** downtown if you plan to drop by during your stay.
JJIKEJust beside the small river, cross the bridge and walk more than 200 meters along the river to the car museum to see the various cars carefully collected by the casino owner. A dedicated parking garage is available for free parking. The stopover from Yellowstone Park to Yosemite is not bad. Reno is the second largest city in Nevada and has many casinos.
GGuest UserIt's quite clean. It takes too long to refund the hotel deposit. It takes a month. I didn't have parking but I was charged a parking fee of 14 US dollars.
MMorganMelissaWe came up for Hot August Nights, because they do have a dedicated parking area for show participants. We do appreciate that! In the parking garage, there were several spots of urine that were there for the duration of our four days. Maybe the pressure wash that once in a while? Wait for rain?
At check-in, the front desk lady seemed to hate her life or job or being friendly in general. Her responses were short and rude. The room had a nice view of the pool area and it was a pretty view at night. But, to see the view you have to wrestle with two sets of curtains which was tough. I had to stand in the chair and grab the curtains from the top to move them. The beds were comfortable, so that's a plus. The bathroom was outdated, the shower head hits you in the chest, but would be perfect height for a 4'8” child. The shower curtain rod was coming off the wall on one side, I did let the front desk guy know at checkout. Restaurants were great, lots of choices between the three ”resorts” in the Row. There was a small in room fridge to put our leftovers in, and drinks. Their is a Keurig coffee pot, if you want cream in your coffee you'll want to call and ask for more!
Overall, this was an ok stay for what we needed. But, for a grand for 3 nights I think we will be staying somewhere else next year, where we know everything has been upgraded.
GGuest UserThis hotel is a perfect airport hotel. Friendly staff, easy check in, clean rooms, restaurant and bar. The price point is perfect and half the cost as nearby—often sold out—hotels. I’ve stayed here many time and they’re consistently delivering a good product. Also, booking on Trip.com is beyond easy.
GGuest UserBooo… this one is at the bottom of my list Well, if you have an opportunity to stay at a different hotel, closer in town little more expensive if you can afford it, try not to stay too long at this one it’s an old hotel. It’s a old stinky casino needs to be leveled and rebuilt wrong part of town, a lot of transient people on the street. I did not like it but it was cheap. It was clean and old and stunk phone. Desk was friendly maintenance was nonexistent. I change the filter in my AC unit because it was nasty. I stayed there for two night. The only thing that was comfortable was leaving my truck outside because they had security in a fenced in area. Security walk to grounds all the time not nice not good I don’t like.
