"Smartments just within the walking distance from Wein Hbf, via the entrance near to Plaftorm 9,10,11 there, just next to SPAR Pronto mart. Inside the main train station you can find all you need so is very convenience. The hotel was highly with self serve register and check-in upon the arrival. However, there’s a receptionist at the front counter was very helpful, assigned the room for me adequately, truly appreciated. The room was equipped all your need just like the second home. WiFi and TV works well, except no aircon in the room, only with one small tower fan so may need to open the window during summer time. Overall is good stay. Thank you."

"Great Stay in a Prime Location We stayed in a ”Wilde Bedroom” for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a little pantry for light meals. It was great to have self-laundry on the same floor (3rd). The location is perfect, with many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed dinner at ”Restaurant Vienne/OnurChefs.” In addition, it’s close to attractions like Stephansplatz and St. Stephen’s Cathedral. One minor drawback was finding the hotel entrance; clearer signage would greatly enhance the overall experience. Also, having a vacuum cleaner in the room would be a bonus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!"

"The apartment had a spacious, home-like layout and excellent facilities. Although cleaning services weren't provided for our two-day stay, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and proactive in resolving any issues. The separate bathroom and toilet were also a plus. We appreciated the ample cooking utensils and tableware, which made it possible to cook our own meals, and there's even a dishwasher! Personally, I think it would be even better if basic essentials like cooking oil, salt, and sugar were provided, as it feels a bit wasteful to buy everything new for a short stay. While it's a bit far from the city center, the tram stop right in front of the property makes getting around very convenient."

"The rooms were so clean and nice. And it was so convenient to move to another place because it was close to the subway station. Location: There were also convenient facilities such as marts, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby, so there was no inconvenience in living."

"Gayet başarılı otel tamamen self servis, heiligenstadt durağı hemen yanınızda ve bu duraktan swedenplatza, stephanplatza, schönburna, wien mitte/landstraseye karlsplatza ve diğer merkez duraklara ulaşım 15 dakika kadar sürüyor merkez denilebilecek bir konumda. Merkezden ise s7 bahn a 1 aktarma ile havaalanına da geçebiliyorsunuz. Viyana gezimizde konakladığımız otelin aile odası,koridora kapanan tek bir kapıdan sonra size ait olan alanda yer alan 2 ayrı girişi olan 2 ayrı oda da gerçekleşti.Odalar ferah ve yemek yapabilmeniz için tüm mutfak malzemeleri vardı. 8.5/10"

"It always depends on what you're comparing it to, and which room type with what amenities you book... The rooms are generally okay, and the location is excellent. The same cannot be said for the meager breakfast, which costs 19 EUR. There isn't even scrambled eggs or anything similar, just a single hard-boiled egg. The mini bread rolls aren't worth the price either, and neither is the selection of cold cuts, etc. You're better off going next door, where there's a fantastic bakery (the kind that really spoils you). Since coffee/tea is free at the hotel anyway, spending 19 EUR on the hotel breakfast makes little sense, at least for me..."

"The rooms are a good size. The kitchenette is very well equipped even comes with oil, salt and pepper which AJ very helpful rather than having to buy oil if you are on a short trip. The washing machines and dryer are well-maintained. Location is near a u-bahn and there are a few restaurants near by which is useful. Would be even more useful if a broom or a small vacuum cleaner could be provided. Take note that there’s a very small flight of stairs before reaching the lift so for those with accessibility requirements this needs to be considered."

"What worked well: The apartment was exceptionally clean, which immediately set a positive tone. The Studio Executive room was thoughtfully laid out and came with a well-equipped kitchenette, making longer stays very comfortable. The shower water pressure was strong, and the elevator access to all floors was a big help, especially when travelling with luggage. Having an onsite launderette with both washer and dryer was a real bonus and added to the practicality of the stay. Overall service was efficient and professional. Comfort & facilities: The bed was firm, which I personally appreciated, though the pillow quality could be improved as it felt rather flat. Airflow in the room was slightly stale at times, so better ventilation would enhance comfort. Areas for improvement: The open shower design would benefit from at least a modesty curtain, as it currently feels quite exposed. Additionally, the hand soap dispenser by the sink was cracked and could not dispense soap, so it clearly needs replacement. Conclusion: Jimmy’s Apartments Emerald delivers very well on cleanliness, functionality, and practical amenities. With small enhancements to ventilation, bathroom privacy, and soft-furnishing details, it could move from a solid stay to an excellent one—especially for business or extended visits."
