The hotel is located on the west side of JR Kamata Station. If you are coming from Keikyu Kamata Station, it’s about a 10-minute walk (around 800 meters).
It’s better to take the shuttle bus, which arrives at the east exit of JR Kamata Station. 
I was given a room on the east side, which was quite noisy due to trains running from 4 a.m. until midnight. There is also a bar downstairs, and people can be quite loud after drinking, sometimes until 2 a.m.
I stayed 6 nights hotel only provided 2 times cleaning if you want to change towels hang it on the door knob before 11am. 
All the staff are very helpful. However, the hotel does not have its own restaurant or breakfast service.

I think it’s a good option for a short stay before heading to Haneda Airport.

The room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly. Walking distance to the shinjuku train station estimated 15-20mins. Surroundings is quiet althought is near to kabukicho night life area.

This hotel is excellent and highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet area to stay in Tokyo. The staff are available 24 hours a day. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and they're not too small – you can even open your luggage easily. The hotel is very new, and the bathroom is also good and not cramped. The rooms are fully equipped with amenities. It's conveniently located: if you're coming from Asakusa Station, you can take bus route 42 for about 3 stops, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel, which is super convenient. The fare is 210 yen for the entire route, and the buses run frequently. It's about 900 meters from shopping areas like Don Quijote (24-hour) and various department stores. Sensoji Temple, the Sumida River, and Tokyo Skytree are all not far from the hotel. There's also a Lawson convenience store right across the street.

Very walkable to Asakusa station. Choose exit A2B for elevator if you have luggages. Staffs are very friendly and nice. We stayed 3 nights here. Yes, the room is very small, and it can be a challenge to organize luggage if you have many, but it is expected in Tokyo rooms. We came prepared, and as long as you open suitcases one at a time, it’s very manageable. The bathroom is decent too, i love relaxing in the tub every night after long walks. They also have a rooftop with beautiful river view and the tokyo skytree. Its very beautiful. They have vending machines up in the rooftop too. There are a lot of konbinis around, and even though the area can be a bit dark at night, I always felt safe. The hotel can also arrange to send your luggage to the next hotel but you need to tell them D-1 because they need to confirm your reservation to the next hotel.

A very minimal hotel as advertised. It is clean, staff are friendly, and it is located in Ginza technically.

The down side is that even though we know the room is small, its still smaller than we expected. The room can barely allow for two suitcases to open at the same time.

Travellers should note that the hotel only provide turndown service once a week. Meaning if you stay for less than 5 days you dont get any turndown service although clean towels are provided daily.

The location of the hotel is on the east side od Ginza but in reality closer to Tsukiji than it is heart of Ginza. It's easy to get to the F line metro but you'll have to make a connection if you are heading to main tourists attractions, or walk 13 mins to Ginza line metro.

Overall,for the price they charged, it's probably good value provided. Recommended for those who are on a budget and wants to stay relatively closed to city center (Chuo district) without breaking your bank.

This four-star hotel's rooftop pool is even better than the five-star InterContinental's. I'd even say it feels better than Singapore's Marina Bay Sands, because the MBS rooftop pool sells sightseeing tickets, so there are too many tourists, which diminishes the experience no matter how well-designed it is. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and even includes sparkling wine, which is a rare find in hotel breakfasts.

It is very near to the Beppu train station, about 3~5 minutes walking.

Breakfast is good, wide selection of Japanese and some western food.

Public bath ~ you need to walk to another Amanek Hotel, just few steps away. Nice hot pool with sauna facilities. Only complaint is the female cleaner keep coming in and out when the male guests are in the changing room and public bath. Doesn't she have better time to come and do cleaning and service? The bath area is close between late morning to afternoon.

Right by Asahikawa JR Station, just across the road. The street downstairs is full of restaurants, super convenient. A taxi to Asahikawa Airport is about 5000 yen.

The hotel gets really busy during peak hours, and the elevators can be very slow, stopping on every floor. You can skip the breakfast; it's not very good, and there's not much to eat. It costs 2200 yen if you buy it separately. You're better off finding a coffee shop downstairs or grabbing something from a convenience store instead.
