- The room was clean.

- No explanation of amenities or bath facilities was given at check-in.
- The bathroom dressing room was small.
- I couldn't find the size of the loungewear next to the elevator.
- The convenience store was a little far away.
- The walls were thin, so I could hear noises from the next room.

This business hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Iwaki Station.

The room is clean, the amenities are substantial, and the large communal bath and breakfast are good. The location is good and I plan to make a reservation again next time.

The location is very good, it is a pity that there is no parking space, and there is an additional charge; if you can hope to buy it when you book, it is a big help for me.

Basic facilities are available, the rooms are exquisite, very suitable for one person to spend the night, and large suitcases may not be opened outside the bed.

The bedding has a clear musty smell, which is the reason I have less evaluation

I stayed here for three nights. The hotel is a bit far from the train station, but I enjoy strolling around and exploring the city, always taking a different route to enjoy the scenery!

The facilities and amenities are professionally managed, reflecting the hotel's professional management. The accommodation offers a free breakfast with a wide variety of options, and the space is spacious and comfortable. The staff are polite and friendly.

It's close to the station, breakfast is included, and the price is low. The bus and toilet were separated, so I was able to relax.

Is it a little walk from the downtown area? A leisurely 15 minute walk. Should I take a taxi after drinking?

I'm sorry, but I may be disappointed if I apply for a business hotel that salaried men usually use.
However, the staff was able to spend a homely feeling with a polite response, so I didn't feel any big dissatisfaction.

Everything in the room is clean, the mattress is comfortable and very warm, but the room should be suitable for people with not many luggage or 2 people.

I used it as a bed after a drinking party with friends from other prefectures. It's a little old near the drinking area, but it's nice to have a washlet. It is not easy to stay at this price, so I will use it again.
When the door of the room is locked and closed, there is a knack due to the construction, but it is also good that the parking lot is large and free.

I always stay at this hotel, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful this time. They managed to change my room to a non-smoking one at the last minute because one became available, which usually isn't possible on the day of check-in at most hotels. It's also great that guests can use the large public bath and sauna at their sister hotel.

The location was convenient and helpful because it was close to the station and there were many parking lots. The sheets were dirty and I was worried.
Other than that, I came to stay without any problems, so I would like to use it again if you can improve it.
It seems that there is a large communal bath, so I wanted to use it next time I had a chance. It seems that there is breakfast, and I would like to use it next time I have a chance.

There was a feeling of cleanliness and the staff were kind and the breakfast was delicious and very satisfied.
It's close to the station and I definitely want to stay again.　
I recommend it if you are looking for a hotel.

Facilities: The facilities are just okay; it's an older hotel with a very small lobby.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness was a significant issue. The bedding wasn't very clean. They didn't have non-smoking rooms, so we were given a smoking room, which meant the sheets had holes and the room smelled unpleasant. The quadruple room had a spring bed that was extremely uncomfortable 😖.
Environment: The overall environment was average. A big plus is Ichiran Ramen 🍜 right next door, open 24/7, making dining super convenient. It's also close to the subway station. Yokohama Port and the Cup Noodles Museum are both nearby, easily walkable, and even closer if you take the cable car.
Service: Breakfast was included. The staff were quite responsible; if there were no available seats, they would make you wait outside until one became free!

It was nice that you could get water if you were staying multiple nights and there was no cleaning.
The only downside was that the shower curtain was just the right length to fit the bathtub, so water from the shower spilled over into the toilet.
If it was a little longer and could be placed inside the bathtub, it would stop water splashing outside.
It was disappointing that no matter how much you turned the curtain, the amount of water that came out was too little.
It was disappointing that the Wi-Fi only worked on the first day.
It was disappointing that from the second day onwards, we were asked to use Wi-Fi on another floor, so we had to use a slower connection.

The men and women were in the same cabin, but the bed area was separated and I didn't feel uncomfortable. I stayed in a standard bed, but it was wider than the recent new capsule hotel and there was a bath, so I was able to spend comfortably without the sound of the nearby room. Check-in after 6pm was check-out at 9am, but it was just right because it was an early morning flight the next day. I was able to make a reservation at a cheap price while there are many places where I spend more than 10,000 yen at a capsule hotel on Saturday. The building looks old but kept clean and close to the station, so I will use it again next time.
