Excellent! The hotel is located near Shinsaibashi, Osaka, just about a 5-minute walk to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Kuromon Market, and other attractions. There are many subway stations around the hotel, and I was able to find the most suitable subway exit using Gaode Maps (a Chinese navigation app). There are two convenience stores (Lawson and 7-Eleven) just a one-minute walk away. Nippombashi Station is about a 4-minute walk, and Exit 2 is the closest (as shown in the photos). The roadside near Exit 2 is also the meeting point for Ctrip's one-day tours (as shown in the photos). Right across from the hotel is Dotonbori Plaza, the terminal stop for Airport Limousine Bus Line 10. From Kansai Airport, taking Bus Line 10 is the most convenient and comfortable option, costing 1800 yen and taking 55 minutes, with beautiful ocean views along the way. The accommodation tax is 200 yen per person per day. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area. It's perfect for family trips and independent travelers.

The 17th floor rooftop has separate free bathhouses for men and women, open from 3 PM to 11 AM the next morning. They are divided into indoor and outdoor sections (connected). You just need to bring your room's towels and room card to go up and enjoy the hot spring bath. There are Chinese instructions on the wall in the changing room, so even first-time bathers don't need to worry. Overall, the hot spring experience was fantastic!

Such an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal with so many delicious choices. We were able to stay an extra two hours just to rest up, which made our day so much easier. They also stored our luggage after checkout. Super accommodating and friendly staff highly recommend

The location is fantastic, right outside the JR station and a 5-minute walk from Universal Studios Japan's entrance. There's a convenience store and shops downstairs – a perfect choice. We even went back to the hotel to rest when it got too hot at Universal Studios, then re-entered in the evening to continue the fun. After a long day of walking, a relaxing bath and soak at the top floor spa in the evening was exactly what we needed to unwind. Everything was perfect, except for the crowds – too many people at breakfast and in the showers.

★★★★★ 5/5

Had a wonderful stay at CANDEO HOTELS Osaka Shinsaibashi and would happily return again.

The location is honestly one of the biggest highlights — incredibly convenient. The hotel is directly connected to the lively Shinsaibashi area, with shopping and food everywhere around you. Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street is right nearby and leads all the way towards Dotonbori, making it perfect for exploring on foot. Daimaru and many well-known shopping malls are also within easy walking distance.

One thing that made this hotel feel unique was the atmosphere around the rooftop Sky Spa. The rooftop bath area feels peaceful and calming despite being in the middle of the city, especially at night after a full day of shopping and walking. Such a beautiful way to unwind.

The hotel itself was very clean, modern and surprisingly spacious for Osaka standards. We never felt cramped and had enough room to settle in comfortably.

Another fun surprise — MiPig Cafe is only a short walk away across the area (around a few minutes), which we really enjoyed visiting.

We also tried the in-room massage service after a long shopping day and it was amazing. Pricing felt reasonable and it was honestly one of the best decisions after walking so much.

Excellent location, comfortable stay, relaxing bath experience and thoughtful facilities — definitely a 5-star experience for us and would stay again next trip to Osaka ❤️

Conveniently located on the Yamanote Line, this hotel is affordable and perfect for visiting the museums and art galleries in Ueno. While the rooms are a bit old, they are quiet and clean. Breakfast is decent too. It's just a few minutes' walk from that JR station (the name is hard to type in both Chinese and Japanese). After exiting the station and going down the stairs, you'll pass a standing-style yakitori (grilled skewer) shop that smells amazing, but I was too shy to go in alone. There's also a Yokohama Iekei ramen shop on the corner, which I think is run by Chinese people. The portions are huge; I ordered a standard bowl and was completely stuffed.

Thank you very much. Very comfortable location. The station is not far from the hotel and you can change several lines of metro. The room for Tokio is very comfortable for family two children and two adults. Breakfasts were very delicious and various. Onsen was so relax.
One especially moment: in the evening we couldn’t find a place for dinner. Every restraint was overcrowded.

Convenient location a block from Roppongi station. Breakfast is fair, good enough for business trip. There’s a spa/japanese bath on the top floor that has separate men’s and women’s areas. I did not go but it looks quite small. No other real amenities, rooms are small which is typical for downtown Tokyo at this price. You have to request room cleaning thru the TV remote the day before or they won’t clean your room. I hate this policy when it’s in the name of sustainability when it’s really about saving costs by the hotel, especially when you have to opt-in for room cleaning rather than opt out of towel/linen service if you want to save the environment.

I booked a twin room with breakfast for two nights. The room size was decent for Saitama. The location is great, very close to JR Omiya station, making it super convenient for getting around. The top floor has a large public bath, which was perfect for relaxing after a tiring day of sightseeing. The hotel breakfast was also good, with both Japanese and Western options. The scrambled eggs were especially delicious, and there was a wide variety of dishes. Definitely recommended! The only downside is that there are too few washing machines – only three – so you pretty much have to fight for one if you want to do laundry.
