"I stayed in Vienna for 3 nights and booked a hotel right by the station, so the location was excellent and very convenient. I even managed a day trip to Budapest and Prague, starting early in the morning, which was comfortable! The hotel is very clean and has a water dispenser. I personally loved having laundry facilities... However, there was no air conditioning in the room, and since the temperature was over 30 degrees during my stay, it was too hot to sleep. They really should install AC. It was much cooler outside. Also, the check-in process, as many reviews mentioned, was quite complicated. I think they should have at least one staff member dedicated to assisting guests. Everyone seemed to be struggling with it."

"Excellent apartment! The parking garage is conveniently located right underneath. It's very close to the city center. The apartment is well-sealed and soundproof, with air conditioning, and you can even cook noodles. Seriously good. Just a heads-up for European hotels: remember to wash your dishes when you leave, just like you would at home. Let's show everyone our good etiquette!"

"Ok place . I was upset as a regular customer that the staff its all online and skeleton when not that their english us awful and manners whilst soeaking my language us equally as bad . I wished to change a future booking as i wouldve overstayed in schengen, they were unprepared to accommodate my request which was upsetting and says alot about how they think about their customers. A changed in 2 days ! From 2 week booking . Theyve gone down in my estimation. Get none austrian staff who can speak english properly, tbh the best english speaker was the polish cleaning lady and she was very pleasant . Also i queried the vent not working in tge bathroom twice , never heard any response from the house technician. Ive used smartments in bavaria and all their staff are german and soeak adequate english. Shame they've stopped putting toasters and kettles in rolms and having less staff on between staff hours of 10 till 4. The reception staff used to be very good. Need to up their game . These are my only negatives of smartments"

"The transportation is convenient, with a tram stop right outside and a train station nearby that offers direct service to the airport. However, the train station has two exits; the one closer to the hotel doesn't have an elevator. If you have large luggage, it's easier to use the exit with an elevator and then take one tram stop to the hotel entrance. The hotel staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic. The facilities show clear signs of use but are generally clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, and having a dishwasher is very convenient, making it a suitable hotel for long stays."

"What worked well: The apartment was exceptionally clean, which immediately set a positive tone. The Studio Executive room was thoughtfully laid out and came with a well-equipped kitchenette, making longer stays very comfortable. The shower water pressure was strong, and the elevator access to all floors was a big help, especially when travelling with luggage. Having an onsite launderette with both washer and dryer was a real bonus and added to the practicality of the stay. Overall service was efficient and professional. Comfort & facilities: The bed was firm, which I personally appreciated, though the pillow quality could be improved as it felt rather flat. Airflow in the room was slightly stale at times, so better ventilation would enhance comfort. Areas for improvement: The open shower design would benefit from at least a modesty curtain, as it currently feels quite exposed. Additionally, the hand soap dispenser by the sink was cracked and could not dispense soap, so it clearly needs replacement. Conclusion: Jimmy’s Apartments Emerald delivers very well on cleanliness, functionality, and practical amenities. With small enhancements to ventilation, bathroom privacy, and soft-furnishing details, it could move from a solid stay to an excellent one—especially for business or extended visits."

"The apartment had a spacious, home-like layout and excellent facilities. Although cleaning services weren't provided for our two-day stay, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and proactive in resolving any issues. The separate bathroom and toilet were also a plus. We appreciated the ample cooking utensils and tableware, which made it possible to cook our own meals, and there's even a dishwasher! Personally, I think it would be even better if basic essentials like cooking oil, salt, and sugar were provided, as it feels a bit wasteful to buy everything new for a short stay. While it's a bit far from the city center, the tram stop right in front of the property makes getting around very convenient."

"The hotel is very dry, the facilities in the room are enough, there is even a dishwasher that is very extra points, the mattress is very comfortable, but the pillow is a bit soft, the overall room is comfortable, the window can watch the sunrise, although the hotel does not have special facilities, but the free luggage storage and the rich facilities in the room are enough, Check-in is very simple 👍🏻 and even can check in early 🎉"
