"The hotel is conveniently located near the metro. The breakfast was delicious, and the air conditioning worked well. What I didn't like was the long wait to check in, as they said the room wasn't ready. When we were finally allowed to check in, it turned out the room hadn't been cleaned – there were used towels hanging, trash in the bin, and an empty water bottle. They even tried to charge us 7€ for the water bottle at check-out. The hotel itself is good, but this situation slightly ruined the experience."

"Everything was just okay, I guess. The facilities and breakfast were on par with a typical Hanting hotel on the mainland. However, the service was really terrible. They moved my belongings around carelessly and got my brand new power bank all dirty. To top it off, they even lost a part for my road bike. "The fatal flaw: untrustworthiness! That's a huge no-no. The staff's attitude was good, but the hotel's room sales integrity is a major issue. No matter how good the facilities, I wouldn't dare stay here. After all, it's only a few days of vacation, and I can't risk them reneging on a booking even during the off-season. (The staff probably didn't know I understand German, even though my English is better. They thought their internal communication was private, but I understood everything. That made it even more frustrating.) Over a month in advance, I booked a twin room for three days (Saturday, Sunday, Monday), paid a deposit, and did an online check-in ahead of time. When I arrived at past 6 PM, I was told the Saturday room was booked, and only Sunday was available. Due to the time difference, trying to contact Trip.com only resulted in automated replies. The hotel claimed they would upgrade me to a king room. That's ridiculous! If this hotel didn't have twin rooms, my companion and I wouldn't have chosen it in the first place. They even implied we were getting a good deal, saying we could have anything from the snack bar – really?? After I stood my ground, they agreed to add an extra bed. The so-called upgrade was a corner room, which was larger because of its irregular shape, but sitting on the toilet meant getting uncomfortably close to the radiator. The soundproofing was terrible, and being near a major intersection meant double the noise of cars whizzing by. I contacted Trip.com again the next day, and they finally managed to change me back to a twin room. But after all that hassle on the first day of a three-day trip, how could it be enjoyable? I left my travel adapter on the wall when I changed rooms and forgot to take it. The housekeeping staff threw it away directly, and it was gone when I came back in the afternoon. Honestly, I'm beyond words."

"The hotel is generally not too bad, the only downside being the spa. During our stay, there were no massages available by the pool, and the water was cold. As for the sauna, when my companion and I intended to relax for a few minutes, to our great surprise, and especially to my wife's astonishment, a man named ************** appeared, which deeply shocked us. We then decided to leave."

"The hotel's location is fantastic. It's only a 10-15 minute walk to Plague Column and the Hofburg Palace. I drove to the hotel, and parking was convenient in the underground public garage next door. I just took the elevator up with my luggage and was at the hotel entrance in less than a minute, right into the lobby. Very easy! The hotel offers a discount on parking fees if you pay at the front desk. A 24-hour stay would cost €40 if paid directly at the parking garage, but only €36 through the hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, making us feel right at home. Everything was spotless, and the cleanliness of the hotel really stood out. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and high-quality food. The only small downside is that it’s still a bit of a walk from the St. Marx tram station. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and definitely didn’t take away from our overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend this hotel to others."

"The location is super convenient, very close to the city center and just a short walk to Rennweg station, which offers direct trains to the airport. The room itself was clean, but there was a puddle of dirty water on the balcony outside the window, and pigeons seemed to be living there. Also, there's no air conditioning, so summer could be unbearable – I doubt a fan would be enough. That said, the value for money isn't bad, and it's perfectly fine for a one-night stay. The staff seemed understaffed and busy."

"Hotel stay was brilliant from the second we walked through the door! Reception staff very friendly and room was ready so was able to check in earlier than time stated. Room was amazing! We had a premium room 1308 which was a corner suite with 2 balconies. Was even better than I had expected. Hotel is directly opposite the Shonbrunn Palace gardens and we walked here every morning after breakfast. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The underground is a short walk from hotel and within 10-15 mins you are in the centre of Vienna. So easy to get around on public transport."
