This hotel is perfect for families with kids. Being able to walk to the park is a huge plus, and the overall experience was fantastic. It's an ideal choice for family trips, and we'll definitely bring the kids back again! We're very satisfied, thumbs up! The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the park area has lots of greenery and fresh air, and the bright colors really appeal to children. The hotel's spaceship theme creates a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The service is outstanding; the staff are enthusiastic and attentive, with excellent service attitudes. The hotel environment is elegant, and the decor is lovely – the kids absolutely loved it. The lobby is spacious and bright, with good lighting and ventilation, and the overall decor feels cozy. The hotel staff are warm and thoughtful, and we were all very pleased! Great! The room facilities are complete. The staff processed check-in quickly and were very friendly, which made a great first impression. Luggage storage was also super convenient, we're satisfied. The hotel has a large parking lot, which is excellent; we didn't have to worry about driving at all. The rooms even offer scan-to-order dining. Breakfast is very generous with a wide variety of dishes, and the taste is excellent. It offers great value for money. The food court on the first floor has various dining options, meeting basic meal needs. It's very kid-friendly, and the spaceship park is right downstairs. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay and will choose this place again next time! It's convenient, and the bathroom is spacious and grand, with a great wet/dry separation design, which made us feel very comfortable. Any questions or issues were addressed promptly and helpfully. The hotel's sailor-themed buffet breakfast had a good variety, and the food tasted great with a delicate texture. Room service for deliveries was prompt, enthusiastic, and professional, providing very thoughtful service. The front desk staff were professional and proactive during check-in, making the process quick. Check-out was also fast with no waiting. The whole process was convenient and efficient, we're satisfied and will definitely stay here again. It was a very pleasant experience. Thumbs up! The hotel has plenty of free parking. It's close to the high-speed train station and Jinwan Airport. Overall, it's great. In short, everything was outstanding, highly recommended! We'll definitely return if we get the chance!

The hotel's location is fantastic; you're right at Ocean Kingdom as soon as you step out, and it's just a few minutes' walk directly to the park entrance. This saved us from having to rush early in the morning or travel back and forth, which was a huge time-saver and stress-reducer when traveling with kids. There are adorable penguins in the lobby at all times, keeping the little ones excited and happy throughout our stay – the atmosphere was absolutely amazing!

The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Toiletries and children's amenities were all thoughtfully provided, showcasing great attention to detail.

The staff were warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and they responded promptly to any issues. The hotel offers a wide range of dining options, and the buffet restaurant even lets you dine while watching penguins, adding a wonderful sense of occasion.

Overall, the environment is full of childlike wonder and perfectly suited for families. It's convenient for travel and offers a top-notch experience. We'll definitely stay at the Penguin Hotel again on our next trip to Chimelong – highly recommended!

What a fantastic experience! This hotel is perfect for families, offering both a kids' paradise and a stunning sea view. Choosing Hengqin Bay for our family trip was absolutely the right decision! The lobby is grand and impressive, but the real showstopper is the vibrant red glass coral sculpture 🪸. It's so ocean-themed that my child was instantly captivated and immersed in the vacation spirit. 

We booked a sea-view room, which was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The balcony directly overlooks the ocean 🌊, perfect for watching the sunrise and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night. The bathroom was well-equipped for a relaxing soak, and the complimentary bath salts were a thoughtful touch after a day of fun 🛁. 

The hotel facilities are incredibly comprehensive: the Waterpark's slides and wave pool were a huge hit, and the Flamingo Garden and Dolphin Pool were also very entertaining. Plus, there's a beach and a kids' club. You could easily spend a whole day just enjoying the hotel, even without visiting the main theme park 🐬. There's even a daily boat shuttle to the park's pier, which adds a special touch. 

For dining, the hotel offers various options. We tried the buffet, and it was incredibly diverse, with the dessert and fruit sections being particularly popular 🍰. What's more, there were interactive mascots in the restaurant, making for not just a satisfying meal but also lots of lovely photo opportunities 📷. 

Overall, I give this a five-star recommendation! The service, environment, transportation, dining, and child-friendliness are all outstanding! If you're planning a trip to Zhuhai's Chimelong, this hotel is definitely worth staying at for two nights or more!

Zhuhai Chimelong Circus Hotel – such a wonderfully happy experience, I just had to write about it. Maybe it can even serve as a little guide. Haha, I was so happy I wanted to record all my feelings.

First, let's talk about choosing a hotel. As a first-timer to Chimelong, I compared three hotels within walking distance that I found on Xiaohongshu. I discovered the Circus Hotel offered the best value for money. Since I have an elderly relative who uses a wheelchair and we were only staying for two days, the Circus Hotel's 2-day, 1-night package, which included unlimited entry to both 'Ocean Kingdom' and 'Adventure Park' (Spaceship Park), was even cheaper. So, I decisively chose the Circus Hotel. You can book in advance for excellent value!

Next, my check-in experience was super convenient and incredibly wheelchair-friendly! We booked a twin room, which was across the parking lot and directly faced the 'Ocean Kingdom' whale shark fireworks. I never imagined watching the fireworks from the hotel could be so beautiful! It was an absolute surprise!

The hotel facilities are also excellent. I absolutely loved the theme concept; there were lots of kids, and adults enjoyed themselves just as much. The staff's care was superb; every staff member was incredibly friendly. We could store our luggage, which didn't interrupt our fun at all! There are also self-service lunch and breakfast options, and food delivery isn't an issue. In short, I would definitely choose the Circus Hotel again next time.

The complimentary travel photos were also gorgeous. It was pouring rain when I went, but the photographer was super professional, truly turning 'rotten into magical' and capturing memorable photos.

Over the two days, we visited the 'Ocean Kingdom' whale shark exhibit, white whale show, penguin exhibit, and 5D cinema, as well as 'Adventure Park's' Bermuda, deep-sea submarine, and all the animal decorations on the first floor. It was pure bliss! A little tip: the Circus Hotel is very close to Ocean Kingdom. They offer a shuttle bus to Adventure Park, but honestly, walking through the parking lot to Adventure Park feels about the same distance as Ocean Kingdom. Haha, meaning they're both very close! I hope everyone has a great time! ( ^_^)／

The hotel offers frequent, free shuttle buses directly to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and the Spaceship, with services so often during peak hours you can just hop on without worrying about transport. The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and tidy, perfect for families with kids staying overnight and visiting the parks multiple times. There's a food street and supermarket nearby, making it better value than staying inside the park itself. When you're tired from playing, you can just take the bus back to rest – truly convenient! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The family room suite was spacious and fantastic. The decorations were beautiful and the kids loved it! They were so happy, there were towels with white tigers on them, slippers for kids, bathrobe for kids, and beds that are for kids. The amenities were amazing. The outdoor pool is large and spacious however you need to wear a swim cap to enter the pool. You can buy a swim cap from one of the shops outside or you can borrow a swim cap from the pool. The indoor playroom was such a great addition and a highlight to the trip. I recommend getting the breakfast buffet, arrive early to get a seat to see the white tigers or the flamingos on the other side which is a once in a lifetime experience. The family suites are large well decorated and Fun however the location within the property does require a little bit more of a walk, but it is worthwhile as I opened the window and Balcony door and I see this beautiful nature sanctuary right in front of me with parrots and birds living in this area. I truly felt like I was in a jungle. If you also plan to go to the Safari, there are shuttle buses to take you there

Our stay at Panda Hotel was absolutely flawless, a perfect 10/10 experience! The hotel's location is superb, close to all the major attractions in the resort area. The surroundings are well-developed and convenient for transportation, entertainment, and shopping – a true one-stop shop. The cleanliness was top-notch throughout, from the lobby and corridors to the restrooms and every corner of our room. Everything was spotlessly clean and sparkling. The bedding, floors, and bathroom were all pristine, making us feel completely safe and comfortable. The overall whimsical decor was refined and high-end, with bright and open lighting. The room's soundproofing was excellent, offering peace and privacy. It perfectly blended a cozy, home-like feel with playful fun. The family-friendly details were incredibly thoughtful, with a complete set of kids' amenities like children's slippers and a toilet seat adapter, making travel with little ones completely stress-free. A heartfelt thank you to Ambassador Luo Ying for her warm and attentive service throughout our stay. Our luggage storage and delivery were handled perfectly, and her responses were prompt and enthusiastic, making us feel comfortable and cared for. The dining experience was outstanding. The breakfast staff were warm and friendly, and the buffet offered a rich variety of high-quality dishes. The Chinese lunch dishes were authentically delicious, with fresh and hygienic ingredients and generous portions. The dining offered excellent value for money, and our whole family left feeling satisfied and happy. The hotel's courtyard boasts beautiful scenery, and feeding the small animals during our leisure time was especially therapeutic and relaxing. The room layout was well-designed, with excellent ventilation and natural light. The mattress provided comfortable and supportive sleep, the bathrobes were soft and skin-friendly, and the toiletries were high-quality. The shower had stable and ample hot water. All the in-room appliances worked smoothly and efficiently; the air conditioning provided quick and powerful cooling/heating, and the Wi-Fi was stable and fast. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and professional, and the concierge luggage storage service was secure and thoughtful. Check-in and check-out were incredibly quick and convenient, and parking was hassle-free. The lobby had a fantastic ambiance with fresh, comfortable air. This will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Chimelong!

We stayed here for a family trip during the long holiday and were thoroughly impressed with everything. The hotel's private entrance to the park was incredibly convenient, saving us a ton of time queuing and significantly enhancing our overall enjoyment. The room layout was well-designed, and our family room had plenty of space, so it never felt cramped. The toiletries were of good quality, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's dining options offered a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, with flavors suitable for all ages. The staff were patient and enthusiastic, proactively helping with our luggage and thoughtfully looking after our children. The park's facilities were comprehensive, and free parking was a great bonus, making it a perfect one-stop solution for both fun and accommodation.
It was also convenient for shopping, and the hotel even had a stamp collection activity where you could redeem gifts, which was a nice touch.

We got a free room upgrade with a great view, and the room layout was very comfortable. Even though it was the tail end of the May Day holiday, the housekeeping service was very responsive. Our room attendant, Jiaxia, was incredibly attentive, answering all our questions promptly. This was a refreshing change from some high-end hotels where the 'butler service' is just a name, with responses taking half a day and effectively being useless. The hotel is quite new, so all the facilities and equipment are sparkling clean. The restaurant food was also delicious. The hotel was very thoughtful, providing a wide range of baby essentials and tableware, as well as plenty of in-room amenities. Please keep up the excellent work! Our whole family was very satisfied with both the hotel and the park services, and we'll definitely be back. PS: I suggest the Sacred Tree Park offers more discounts; it's quite expensive to enter every time...
