I stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be.
The rooftop bar also offers a nice view.
There's a gym and a pool downstairs too.
Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good.
The room had high ceilings, and the view outside the window was also pleasant.
Since it's right next to the City Park, it's very close to the station for the Airport Express (CAT) and places like the Musikverein (Golden Hall).
From the hotel, you can reach Schönbrunn Palace, Belvedere Palace, or Hofburg Palace within 20 minutes by metro or tram.
By the way, buying a city card that includes the airport pass is quite worthwhile (the hop-on hop-off bus didn't seem to have much purpose).
Public transport is excellent; the metro and trams are very well-developed, and they run late, pretty much covering everything you'd need.
The CAT goes directly from the airport to City Park in one stop, taking only 16 minutes.

BaibaiyiyiFacilities: The room has air conditioning and a mini-fridge. Although there's no complimentary bottled water in the room, free drinking water is available in the hotel lobby. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast included omelets, which I was very happy with.
Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned daily and replenished toiletries.
Environment: It's close to the Renweg subway station, with the S7 line going directly to the airport. Trams 71 and 0 also go to the city center, making it quite convenient.
Service: This hotel seems to host a lot of Chinese tour groups. During my stay, there were often student performance groups checking in, and I even saw flight crews from Air China and China Eastern. The front desk service was quite good.

Anonymous UserWe booked this hotel because of the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. However no information was showed at trip.com or the hotel website during booking (3 weeks before the trip) the restaurant is undergoing renovation. The breakfast was relocated to the 4th floor with no view. It also changed to semi buffet which you need to order the main course. It is extremely disappointing! Most of the places of the restaurant has been blocked for renovation, just having 5-6 tables for drink during night time. If we know it before, we would not book the hotel. The cost of the hotel is more expensive than other five stars and the premium is mainly due to the breakfast experience at the rooftop. It was so disappointed the booking website and hotel website did not mention it.
Also, we were there during World Cup and it was surprised none of any places such as the rooftop bar during night time nor the lobby lounge has any TV showing the game! Can’t expected a so called five stars stylish hotel from Accor group missing this world event.
Many others commented the room and it is true that room true to have some design but ending up not so convenient to travellers. Anyway will not stay this again as there are a lot of better options in Vienna for this price.

norn96The location is great, about a 5-minute walk from the train station, and you can reach various attractions by bus in 15-30 minutes. The hotel lobby has a strong design aesthetic, and the rooms are quite spacious. The mini-bar drinks and snacks are complimentary, and there's an electric kettle. Breakfast is a mix of à la carte and buffet, with a good variety at the buffet. It's a shame the hotel changed from Andaz to Hyatt after I booked, so I didn't get to experience the Andaz amenities.

찌니75Excellent Accessibility to Airport and City Center
The subway, airport transfers, and walking to the city center were all incredibly convenient and great.
Having a large supermarket and food court right in front of the hotel was also extremely convenient.
Even with the scorching June weather, the hotel's proximity allowed us to easily pop back in from exploring the city to cool down, which was fantastic.^
The lounge access was also satisfying (though closing at 8 PM was a slight disappointment), and we made good use of the food and beverages, especially given Vienna's high prices.
We upgraded from a city panorama view to a park view room, which was a great decision. The eye-level view of St. Stephen's Cathedral and the park was truly healing for all three days we were there.♡

MaratovnaGood hotel, not in the city center, but easily reachable by metro in 15 minutes. The metro station is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and were tidied daily. There's a good, complete breakfast. The fitness center is small, but has the basic equipment for a workout. The service is very pleasant; the staff are responsive and polite.

Anonymous UserI've stayed at this hotel many times, but this visit wasn't smooth. I arrived at 11:30 PM, and even though there were only two people ahead of me, it took almost an hour to check in. The check-in process was incredibly cumbersome and inefficient. After finally getting to my room, I found there was no electricity. The front desk said the hotel was full, which led to another wait. I finally got a new room and settled in by 1:30 AM. This whole ordeal significantly lowered my opinion of the place. The location and value for money are what I value most about this hotel, but the front desk service and efficiency definitely need improvement. Also, I noticed that the kitchenette used to be well-stocked with cookware and utensils like pots and bowls, but now there are very few. If you want more, you have to pay 25 Euros to rent additional kitchenware.

The hotel is very close to the station, and the room size was perfectly fine. It was lovely to sit by the window.
If you opt out of daily housekeeping, you can get free drinks. On checkout day, it was nice to relax in the bar area with a drink.
However, there's a charge for luggage storage. You might want to check the lockers inside the train station instead.

Lovely, quirky hotel in an excellent location.
It's an easy walk into central Vienna, and sites like the Parliament, Rathaus and Leopold Museum are practically on the doorstep.
Transport links around Vienna are excellent, with the U2 station almost within shouting distance.
Staff speak excellent English, and are friendly and helpful.
Comfortable, if smallish room, and well sound insulated.
Only fault is the erratic WiFi. It often dropped, making streaming a frustrating experience.
The onsite restaurant makes decent pizza at a good price - a decent option if you don't fancy going out.

Receptionist was amazing and was able to check me in early after an overnight train. She also gave recommendations on what to do and where to eat etc which was very helpful, as I probably wouldn’t have asked and would have been stuck for food ideas. Very kind team working there, room was lovely. Only downside was it was a bit of a trek to the city centre, but it was just round the corner from the tram line. Area felt very safe.
