The hotel is located in the suburbs. It's a fairly new hotel with a spacious lobby, relatively new room facilities, and a kitchenette. The surrounding area appears to be a residential area with a Rewe supermarket and two restaurants, where the food is quite delicious.

The room is great, next to the university, with a youthful and petty-bourgeois vibe. It's usually relatively cheap. The service staff is very enthusiastic and proactively asks if there's anything they can help with. They are also very considerate and patient in explaining issues such as invoicing.

It always depends on what you're comparing it to, and which room type with what amenities you book...

The rooms are generally okay, and the location is excellent. The same cannot be said for the meager breakfast, which costs 19 EUR. There isn't even scrambled eggs or anything similar, just a single hard-boiled egg. The mini bread rolls aren't worth the price either, and neither is the selection of cold cuts, etc. You're better off going next door, where there's a fantastic bakery (the kind that really spoils you). Since coffee/tea is free at the hotel anyway, spending 19 EUR on the hotel breakfast makes little sense, at least for me...

The transportation is convenient, with a tram stop right outside and a train station nearby that offers direct service to the airport. However, the train station has two exits; the one closer to the hotel doesn't have an elevator. If you have large luggage, it's easier to use the exit with an elevator and then take one tram stop to the hotel entrance. The hotel staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic. The facilities show clear signs of use but are generally clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, and having a dishwasher is very convenient, making it a suitable hotel for long stays.

The receptionist was very friendly, the room was very clean, there was a small kitchen for simple cooking, and free coffee and tea were provided in the lobby. The parking fee of 19 euros a day was a bit expensive.

Very new and the room is large. There are microwaves, refrigerators, induction cookers and dishwashers, as well as complete kitchenware and tableware. Very good stay experience! highly recommended!
