Great
The hotel felt very clean and new, and it was extremely comfortable with nothing to complain about. Since we visited in winter, the outdoor swimming pool wasn’t very convenient, especially for children. The location was great as it is right next to a shopping mall. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.
SSunflowerSYBooked a king suites room. Comes with sofa bed and a small kitchen area. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Complimentary coffee and tea station at lobby area. About 8 mins drive to nearby ****** downtown if you plan to drop by during your stay.
Location is fine. Close by the casinos/Reno event conference, but no homeless. Check in staff was friendly. Room/bedding are consistent with my expectation on a Courtyard. I didn't use the swimming pool but noticed it is pretty small. Parking is $12 a day and in a structure across the street. Overall, it met my expectations and is good.
Very basic room. Perfect for one or a couple night stay. We needed to visit several doctors in two days and decided to stay in town. Saving lots of driving. Nice coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Very quiet at night. Beds, bedding and towels very nice. We would definetly stay there again.
The room is very tidy, spacious and clean. The front desk staff is also very friendly and patiently answers any questions or requests. I will stay here again next time I come to Reno.
The third-floor room was spacious and well-appointed (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) on our first night, but the same style first-floor room on our second visit was meant for handicapped persons and did not include the same appointments. Both rooms were quiet. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were from powder.
We got the 2 rooms suite. It was very spacious and clean. Both rooms have attached bathrooms. Large living room and kitchen equipped with fridge and microwave. The balcony is a plus plus.
CCHENAnd its painful experience, booking.com did not send Ctrip orders to the hotel, resulting in we check-in from 12:00 to 1 point, repeated attempts will not work. Finally, use your own credit card check-in, and wait for Ctrip to give me a final solution. Easy parking. Breakfast because check-in is too late, the elderly help to come to the room, because the child can not get up. Unable to comment.
