The location is very good, but unfortunately there is no parking space, which needs to be charged separately; if it can be purchased when booking, it will be a great help to me.

Basic facilities are available, the room is exquisite, very suitable for one person to stay overnight, and large suitcases may not be opened anywhere other than the bed.

The bedding has a noticeable musty smell, which is why I gave it one less review

[Overall Review]
This business hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Iwaki Station.

As for the cleanliness, it was good, but it was a little disappointing that there was hair in the washbasin.
The location was not bad, but there were many temples and graves around.
I think the service was good in 々.
Amenities were abundant.

I stayed here for three nights. The hotel is a bit far from the train station, but I enjoy strolling around and exploring the city, always taking a different route to enjoy the scenery!

The facilities and amenities are professionally managed, reflecting the hotel's professional management. The accommodation offers a free breakfast with a wide variety of options, and the space is spacious and comfortable. The staff are polite and friendly.

It's close to the station, breakfast is included, and the price is low. The bus and toilet were separated, so I was able to relax.

Is it a little walk from the downtown area? A leisurely 15 minute walk. Should I take a taxi after drinking?

I'm sorry, but I may be disappointed if I apply for a business hotel that salaried men usually use.
However, the staff was able to spend a homely feeling with a polite response, so I didn't feel any big dissatisfaction.

Everything in the room is clean, the mattress is comfortable and very warm, but the room should be suitable for people with not many luggage or 2 people.

As both of us work, it's difficult to take long holidays and we've never been able to go on a trip. We left after work on Saturday, but Katsuta-san was able to enter the hotel without having to worry about check-in time, which was the biggest deciding factor.
It was cheap and I didn't have high expectations, but the receptionist was polite and thoughtful, which was helpful as we had small children.
The room was clean and the kids were so happy that they dived into the futon lol.
The sink and bath in the room were also great so the kids didn't have to be afraid of new places. On the way out, we gave the kids some sweets. They came in a cute drawstring bag and both of them liked it.
It was a short stay, but the whole family was very satisfied.
Next time, I'd like to try the breakfast. The delicious smell made us want to leave lol.

We stayed one night in Katsuta Station Omotemachi. My family of three reserved separate rooms, and they arranged for us to be close to each other as we requested. I forgot my phone charger, but I was able to borrow one from the front desk, which was very helpful. This may be a common comment, but I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for your help.

It was clean, the staff were all kind, and the breakfast was delicious and I was very satisfied.
It's close to the station, so I'd definitely stay here again near Katsuta Station.
I recommend it if you are looking for a hotel.

The location was convenient and helpful because it was close to the station and there were many parking lots. The sheets were dirty and I was worried.
Other than that, I came to stay without any problems, so I would like to use it again if you can improve it.
It seems that there is a large communal bath, so I wanted to use it next time I had a chance. It seems that there is breakfast, and I would like to use it next time I have a chance.

The room is the biggest of the hotels we booked. 1 thing missing is the laundry area... maybe the cleanliness could be improved.

It was nice that you could get water if you were staying multiple nights and there was no cleaning.
The only downside was that the shower curtain was just the right length to fit the bathtub, so water from the shower spilled over into the toilet.
If it was a little longer and could be placed inside the bathtub, it would stop water splashing outside.
It was disappointing that no matter how much you turned the curtain, the amount of water that came out was too little.
It was disappointing that the Wi-Fi only worked on the first day.
It was disappointing that from the second day onwards, we were asked to use Wi-Fi on another floor, so we had to use a slower connection.

The men and women were in the same cabin, but the bed area was separated and I didn't feel uncomfortable. I stayed in a standard bed, but it was wider than the recent new capsule hotel and there was a bath, so I was able to spend comfortably without the sound of the nearby room. Check-in after 6pm was check-out at 9am, but it was just right because it was an early morning flight the next day. I was able to make a reservation at a cheap price while there are many places where I spend more than 10,000 yen at a capsule hotel on Saturday. The building looks old but kept clean and close to the station, so I will use it again next time.
