"Really good hotel, breakfasts could have more east Asian options like Chinese Chicken Egg Fried Rice, Baby Bok Choi Vegetable mixed with Pork/Beef/Chicken, because Western Breakfasts feels too dry & cold."

"The hotel's location is excellent! There's a bridge nearby that leads directly to the city center, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Black Death Tower, making it very convenient for getting around. The service and facilities are genuinely great. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the staff were very polite, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The facilities are quite comprehensive; there's a steamer for ironing clothes, and the room has a fridge stocked with still water, sparkling water, and other drinks, which are replenished during room cleaning – a thoughtful touch. Slippers are also provided, and the bathroom amenities are well-stocked. The room size is just right. There's enough space to open a suitcase and still have room to sit and relax without feeling cramped. A nice bonus is the JBL alarm clock in the room, which can connect via Bluetooth to play music. It's perfect for listening to music when waking up in the morning or unwinding at night."

"I had an excellent stay at a&o Wien Hauptbahnhof from June 21 to June 22. The internal organization of the hostel is impressive: everything runs smoothly, the rooms are clean, and the staff are always ready to help. I especially want to highlight the bartender Dan. I arrived at the same time as another guest from Pennsylvania, and for a moment there was no one at the front desk. Our self check‑in didn’t work for some reason, but Dan immediately noticed us, came over, and helped both of us check in. He also explained all the useful details about the hostel and how everything works. His attitude was genuinely helpful — he clearly cares about the guests. Another great feature is the luggage room. My bus was many hours after check‑out, so being able to leave my bags safely allowed me to enjoy more time walking around beautiful Vienna. The bus stop is very close to the hostel, which makes the location especially convenient. I simply picked up my luggage and walked straight to my bus without any stress. Thank you for your hospitality. I will continue choosing a&o in the future. I also noticed in the lobby that you have multiple locations across Europe — great news. I look forward to staying with a&o again."
