The location is very good, but unfortunately there is no parking space, which needs to be charged separately; if it can be purchased when booking, it will be a great help to me.

Basic facilities are available, the room is exquisite, very suitable for one person to stay overnight, and large suitcases may not be opened anywhere other than the bed.

The bedding has a noticeable musty smell, which is why I gave it one less review

The first room, 801, smelled of paint, so I was glad they changed me to a different room.
Breakfast was delicious.
There's a supermarket right in front of the hotel, so it's convenient.
The windows can be opened fully without locking, which is good for ventilation, but it's dangerous and I hope they improve that.

I am satisfied with the facilities, cleanliness and price of the hotel, but the lady at the front desk was unfriendly and uncomfortable from check-in. Completely clerical response without looking at it.
I thought that the parking lot (second parking lot) was free, but the fee was 700 yen. Is that so? Yes. The conversation ends. No explanation. (The parking fee is borne by the hotel on the hotel sticker. The third parking lot is charged.) I gave up because I didn't want to talk any more. If you ask for an additional breakfast, you will be surprised when the price is presented on the calculator! It is a satisfying hotel except the front desk.

- No explanation of amenities or bath facilities was given at check-in.
- The bathroom dressing room was small.
- I couldn't find the size of the loungewear next to the elevator.
- The convenience store was a little far away.
- The walls were thin, so I could hear noises from the next room.

[Overall Review]
This business hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Iwaki Station.

I'm sorry, but I may be disappointed if I apply for a business hotel that salaried men usually use.
However, the staff was able to spend a homely feeling with a polite response, so I didn't feel any big dissatisfaction.

This is my second stay.
The response of the woman at the front desk is as good as ever.
I used it again because it was cheap even though it had breakfast buffet.
If you want to say, when you start cleaning up during the meal, you feel that you are not calm at all and are rushed, so I would like you to improve the start cleaning up at the same time as the reception ends at 8:45. The customer's feeling is quite different just by getting them to start cleaning up 15 minutes later.

At the front desk, the reception ends at 8:45 until 9:00. While the guide is that, it's a little bit that the cleaning starts from 8:45 ...
Other customers came in before 8:45, but they said, ”I'll start cleaning up in 2.3 minutes, but can I eat it? Then take it quickly.” I thought it was amazing.
Also, the bread was hard. When I cleaned it up, I was in a plastic bag on the spot, even though I should have done it in the kitchen, so I thought. Then I'm worried about hygiene.

You can have one drink at the front desk, but now there are many hotels with free drinks, so I thought it was only one cup ...

Also, don't you need posters such as ”Let's keep social distance” anymore?

A very family-type business hotel. Friendly people at reception and breakfast

No complainants regards the hotel. Location is about a 15 minute walk from the station on a quiet residential street with dining options surrounding and closer to the station.

Although it is an old building, I was satisfied with the receptionist's response and the amenities were substantial. Cospa is good.

I used this hotel as a place to sleep after a drinking party with friends from another prefecture. It's close to the bar district and a little old, but it has a washlet, which is nice. It's rare to find a place to stay at this price, so I'll definitely use it again. 
Locking and opening the room door requires some skill due to the way it's built, but it's within the realm of possibility, and the large, free parking lot is also a plus.

The location is very good, right next to the west exit of Katsuta Station. The hygiene and breakfast are good, but the exterior wall was under maintenance when I stayed there, and the windows were sealed with plastic and could not be opened.

A classic business hotel but without the aged carpet and interior. The room was comfortable and warm. Sheets were new.

Drink service was excellent. They even had Milk Tea and Cocoa Powder.

Only negative was that reception has plastic screen up still which depersonalises the check-in experience. Still staff was good and amenity selection was very good.

Breakfast was a good selection and enjoyable.

Plus you can use sento showing your room key at I believe two different places.

The location was convenient and helpful because it was close to the station and there were many parking lots. The sheets were dirty and I was worried.
Other than that, I came to stay without any problems, so I would like to use it again if you can improve it.
It seems that there is a large communal bath, so I wanted to use it next time I had a chance. It seems that there is breakfast, and I would like to use it next time I have a chance.

The hotel is a convenient 5-minute walk from Sakuragicho, making it easy to get around Yokohama on foot. Although the facilities are a bit dated, they are clean and complete. The room isn't small, the bedding is comfortable, and I appreciated being able to check in at 2 PM and check out at 12 PM the next day. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time.

It was nice that you could get water if you were staying multiple nights and there was no cleaning.
The only downside was that the shower curtain was just the right length to fit the bathtub, so water from the shower spilled over into the toilet.
If it was a little longer and could be placed inside the bathtub, it would stop water splashing outside.
It was disappointing that no matter how much you turned the curtain, the amount of water that came out was too little.
It was disappointing that the Wi-Fi only worked on the first day.
It was disappointing that from the second day onwards, we were asked to use Wi-Fi on another floor, so we had to use a slower connection.

It's was a quest to find it — it has no signs outside. I've just came into other hotel to ask about this capsule paradise, and it turned out that it's on this hotel's underground floor (how should I guess?)

The stay itself was perfect. Sauna was hot enough, and all facilities were clean and equipped with all necessary stuff. Dining room is quiet small, but it unexpectedly has a massage chair, wow. Really recommend that place
