The lobby of the Spaceship Hotel has a whimsical, child-friendly decor, and the hotel itself is very accommodating. It's a lively place with good overall service. The shuttle bus to Ocean Kingdom and the Circus City is very convenient, and the location is excellent, making it easy to access dining, shopping, and transportation. It offers great value for money. The hotel also boasts a wide range of children's play facilities, keeping the little ones entertained.  As for dining, the buffet offers a rich selection of high-quality dishes with quick service. The staff are attentive and responsible, and the food prices are very reasonable, making it incredibly cost-effective. The dining experience was equally memorable; breakfast and dinner were diverse and plentiful, the restaurant ambiance was lovely, and everything tasted great. The buffet had many options and the food quality was high.  Everything was outstanding, and I'll definitely be back! The elevators are fast, and the room facilities are thoughtful with excellent service. The hygiene is clean and tidy. The bedding is pristine white, stain-free, and has a faint, pleasant scent. The location is convenient, with complete surrounding amenities. I highly recommend watching the fireworks from the third-floor deck – the view is fantastic! The hotel signs are clear, so you won't get lost. I'll definitely return to the Chimelong Spaceship Hotel!

Choosing the Penguin Hotel as our base for our Chimelong trip was an excellent decision, making our entire holiday experience truly enjoyable. A covered walkway leads directly to the theme park, a mere one-minute walk away. This indoor connection between the hotel and the park means we were unaffected by any weather conditions. The hotel's bus station offers frequent departures, making it incredibly convenient to travel between different areas of the resort. Our room was spacious and airy, filled with natural light. The furniture was neatly arranged, and the bedding felt soft and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat to soothe our tired bodies after a day of activities. The dining options were diverse and plentiful, with each restaurant offering its unique flavors. The dishes catered to a variety of dietary needs, and the ingredients were of high quality. The dining areas were bright and spacious. Public facilities were regularly inspected and maintained, ensuring all hardware ran smoothly and reliably. The staff were attentive and courteous, treating guests with warmth and generosity, and promptly responding to all inquiries. The hotel is decorated with themed installations throughout, creating a strong holiday atmosphere in the lobby and corridors. Public areas were kept meticulously clean, allowing for relaxing strolls that helped alleviate any physical exhaustion from our activities. Whether traveling with family or friends, everyone is sure to have a comfortable stay. The seamless transition between play and rest created many wonderful memories for our trip.

This time, I chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel for my trip to the Zhuhai Chimelong International Ocean Tourist Resort, and the overall resort experience was very complete. The hotel's architecture is grand, with an ocean-themed atmosphere throughout. Stepping into the lobby, you immediately feel a strong island vacation vibe. The overall environment is open and spacious, with well-maintained greenery. Walking around the grounds, you can see large areas of lush plants, and the air is very pleasant. The hotel's internal facilities are comprehensive, with a water park divided into indoor and outdoor areas. The indoor area has a comfortable temperature, allowing for water activities even in bad weather. The outdoor area features a beach landscape, offering bay views while you play in the water. The hotel grounds also have a dolphin viewing area where you can watch dolphins swim and play through glass, as well as a scenic area with flamingos. You can encounter them just by strolling around, making it perfect for a leisurely visit and photo opportunities. Dining options are abundant; the buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Chinese and Western cuisine, with a full range of seafood, hot dishes, and desserts. The dining environment is also distinctive, allowing you to enjoy aquarium views while you eat. Transportation is convenient, with shuttle services available to various points within the resort, eliminating the hassle of getting around. The guest rooms are clean, with spacious bathrooms, comfortable bedding, and thoughtful attention to detail. Staff responsiveness is prompt, check-in and check-out procedures are smooth, and basic services like luggage storage are well-handled. Whether it's a family trip or a casual getaway with friends, you can balance fun and relaxation here without having to shuttle back and forth between the park and your accommodation. The overall pace of the trip is relaxed, making it a vacation choice worth returning to. Oh, and they even gave us complimentary fruit, which was a very pleasant surprise!

Taking advantage of the tail end of the holiday, I brought my child to Zhuhai Chimelong for a visit. I did a lot of research online, and staying inside the park was the most convenient option for getting around, saving a lot of travel time. So, I checked into the Chimelong Circus Hotel, which offered the best value for money and was super convenient for accessing the park. The hotel staff were enthusiastic, and the room facilities were complete, with vibrant colors that my child loved. There's a guardrail on the side of the bed to prevent young children from falling off while sleeping, which is a thoughtful touch. For Wi-Fi, you just need to scan the QR code on the hotel receipt, follow their official account, and verify with your phone number. This experience was excellent, and I'll definitely come again.

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, including a mini-fridge.
Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are acceptable.
Environment: It's quite close to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, and the unlimited self-service access is a plus.
Service: A buffet breakfast is provided, and there are dining options nearby, which is convenient. The buffet breakfast doesn't offer a huge variety, but it's convenient to just go downstairs and eat.

Extremely satisfied with our stay at Chimelong Hotel! As soon as we entered, we were drawn in by the strong tropical resort vibe. The room was very clean, and the family-friendly amenities were excellent, making it very suitable for young children. The hotel's shuttle service made getting around convenient, saving us a lot of hassle. The staff were enthusiastic and the White Tiger Buffet dinner had an amazing ambiance. Our whole family had a fantastic time – it's definitely our top choice for family trips!

Our Chimelong family trip this time was absolutely fantastic! We pre-booked the ”1318 RMB Chimelong Group Hotel 2-day 1-night Family Voucher Package” through Trip.com, then selected our hotel and dates and headed off. First, checking into Chimelong Panda Hotel was such a delightful surprise; it’s filled with a charming panda-themed atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the staff were warm, attentive, and responsive throughout our stay. The little ones screamed with joy as soon as they walked in – an amazing check-in experience! ✨

On the first day, we went straight to Chimelong Water Park. There were so many fun and thrilling rides! From the relaxing lazy river to the exhilarating Behemoth Bowl, every slide offered maximum enjoyment. The water was clean, and the park facilities were excellent, making it the perfect choice for beating the summer heat. We had a blast all day long.

On the second day, we visited Chimelong Safari Park. Even though it poured rain, it didn't dampen our enthusiasm one bit! We set off early and took the first ride on the small train from the South Gate to explore. The park is huge, and the variety of animals is incredible! You can feed small animals up close, and the self-driving area offers a fantastic viewing experience. The spectacular circus performance is not to be missed. Strolling around and exploring was so much fun; both adults and children had a wonderful time.

Overall, the trip was comfortable and joyful. Both the hotel and park services were top-notch. It's perfect for family trips or friends traveling together. We'll definitely choose Chimelong for our next vacation. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Our family, with a child, had an absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel boasts many thoughtful, family-friendly designs. The hallways are gently sloped with no steep stairs, making it easy to navigate with a stroller. The elevators are spacious, accommodating multiple people with strollers at once. The park shuttle buses even have dedicated areas for strollers, and staff members are proactive in helping load and unload them – you can really feel the attention to detail for families everywhere.

The shuttle service deserves a special shout-out. It runs from opening time until the end of the evening circus show, so there's never a long wait. The buses are spacious and air-conditioned, so it's not stuffy even in summer. They offer direct routes to the zoo, Happy World, and the International Circus, saving us the hassle of taxis or parking if we drove. It's truly stress-free and cost-effective.

Booking a package deal for the whole family offered incredible value for money. We'll definitely be back!

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of dishes and the food was good. The staff were also proactive and friendly in greeting guests. It's very suitable for families with children.

The only slight inconvenience was that the hotel's restaurants and all the entertainment facilities (including the entrance to the Forest Kingdom) were clustered on one side, while the guest rooms on the other side were quite a walk away. It took about 10 minutes to walk downstairs for a meal with the kids. If we needed to go back to the room to grab something after eating, it would waste another half an hour on the commute. We specifically waited until after school started to visit, so it wasn't crowded and there were no issues with rooms being fully booked. However, the front desk didn't proactively inform us at check-in that there were rooms closer to the restaurants and attractions. Also, the front desk mentioned that all king rooms face the road, while twin rooms face the park, but this wasn't clearly indicated when booking the hotel.
