"Would have given 5 star rating but disappointed that five of the six fitness center’s treadmills were broken and internet did not work in the room. The hotel was clean, rooms were large and comfortable, fitness center was very good (except treadmill issue).  Would stay again, though.  I believe that the hotel will fix these issues soon."

"By the river, the parking space is limited and you can't park with a sticker. Overall, it's ok"

"Overall, this hotel is pretty good, but the in-room Wi-Fi isn't great. The front desk service is excellent, the facilities are complete, the location is convenient, the room is neat and tidy, and the stay was comfortable."

"It's amazing what you've done with the old hotel!!!!!! It is IMMACULATE and QUIET! The foods are FANTASTIC!!!!! You have fuly changed all the areas! It's like a new building!!!!! BUT! ROOM INFO! My room did NOT have a central ceiling light fixture with a fan. It did NOT have an ALARM CLOCK. It did NOT have a microwave. MY SHOWER: (1) door was on rollers, the other was FIXED. BUT. The plumbing stuff to turn on the water AND the shower were behind the fixed glass window, SO you have to get INTO the shower and go to the fixtures and turn it on then turn the shower on WHILE you were standing UNDER it! Whenever you turn on a shower, the old water still in it is usually chilly and THEN it warms up. DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!!! OTHER than that, everything else was excellent!!!!! THanks! JP"

"The hotel was a perfect location and was clean. The maid service was spotty with items not replenished on 2 of the 4 days (towels and coffee). The rooms were well kept but the equipment in the exercise room was not working. Half of the exercise machines were ”out of order” and the balance were not hooked up to TV screens. "

"The hotel was good and decent for the stay we had, the room wasn’t the best, and the view was definitely not worth the price since we had air conditioner unit views and white globe with no lights to it too (yawn 🥱 a missed opportunity). If you’re into gambling, or not so much, this is an okay place to stay. We aren’t gamblers but we still managed to find some fun. The cool thing about the hotel is that there are three casinos connected to each other with Silverland being in the middle. We spent more time at Circus Circus playing the games there and earning tickets to win simple prizes. There is much for entertainment there in the forms of gambling, night clubs, and kid games. Food around is pretty reasonable where you don’t have to leave the complex, which is great! However more than two days here might be a bit too much and possibly boring after that if you’re not a gambler. Luckily we were only passing through and less than a 40 hour stay here for us was perfectly fine!"

"I usually love staying at this hotel but on this trip I had lots of trouble. Special events took up all parking spaces and I had to park off property after cruising for 30 minutes with no space available. The pool area was having a rock music beach party until 11 pm on the night I was departing and needed to wake at 5:30 am for my flight. No staff warned me of this late night party that created serious noise in the tower I was in that faced the pool. Hotel front desk offered ear plugs but no apology or offer to change rooms. To add insult to injury I asked for a wake up call that never happened. Luckily I had my phone to wake me although I got very little sleep."

"We came up for Hot August Nights, because they do have a dedicated parking area for show participants. We do appreciate that! In the parking garage, there were several spots of urine that were there for the duration of our four days. Maybe the pressure wash that once in a while? Wait for rain? At check-in, the front desk lady seemed to hate her life or job or being friendly in general. Her responses were short and rude. The room had a nice view of the pool area and it was a pretty view at night. But, to see the view you have to wrestle with two sets of curtains which was tough. I had to stand in the chair and grab the curtains from the top to move them. The beds were comfortable, so that's a plus. The bathroom was outdated, the shower head hits you in the chest, but would be perfect height for a 4'8” child. The shower curtain rod was coming off the wall on one side, I did let the front desk guy know at checkout. Restaurants were great, lots of choices between the three ”resorts” in the Row. There was a small in room fridge to put our leftovers in, and drinks. Their is a Keurig coffee pot, if you want cream in your coffee you'll want to call and ask for more! Overall, this was an ok stay for what we needed. But, for a grand for 3 nights I think we will be staying somewhere else next year, where we know everything has been upgraded."

"The transportation is very convenient. Whether it is from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to other places, it is very convenient to transfer the high speed I80. In addition, there are more places to eat next to the hotel. If you want to eat Chinese food, it is recommended to go to 110, drive is also very close, next to the hotel. There is a stadium and the walk in the past is very good! The service facilities in the hotel are also good, there is a gym!"
