The 2 king 2 bedroom suite was very roomy for our family of 4. To our surprise it came with 2 kitchens one in each room. There were some mystery stains on our ceiling and bed headboard but the things we touched and used were all kept very clean. Pools were refreshing. Great family atmosphere around the resort. Parking was rough in the evenings and late at night. We had to park outside the gates in a 2nd not enclosed lot.

It was a very cute hotel! A little old but the rooms were nice and the bed was comfy! The staff was extremely kind as well! The only issue we had was the elevator, one of the was broken and we were at the second to top floor so everytime we used the elevator it was a long wait then the ride down/ up was super long too. But it really wasn’t too bad over all! (I don’t have pictures of the Hotel lol)

I had a wonderful experience staying here. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-designed. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the amenities were exactly what I needed.
The staff was welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out. Location-wise, it was perfect—close enough to everything but still quiet enough to relax. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!

We stayed for six nights in Weston and had a mixed experience overall.

Unfortunately, the room was not clean when we arrived late in the evening. The floors were dirty and covered in hairs, and it looked as though they had been mopped with a dirty mop. The porch area also had a distinct smell and very sticky floors, which made it uncomfortable to use.

We also found several items left behind, including breakfast cereal behind the bedroom curtains and belongings under the cupboard. As we arrived very late and had cleaning supplies with us from travelling through the Keys, I cleaned the room myself rather than contacting the hotel. In fairness, they may have resolved this if given the opportunity, but housekeeping on arrival is definitely an area that needs improvement.

Check‑in at the front desk was acceptable—nothing unpleasant, but not particularly welcoming. We were also charged more at check‑in than the price shown on Trip.com. I contacted Trip.com and they resolved the discrepancy quickly.

The room itself was excellent in size. We stayed in a king room with a balcony, which was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel’s facilities were a highlight:

• The pool area was lovely and open until 11pm.
• The hot tub was huge and kept at a perfect temperature.
• BBQs and a fire pit were available and added to the overall experience.


Location

The location was brilliant. It offered easy access to the Everglades, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale, making it a great base for exploring South Florida.


Despite the significant cleanliness issues on arrival, the hotel’s location, room size, and facilities were excellent. With improvements to housekeeping and a more welcoming check‑in experience, this could be a fantastic place to stay.

Very close to the mall, especially convenient

The room is clean and tidy, the space is large, in the center of Weston city, the surrounding environment is beautiful, and the facilities are perfect.

Great location, clean and very accommodating! The kitchen is budget-saving tool. All necessary tools and equipment are available. Great experience for us.

First they couldn’t find my pre pay reservation second the room I booked and prepared for they said they didn’t have and finally I was forced to put an extra 100 dollar hold on a room I already payed for
