The price is well balanced and the cost performance is good.
However, I mistook the location of the hotel for the hotel next door.
When applying online, the hotel name was the old name (Iwaki Hotel), so it would be good if it was known by the same name as the side sign.
The breakfast was also good for a service. It is important to remember when applying online that there is an affiliated parking lot for those who come by car. (I overlooked it.)

The first room, 801, smelled of paint, so I was glad they changed me to a different room.
Breakfast was delicious.
There's a supermarket right in front of the hotel, so it's convenient.
The windows can be opened fully without locking, which is good for ventilation, but it's dangerous and I hope they improve that.

I've stayed here several times in the past. It's close to tourist spots like Aquamarine and Lala Mew, and you can walk there. 
I also took the bus this time. The nearby bus stop takes you to Izumi, Yumoto, and Iwaki, so even travelers like me who can't walk can enjoy sightseeing.

This is my second stay.
The response of the woman at the front desk is as good as ever.
I used it again because it was cheap even though it had breakfast buffet.
If you want to say, when you start cleaning up during the meal, you feel that you are not calm at all and are rushed, so I would like you to improve the start cleaning up at the same time as the reception ends at 8:45. The customer's feeling is quite different just by getting them to start cleaning up 15 minutes later.

At the front desk, the reception ends at 8:45 until 9:00. While the guide is that, it's a little bit that the cleaning starts from 8:45 ...
Other customers came in before 8:45, but they said, ”I'll start cleaning up in 2.3 minutes, but can I eat it? Then take it quickly.” I thought it was amazing.
Also, the bread was hard. When I cleaned it up, I was in a plastic bag on the spot, even though I should have done it in the kitchen, so I thought. Then I'm worried about hygiene.

You can have one drink at the front desk, but now there are many hotels with free drinks, so I thought it was only one cup ...

Also, don't you need posters such as ”Let's keep social distance” anymore?

Stayed in a single room for one night in May 2024

- The room was clean.

[Cons]
- No explanation of amenities or bath facilities was given at check-in.
- The bathroom dressing room was small.
- I couldn't find the size of the loungewear next to the elevator.
- The convenience store was a little far away.
- The walls were thin, so I could hear noises from the next room.

[Overall Review]
This business hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Iwaki Station.

I was taking a foot bath at the next affiliated hotel. Also, there were many free services such as breakfast and night meal ramen, which was helpful. (It's just July 2026)

A very family-type business hotel. Friendly people at reception and breakfast

No complainants regards the hotel. Location is about a 15 minute walk from the station on a quiet residential street with dining options surrounding and closer to the station.

I'm sorry, but I may be disappointed if I apply for a business hotel that salaried men usually use.
However, the staff was able to spend a homely feeling with a polite response, so I didn't feel any big dissatisfaction.

A classic business hotel but without the aged carpet and interior. The room was comfortable and warm. Sheets were new.

Drink service was excellent. They even had Milk Tea and Cocoa Powder.

Only negative was that reception has plastic screen up still which depersonalises the check-in experience. Still staff was good and amenity selection was very good.

Breakfast was a good selection and enjoyable.

Plus you can use sento showing your room key at I believe two different places.

The location of the hotel is easy to go, parking is also close to the hotel.
What is lacking is the room, the smell of the room is not very fragrant, she booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled a bit of cigarettes and musty.
The breakfast is very good, complete and delicious.. the public bath (ons) is also very good.

The location is very good, right next to the west exit of Katsuta Station. The hygiene and breakfast are good, but the exterior wall was under maintenance when I stayed there, and the windows were sealed with plastic and could not be opened.

Close to Shengtian Station and convenient transportation.
Breakfast is booked one day in advance for 600 yen, which tastes good.
Unfortunately, I didn't experience the bath on the first floor.
Will consider booking next time

A hot spring hotel in Yokohama, conveniently located right next to the subway entrance, making travel easy and quick. The hotel's environment, facilities, and hygiene are comfortable, and you can explore nearby parks and attractions on foot. It's also close to the airport, with direct subway access to Haneda Airport.

The building is quite old, but it's perfectly adequate for a business stay.
The walls are thin, so you can hear the person in the next room snoring.
The breakfast is typical of business hotels.
The menu doesn't change, so it's a bit disappointing if you're staying multiple nights.
The bath has a strong chlorine smell, but the room's bath is small and a modular bath, so you'll want to use the large public bath.
You can reserve it privately at midnight (30-minute limit).
They offer a ochazuke (rice with green tea) service in the evening, from 10:30 PM to midnight.

Men and women were in the same cabin, but the bed areas were separate so it wasn't uncomfortable. I stayed in a standard bed, which was larger than the newer capsule hotels, and there was a bath, so I was able to stay comfortably without any noise from nearby rooms. Check-in was after 6pm and check-out was at 9am, which was just right for an early morning flight the next day. I was able to make a reservation for a Saturday night at a bargain price, even though many capsule hotels cost over 10,000 yen. The building is old-looking, but it was kept clean and it's close to the station, so I'll definitely use it again next time.
