"Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, with all daily necessities provided in the room, so there's no need to buy extra or bring your own. Each floor has self-service washing machines with both washing and drying functions, which is very convenient. Just prepare one-yen coins, or you can exchange them at the front desk. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent, very clean overall. If you need your room cleaned, you need to put the cleaning sign on the door before 2 PM; otherwise, it won't be cleaned. Environment: The environment is superb, right in the city center, very close to Shinsaibashi and Umeda commercial districts, just one subway stop away. The subway is the Midosuji Line (red line), and it's about a 700m walk from the hotel. It's also quiet despite being in a bustling area. The hotel surroundings are very peaceful, with a 7-Eleven and a coffee shop right outside, and many restaurants and cafes nearby. Service: The service is great, and the staff are all very nice."

"Stayed at this hotel again after four years, and overall, it's still pretty good! If you enjoy walking, the stroll all the way to Nakanoshima is lovely. The subway is convenient too. The room isn't small, perfectly adequate for two people."

"The hotel was clean and tidy, but it was a bit far from Namba Station, which made walking there in the summer quite tiring. The room was spacious, and the kids loved it, though it did feel a bit like a dorm room. For the price, I can't really complain. The room rate included breakfast for two, so we had to pay extra for our child's breakfast. The breakfast itself was very simple; it's fine if it's free, but if you have to pay, I'd suggest eating at a restaurant outside. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept well, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy, requiring earplugs to sleep. Also, the bathroom wasn't very well-ventilated, feeling a bit stuffy. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for larger families, as the space is genuinely ample."

"The location is great. Unfortunately, my room was near what seemed to be a bar, so I could hear music late into the night. Since I was traveling solo, the room only had one pillow and one towel, which I found odd, as this was the first hotel I’ve stayed at that provided just one of each. "No need to say much, this is my second stay here. It's a bit of a walk from Osaka Station, but the rooms have high ceilings, are spacious and bright. For Japan, the rooms are definitely large. There are a lot of foreign guests, probably because it's a Marriott property. I even saw Japanese people waiting for the restaurant on the first floor to open, so the food must be good."

"The hotel lobby is quite grand, with old-school five-star configuration. It is normal that the rooms are a little old because the hotel is quite old. Overall, the service level is still relatively high compared to the five-star hotels such as Furama newly renovated in China 20 years ago. The rooms are spacious and soundproofed. I also received two instant noodles as gifts when I checked in on Women's Day (^.^)"

"It's located in Namba which is one of the busiest and exciting neighborhoods in Osaka. Direct train to KIX in the same building is the biggest plus. Dotonbori is only 10 min walk away. We had an amazing sushi dinner a few mins from the hotel. You never get hungry staying there. Front desk staff speak very good English. If you opt out of breakfast, the cafe on 3rd floor facing express train station is an excellent choice for coffee and pastries. A few min walk there an excellent brunch cafe that opens at 8 am. If you arrive by train from Kyoto/Nara, it's a little past to n navigate to the hotel. Just get to the 3rd floor first around Takashimaya. Signage is mucus easier from there. Rooms are spacious. We picked the renovated room Swiss Select. It's absolutely worth paying a little bit more. I'll definitely stay there again should I be visiting Osaka in the future."
