GGuest UserThis is a lovely hotel. There’s no doubt about it however there are a couple of things that I think they need to pay attention to. We were travelling across Europe and I telephoned and emailed the hotel to ask about parking. We were told to park in the local car park at €9 per day equal in €18 for our two day stay. However, as I was at the reception, I heard the receptionist advising the guests after me that to park on the road at the weekend is free ! I did mention this to the receptionist and said I’m a little bit disappointed that I not only had called but you had emailed me to advise me to park in the parking place and it’s a point of principle really to be given the correct information, especially when an inquiry is made . The hotel is modern and clean. It also has its own bar downstairs and provides tea and coffee and a complementary bottle of water. However, on the second day there was no tea or coffee provided. When I asked the reception they did give me some tea and coffee but when I got back up to the room I realised I also didn’t have any sugar or spoons or milk! I feel that in a four-star hotel, the Fraleys they could do is to replenish the stocks if necessary . There were also no body lotion or tissues in our room. All these little details make a big difference to the comfort of a guest. Yes, we can go down to reception and request these items but the whole point is that really you just want to relax in your room when you are there . The hotel is in a very close distance to Vienna city and was just a 10 minute underground ride (U3).

MM32467****The panoramic room was truly excellent, offering expansive views and a well-thought-out layout. The hotel's location is superb, nestled between parks and just a stone's throw from the Belvedere Palace. The service was also good. The only minor downsides were that the room wasn't very soundproof, leading to some noise, and it felt a bit chilly in winter.

PpassportfullofrosiesposiesThis was my second time in Vienna in a month and a half. Knowing how convenient this hotel is and how much I enjoyed their breakfast from my first stay, I looked at almost no other hotel but booked to stay here. Because I didn't get enough of Vienna on the first visit, this time I stayed for the whole week. My room was facing the courtyard, offering beautiful views of the surroundings and no noise from the traffic (my previous room had a city view). Breakfast was as good as before. To my surprise, the Sri Lankan lady recognized me! That was a good feeling, knowing that someone remembered you. My check-in was done by Ayra (if I got her name right). She was lovely; I felt really welcomed by her, not only during check-in but at other times too. When she saw me, she greeted me and asked about my day. Out of the six nights' stay, I didn't get to dine in for breakfast on two mornings as I left early at 6 am to take a trip to Hallstatt and to Bratislava on another day. The staff were kind enough to suggest a takeaway breakfast set for me, which they provided on both days! The only thing I wished could have been better on this trip was how my room was made up while I was away. On two separate occasions, the bed didn't look like it was made up but rather just by folding the blanket and placing the pillows together. The bathroom too didn't feel like it was cleaned but just by replacing the towels. Nonetheless, I still like this hotel because of the comfort, the breakfast, and of course, the location, which is of utmost importance to me when I travel. It's barely a 5-minute walk to some of the most important places - Wien Hbf, Belvedere, U-Bahn line, and many more!

77867****I booked a family room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. They don't allow an additional child. The location is very close to the main train station, and you can also walk to Belvedere Palace. There's a bus stop near Belvedere Palace that's much more convenient than taking the subway, as it goes directly to all the popular attractions in the Old Town, like the Musikverein, Karlskirche, Hofburg, museums, and City Hall… I only discovered this on the day we left! 😅 I bought a 48-hour transport pass, which felt like a better deal than the City Card, as the latter mainly offers discounts on attractions that you might not even use. With the transport pass, taking the train from the main station to the airport only costs 2.2 euros (half price for children). It takes 16 minutes to get to the airport, and even without the pass, it's not expensive – if I remember correctly, it's 2.9 euros. The hotel offers almost no service; it's mainly self-service. Housekeeping is supposedly every four days. Since we only stayed for 2 nights, it was acceptable, but I imagine it would be a bit uncomfortable for a longer stay.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel in a convenient location. The room is cozy and very clean, the bed a bit too soft for what I'm used to, but it's comfy. The breakfast is served and the quality is great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There's also a terrace on the 8th floor where there's a nice view of the city and a bar. I'd definitely come back.

GGuest UserThe rooms are tiny but cozy. The soundproofing between rooms isn't great, but luckily, our neighbors were quiet. Good breakfast, and I absolutely loved the blender for making our own fruit and vegetable juices. The breakfast service was excellent, and the front desk staff were wonderful; they even left an anniversary gift in our room. The location is superb, just a 15-minute walk from the cathedral.

GGuest UserHarry's Home Wein Millennium Tower was a nice hotel stay for me.  The location was good, next to the Danube river and right above a shopping mall.  Also, was only a 3 minute walk to the metro train into the city center (or other places in Vienna).   The front desk young woman was extremely nice and helpful.  The hotel, and my room were clean and spacious.  Several big windows had a nice view out.  I did not eat the hotel breakfast due to my personal time schedule, but there is a large grocery store directly below the hotel that is open from 7:40 am until 8 pm that was good.  Also, right outside the hotel entrance/exit you can take the skywalk in the mall across to the mall foodcourt with several options. I felt the hotel was a good value for the money, and much cheaper than staying in the city center of Vienna.  I was able to take the metro and tram into that area in about 25 minutes or so.  Overall, I was pleased with the staff, the location, my room, etc and I would stay there again if I am back in Vienna.

GGuest UserThe hotel is ideally located, just a stone's throw from the metro, trams, and train station. There are supermarkets, bars, and restaurants nearby. We were in Vienna's main square in less than 10 minutes. A minor disappointment was that the rooms weren't cleaned daily; we had to specifically request it. For towel changes, we always had to ask at the reception, and the clean towels were handed over at reception in front of other hotel guests. In all my years of traveling, I've never encountered something like this; they say it's for environmental reasons, but honestly, I find that hard to believe... I'm glad they offered a discount on the breakfast package because the initial €20.00 requested was truly excessive. Despite the points mentioned above, I still recommend it.

VVerified Member🏨🚇🥐🧼🏙️ I think the hotel is in a very well-connected area. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the main bus and train terminal and just a short metro ride into Old Town for all your sightseeing needs. The room was spacious with solid housekeeping and a clean, well-kept bathroom. No complaints regarding cleanliness — everything was taken care of. One thing to note is that the hotel is massive. We were given the very last room at the end of a long corridor, which meant it took nearly five minutes to walk to the elevator. So when you check in, I recommend asking for a room closer to the elevator, otherwise it can be a bit of a hassle going back and forth. Something that left a bad taste was only being told at checkout that breakfast would be charged as an extra. My honest tip is that if you do decide to have breakfast, just don’t mention it. With the number of guests they manage, it’s unlikely they’ll track who actually showed up at the buffet. The breakfast itself was average — your typical hotel spread. The eggs tasted a bit off, but I made it work with multiple cappuccinos from the machine, plus some sausages and toast to fill up. Overall, nothing fancy, but probably great value considering how expensive Vienna can be. Most importantly, the hotel is very well connected to public transit, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away. That line has frequent trains to and from Old Town, which made sightseeing super convenient. I’ll probably stay here again, though I don’t think the breakfast is worth the price, and I do wish they had been more upfront about the cost from the beginning. Did you find this review helpful? ❤️
