After reading some of the reviews, which sometimes feel a bit biased, I'm here to give an objective, no-nonsense, and unbiased take:

1. **Airport Shuttle:** Once you exit the T4 arrivals gate, turn left. You'll see a sign for 'hotel bus,' and they pick up one by one from there. It usually arrives within half an hour. It picks up guests, then goes to other terminals before heading straight to the hotel.
2. **Front Desk:** The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with check-in and giving information.
3. **Room:** The room wasn't small. Some reviews mentioned it being old, but honestly, for a developed country, it's quite normal and much better than many hotels in Germany. The cleanliness is also perfectly acceptable for Europe. My only suggestion is to add more than just one small complimentary bottle of water!
4. **Breakfast:** Breakfast was good. Personally, I think adding a salad bar would make it even better, especially since Spain has such abundant produce.
5. **Vending/Coffee Machines:** I saw vending machines and coffee machines in the hallway. I didn't notice if they were free or not, but in many airport hotels in other countries, coffee is usually complimentary.
6. **Departure Shuttle:** The shuttle drops off starting at T1 and finishes at T4.

An overnight stay for a morning connecting flight. No restaurant, no shop around there. It is overly priced. It says there is a hotel bus from the airport at the website. We had to order a taxi after waiting for more than 30 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend it if there are other options.

Conveniently located near Chamartín Station with easy access to transport. The breakfast selection is extensive, but it can get crowded, so expect to queue. While the hotel is a bit older, it's clean, and the rooms are spacious.

The room is old and dimly lit, but the bed is comfortable and there is a balcony. The location is very good, located within walking distance of the Plaza de España subway station. The breakfast is rich and it is recommended for business trips and overnight stays.

The hotel is located at the intersection of Gran Vía and Plaza de España in the center of Madrid. The transportation is convenient. The bus station and tourist bus distribution center are relatively concentrated near the subway station. , No extra bed, you can live with children, parking lot is paid to park on the roads on both sides of the hotel entrance.

Rooftop pool available. Which is nice. Not very inviting unfortunately. Rooms ok. But pretty outdated. Taking into account the very good price it’s still a recommendation. Would come back.

Well-located hotel, cozy room, very good and complete breakfast! The only thing that is bad is the acoustics of the building, you can hear a lot of noise. Some guests arrive in the early hours of the morning and make a lot of noise! That was terrible…

Sound insulation was average. The TV next door was very loud.

The location is fantastic, practically in the heart of the city, surrounded by malls and shopping centers, which is incredibly convenient. The breakfast, while not extensive, is more than enough to fill you up, and there's a pool on the top floor.

The location is very convenient, the staff are friendly, and they offer coffee and hot cocoa. They come to ask us every day if we need cleaning, and they greet us when we come in and out. Highly recommended.

Neat, clean, well decorated and great service by the staff. It was my first time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful in leading me to the location by sending one of their team members who took my heavy trolley and helped me reach the hotel. I received a welcome personalised message on a letter styled card by the hotel manager to make me feel welcomed. The room was nice that had a balcony , I was pleased with the bathroom size, the presence of the bath gel and hand gel large sized bottles. Well furnished and WiFi working well. They also have a cafe and restaurant area for breakfast. I recommend this hotel also because the location is ideally located.
