GGuest UserWas here for 2 nights with my partner, and first time staying at a bnb. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and conveniently located it was. It’s a short walk from state street, where all the good restaurants and retail shops are. The breakfast was delicious and cooked with soul. The cookies were also a lovely treat. Highly recommend for a homey and enjoyable experience!

GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice! The rooms were clean and modern and the service was great. We thought there would be a microwave in the room and there was not, but there was a sizable mini fridge so that worked for us. The continental breakfast was included in our stay and it was great! Several options and the food was very good. The room was quiet and it was located near many attractions, such as the Museum of Natural History. It was only about a 10-15 minute drive to the beaches and the SB Zoo as well. We had our 5-year-old with us and it was family friendly. Overall, a really wonderful stay.

AAnonymous UserI checked into this hotel on Friday, so the price was 2,300, which is twice as expensive as usual. It is considered a motel in general. The decoration is American-style and parking is free. Some people have rated the breakfast very well, but I think it is very average. It only has some bread and cold boiled eggs. There is a tofu and vegetable snack. There is no bacon, sausage, or vegetables. The fruit is cantaloupe, which is quite disappointing. If around 1,000 is acceptable, then the service is considered normal.

GGarciaThe hotel itself is very different in the way it blends in with the neighborhood, pretty nice in style and not what I was expecting for a Best Western. The hotel isn’t too far from the city center but also not close enough (which is why I gave a 4), but it is very very nice. I also gave a 4 for amenities only because I wasn’t able to use them as it was less than 24 hour stay, and I wanted to experience the city more. Overall, I did like it, comfortable bed and pillows and I believe I could have slept much longer if I didn’t have an 11am check out 🤦🏽♂️🤣. But overall I was satisfied and the staff both office and cleaning were very kind and helpful. ❤️ Santa Barbara is a very beautiful city and BW gave the right price for my stay. 👍🏽

AAnonymous UserThe room was clean, comfortable, spacious and bright. The breakfast was complete with bread, cereal, milk, coffee, bacon, fruit and yogurt. I had a great time. The hotel is right on the beach, with the blue sea and white sandy beaches visible. Walk ten minutes along the seaside to the pier. There are several seafood restaurants. The delicacies made with fresh crabs and lobster shells are wide and of good quality, absolutely delicious. Moreover, the hotel is not far from the Grand Court, and there are buses passing through the door, which is very convenient. The hotel also has a heated swimming pool, but we didn't go swimming due to lack of time.
