Their room key had problem when one go out after check-in, making it not working deliberately for security, that’s they said, even I went to eat something in their restaurant, after that room key was not working I couldn’t enter my room and ask validation again at front desk. I never experienced such manner over the world. I don’t like revisiting later

The location is very good in the city center. It is very convenient. The room is also very large. The price/performance ratio is very high

The hotel is located at the intersection of Gran Vía and Plaza de España in the center of Madrid. The transportation is convenient. The bus station and tourist bus distribution center are relatively concentrated near the subway station. , No extra bed, you can live with children, parking lot is paid to park on the roads on both sides of the hotel entrance.

The location is fantastic, practically in the heart of the city, surrounded by malls and shopping centers, which is incredibly convenient. The breakfast, while not extensive, is more than enough to fill you up, and there's a pool on the top floor.

Neat, clean, well decorated and great service by the staff. It was my first time at the hotel and the staff were very helpful in leading me to the location by sending one of their team members who took my heavy trolley and helped me reach the hotel. I received a welcome personalised message on a letter styled card by the hotel manager to make me feel welcomed. The room was nice that had a balcony , I was pleased with the bathroom size, the presence of the bath gel and hand gel large sized bottles. Well furnished and WiFi working well. They also have a cafe and restaurant area for breakfast. I recommend this hotel also because the location is ideally located.

The location is very convenient, the staff are friendly, and they offer coffee and hot cocoa. They come to ask us every day if we need cleaning, and they greet us when we come in and out. Highly recommended.

Booked on Thursday, half board included. The hotel is a bit old, but clean, with free drinking water. It changed my impression of Brazilian hotels being stingy. I will consider staying here next time.

Sound insulation was average. The TV next door was very loud.

The hotel is located in the southern area of ​​Sao Paulo. It is surrounded by a middle-class community. The streets are clean and tidy. The neighborhood is relatively safe and close to various restaurants. The hotel service is great. There is a gym and swimming pool on the top floor. The breakfast buffet is also rich.
