There's not much service, but the location is convenient. The breakfast at the hotel's ground floor cafe is a rip-off. Any coffee shop breakfast just a short walk away is better and cheaper than the hotel's, even if you've booked a breakfast-included rate. It's not worth it. There are plenty of coffee shops around Times Square.

We got upgraded which was very nice. The place was beautiful. Only thing is that our room we couldn’t adjust the temperature and in November having the AC on and not being able to turn it off made the room very cold. Otherwise everything else was great.  Location was perfect for us because we had a wedding close by. Night time gets a little weird. Wall st use to be a quiet area but it became a party place at night.

Hotel highlights: Very good location, walk to Fifth Avenue, Empire State Building, etc., if not, you can go to New York Library!
Facilities: Overall, it is quite complete

Hygiene: It is quite clean, although the elevator is very old

Environment: The environment is normal, the hotel is not big

Service: Smiling service, quite good

I had a nice stay at the Hyatt Centric. The staff were lovely and the service was generally very good, except on a Friday night when my friend and I had to wait ages to be served at their outdoor restaurant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym is small but was sufficient for my workout. The wifi had a free slower option, and you had to pay for faster wifi for streaming, which feels unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. I'd stay here again if I was in Bangalore and wanted somewhere central.

I couldn’t sleep because of a strange sound in the room. But around 1.30 at night I was given a new room. 

The hotel design is contemporary and it was nicely maintained. The room was spacious. The staff was cordial and sweet. 

The restaurant, spa, gym and the swimming pool were all very disappointing. Nothing was 5 star quality. 

It’s far from everything but mall of Asia which is about 40 minutes by walk amidst traffic and pollution. Taxi take an hour by the way. 

Will I revisit here again ; probably not.

The staff were amazing so I want everyone to know that part. This is not the front desk staff. Now on to the bad…. The rooms are not clean. I dislike having to say this. But it’s facts. When walking in the room- first thing we notice is a huge pretty fresh stain on floor that screamed puke. It was attempted to be cleaned but the orange stain was disgusting. The windows were smudged. The glass tables had finger prints all over. The walls had dried splashes of who knows what and edges around the room at knee high were full of dust. Soap was left in shower and the floor when the door was opened and closed was disgusting. No liners in garbage cans. 
The front desk was very understanding and switched us rooms. Problem was it was a downsize. We lived through it but will all the hotels we have stayed in while in the city - (dozens- as we are only 2 hours away and like to stay at different places) this one unfortunately we will not be returning too.

This was my second time staying at Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile, and it was a pure coincidence for this second stay. The location and the room offered were a great deal at this price. The facilities were decent (not too old) and the space were sufficient. Both my stays at Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile left me with very good impressions.
