The entire hotel is surrounded by killer whale elements, making it cute, charming, and cozy. There are photo opportunities everywhere. Check-out was just as smooth, with no delays. This stay was absolutely perfect; the service was thoughtful, and the facilities were complete. From check-in to check-out, every aspect was satisfying. The kids' facilities were extensive, and my child cheered with joy as soon as we entered. The room had everything we needed, and they even thoughtfully provided children's amenities like a step stool, kids' slippers, a bathrobe, and toothbrushes. The room was quite spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and a full range of toiletries. It was very comfortable to stay in, and the hygiene was excellent; the bedding was pristine and warm, meticulously arranged, and the bathroom had no strange odors. The towels and bath sheets were white and soft, which was very reassuring. The children's facilities were also comprehensive, with special kids' shampoo and a step stool, which was a very thoughtful touch! Parking at the hotel is free, and the Spaceship Park is right inside the hotel, offering convenient and quick direct access. The hotel is located within the Chimelong Resort area, making it close to everything. We'll definitely come again!

This hotel was my choice for a summer family trip, booked in advance with a 'stay + play' package. We arrived around 4 PM and I was still surprised by how massive it is. The penguin theme is really distinct, and it was packed with people – clearly a popular place! There were staff members everywhere. We took their advice and went to the Ocean Kingdom first, entering in minutes through the hotel's exclusive pass. When we returned after 6 PM, it was indeed less crowded, and check-in was smooth. The room was clean and odor-free, with child-friendly toiletries. The air conditioning worked great, the bedding was comfortable, and we had a view of the Ocean Kingdom from the window. We even discovered we could see the fireworks show at night, though unfortunately, a heavy rain that evening meant we had to miss Lang Lang's performance. Our dedicated butler was fantastic, explaining everything we needed to know about our stay and the park. For breakfast, they sent a QR code via WeChat, so no need to check at the front desk. Breakfast offered a huge variety, both Chinese and Western, and even though there were many people, it didn't feel chaotic. There was plenty of seating, and after a satisfying meal, we headed back into the park, full of good cheer. It was a very satisfying travel experience.

I was in Zhuhai for a business trip and decided to try out the Hengqin Bay Hotel. To my surprise, it turned out to be an exceptionally outstanding and versatile high-end hotel, perfectly balancing work efficiency and vacation leisure. 

First, let's talk about the location. It's right next to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, making it incredibly convenient for both business appointments and leisure activities nearby. The hotel's shuttle service is always on time, and if you're driving, parking is super convenient with clear signage. The lobby is luxurious and grand, making it perfect for business meetings.

For me, the room facilities were absolutely perfect. There's a dedicated, spacious, and well-lit desk, with a non-glare lamp, and the internet speed is incredibly fast – no lag whatsoever during video conferences. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; you can't hear any outside noise, which is fantastic. The bedding is very comfortable, ensuring a high-quality sleep even on a business trip. The shower has great water pressure and consistent temperature, perfect for washing away the day's fatigue.

The hotel's dining options are rich and diverse. The buffet offers a wide selection of salads, steaks, seafood, and authentic Cantonese cuisine, all delicious. The service is absolutely top-notch. From the concierge proactively helping with luggage to the housekeeping staff's daily thoughtful greetings, and even a considerate inquiry about my stay before I left – this kind of service, where they treat guests like family, truly warmed my heart. The hardware maintenance is also excellent; both the gym and pool are clean and tidy. In such an environment, you can work efficiently and enjoy a relaxing vacation. 

Check-out was quick, and the overall experience completely exceeded my expectations. It's definitely the best choice for a business stopover or a business trip.

The hotel is super close to the park entrance, just a 5-minute walk. The hotel environment is also excellent; as soon as you step in, you get a strong family-friendly vibe. Everything is exquisite, and the facilities are brand new. Great environment, great service. Check-in was very organized, with all necessary information provided. Check-out was super easy, just self-returning the key card. There's also a bus stop right outside, which is very convenient. Waking up in the morning, I could see the amusement park shrouded in mist from the room – a truly beautiful view.

The room is fully equipped and perfect for families with kids. It comes with six bottles of mineral water, a mini-fridge, and a three-door wardrobe. They even provide children's toothbrushes, which is more than enough. There's also a small balcony with a great night view, and it gets plenty of sunlight during the day.

The hygiene is up to par; the bedding and bath towels were clean, dry, and odorless. The hotel breakfast is also very extensive, offering staples, pastries, milk, fruit, and various Chinese breakfast options.

As for the location, it's a bit far from other Chimelong-affiliated hotels, but that's acceptable given the affordable price. It's also quite suitable for families traveling by car, as you can enjoy free parking at the park. However, you need to call the hotel half an hour before check-in on the day to register your license plate, which saves a parking fee. You can also enter the park an hour early.

The service was excellent. We had a toddler, and they promptly arranged a bed rail and a baby bathtub as requested – highly commendable!

Choosing the Yinghai Hotel for our Chimelong trip saved us a lot and made for a truly enjoyable vacation!

I booked a suite last minute, and the front desk upgraded my room upon check-in – awesome!

The hotel is close to the zoo and other parks, with a free shuttle service, and it's also very convenient if you're driving.

It's a large hotel with a small commercial street inside, though the variety isn't extensive. Still, it's worth a stroll.

The hotel's facilities and decor have a distinct Chimelong Safari Park vibe, but it feels a bit sparse and simple.

The room was spacious, and the greenery outside the window was refreshing. However, the downside is the outdated equipment. The hairdryer and shower facilities are years old and haven't been renovated. Plus, there was an issue with the bathtub plumbing, which is a definite minus.

Breakfast was good. If you're primarily visiting for the zoo or water park, I highly recommend this hotel.

Planning a one-stop visit to Chimelong Park, we started our trip by staying at the Chimelong Panda Hotel. The entire stay was comfortable and pleasant. Panda-themed elements are visible everywhere in the hotel. The building's design is lively and childlike. The lobby is bright and airy with good views, offering a refreshing and comfortable visual experience. The interior decoration is exquisite and novel, with clever details throughout. Public areas are regularly disinfected and cleaned, ensuring excellent overall hygiene. The elevators are clean and odor-free, running smoothly with low noise. Directional signs are well-distributed, making it easy to navigate between the park and guest rooms without getting lost. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient in handling check-in procedures. The check-out process is quick and time-saving, ensuring ample time for park visits. Employees are proactive and enthusiastic in their service, readily offering assistance to guests. Luggage storage is well-managed, making personal item storage and retrieval safe and convenient. The housekeeping team is highly efficient in addressing requests, ensuring thorough and complete room cleaning.

The animal theme is integrated throughout the hotel, from the lobby decorations and hallway artwork to the soft furnishings in the guest rooms. You'll find tigers, elephants, and giraffes everywhere, creating an immersive jungle atmosphere perfect for families. My child was incredibly excited the whole time, constantly curious and observing all the little animal decorations, which really enhanced the fun experience.

The hotel's security management is excellent; you need a room card to enter and exit, and there are staff members supervising the play areas, so you don't have to worry about kids wandering off. Hotel staff are visible patrolling the common areas everywhere, providing a great sense of security. Parents don't need to be on edge constantly and can feel at ease letting their children play freely in the Kids' Corridor.

The Giraffe Castle Hotel far exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, with no dust even in the corners. All appliances worked perfectly, and with the windows closed, you could barely hear any outside noise. The staff were very responsive to requests, patiently and meticulously answering any questions, and check-in/check-out procedures were swift and efficient. The lobby features a giant sacred tree as its central景观, with a giraffe theme prevalent throughout, boasting excellent natural light and views. The hotel also has its own Sacred Tree Park and Gaogao Amusement Valley, perfect for a short break and play between outings. There's a dedicated entrance straight to the animal park, allowing guests to admire various animals and learn from informative科普 explanations. Special thanks to Yao Shengqin, who was prompt and patient in responding to messages. The gym is great for daily workouts, and the water park and hot springs are always available. The restaurants offer a wide selection of Chinese and Western cuisine, making for an easy and stress-free stay from start to finish.
