super good place to say, in the middle of central jakarta and south jakarta. room was clean and pretty and staffs were very helpful in all matters. sound insulation was a bit off but regardless a good place to stay.

I've loved staying here since it was still Aston. The location is great, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, and the rooms are spacious. Now it's changed its name to Fairview by Artotel, but the quality is still the same, even better! The front office staff, Rayhan, was very friendly and great at assisting guests with their needs.

Artotel is a brilliant mid level brand, where the service and design often make it much better than hotel chains with more stars. Casa Kuningan have wonderful helpful staff, modern clean, comfortable rooms and a good, fresh breakfast and usually spa service to the room. Would highly recommend for solo and business travellers staying in Jakarta.

The room was comfortable and clean, the whole staff was friendly and very helpful with all the needs I needed. Next time definitely stay here again

Hotel is a bit dated but not still pretty good. It's just a converted house in a pretty fancy neighborhood.

The pool looks nice but we didn't get a chance to use it.

There's a club nearby at night so you can hear music pumping in the background, it's not loud but it's noticeable

When you enter the lobby, it’s quite spacious and crowded. The staf service is excellent. The carpet in the hallway to our room have unplesant smell mau be because old or humid. The room is clean, the wallpaper look old, the room has large space and comfortable. A thing that not comfortable is the room is not sound proof and the bathroom shower is leaked is you turn higher and the water can flooding whole bathroom floor and will feel dirty and wet. The bathtub look old and kind of dirty.
The location is very strategy for our meeting, we just need to walk and really save our time in traffic.

This hotel is located at the office building (12th floor). Nearby is convenient with many local foods/indomaret since it is office area. Back at the hotel has train stations.

The lobby's dehumidifier smells too strong and unpleasant . During check in, the slim lady with long hair lady staff (I forgot her name) need to learn to smile/friendly more to the customers. While waiting for the room to be ready, the chubby lady staff (again I forgot on names) is friendly and helpful. 

The room I thought was spacious but rather small. The most annoying part is the noise from the people passing by outside our room especially the housekeeping staff. 

We stayed here for two nights. During the 1st night after we came back from shopping at night, suddenly the access card cannot be used and I need to go upstairs at the lobby for them to look into it (I'm just too tired to bother the reason the access is blocked/unavailable)

A quirky city centre hotel, built to be ”arty”. From the hotel's exterior to  the guest rooms the artiness shines through. Design aside this hotel is well placed in the city centre - although it is still about a 20 min walk to the subway. Great features are the 24hour bar/restaurant in the lobby which serves great food and cocktails. There is also a rooftop bar (BARTS) for those who like city view. A view is one thing you don't get in the rooms, which was of an empty adjacent building. The rooms are small (not a lot of room if you have a lot of luggage) but well equipped - good shower- The vibe/design means that they are a little dark but that just improves the sleep quality. A nice touch is free water in designer glass bottles. There is an art gallery on  the mezzanine floor and the installation behind reception is funky. The Arthotel is cool

This was our first staycation here, and overall, everything was actually pretty good, but unfortunately, there's no playground for kids. They only have one on weekends, and it's just a seesaw, a rocking horse, and some dolls. Maybe they could add a permanent playground to make the facilities more complete for children. As for the room, it was decent, but there were so many mosquitoes that it made sleeping uncomfortable and difficult 😢. Other than that, everything else was good, and the breakfast had a decent variety.

The location is at TIM, so if you're bringing kids, it's perfect for a trip to the planetarium and library. The room was clean, the view was great, and it had an artistic touch. The only thing is that if you take the elevator from the car park, you have to walk to another elevator because they're not connected yet.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, primarily because of its excellent location and spacious rooms. Crucially for an overseas stay, the water pressure and hot water supply are consistently good, and the WiFi connectivity is reliable. The area surrounding the hotel is bustling with spas, currency exchange services, and numerous restaurants. While not directly beachfront, it's only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, which is perfect for catching the sunrise. The buffet breakfast features rotating main dishes, ensuring you won't get bored even during a longer stay. My only minor disappointment this time was having to wait until 3 PM for check-in, despite the official check-in time being 2 PM.

We were really happy with this room. It was the smallest one they had on the top floor but it was very roomy for the two of us. 2 walls are made entirely of glass overlooking lush greenery. The room next door however does not. Indoor slippers were provided as well as shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer and a coffee machine. Toothbrush is given upon request. There were welcome drinks and discount coupons for the eateries next door. The pool was small but cooling. Staff were all lovely and accommodating. The only very small issue were ants in the room as lots of the interior is made up of wood and we found a few going through our toothbrush. The balcony area we had was very nice but we weren't able to Stay for long as there were red ants. Other than that the experience was lovely. The location is quite good as it's within walking distance to warungs, a convenience store and the monkey forest.
