We opted for a family room with two large double beds. The room and bathroom were spacious and very comfortable.

During this stay, we received a complimentary minibar and a welcome chocolate (the taste was so-so, but good for photos).

On the second day, we were given biscuits in a glass jar and macarons.

The hotel provides a golf cart shuttle service to and from Siam Paragon, accommodating about 6 people per trip. During peak hours, you might have to wait a bit due to traffic. Alternatively, you can walk back to the hotel, which takes roughly 3 minutes.

I personally found the hotel breakfast to be quite good, comparable to other 5-star hotels. However, I felt the tables in the restaurant were a bit too close together, making it feel cramped (see photo).

The hotel pool was not crowded, which was very relaxing.

The gym was quite a trek to get to, which I found a bit odd, so I only visited it once and didn't go back.

There's a small children's play area.

I really appreciate that the hotel allows communication with the service department via LINE, which is very convenient.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay. The kids' pool and facilities were great, and the gym was decent. The breakfast wasn't spectacular, but it had noodle and egg stations, and a good mix of Eastern and Western options. The location is definitely a drawback, but it's very quiet, and with international schools and condos nearby, there are 5-6 great restaurants that pop up like a night market within a 5-minute walk in the evenings.

The bellhops were incredibly friendly, and honestly, everyone was friendly, but the woman who handled our check-in wasn't exactly unfriendly, but she left a bad impression.

Also, I strongly advise against visiting the massage places near the hotel. One of them reportedly broke a customer's ribs by stepping on them, and the place we went to, despite having good Google reviews, was incredibly dirty and pressed so hard that it felt like they damaged nerves. They offer shoulder, neck, and hand massages in addition to foot massages. My son ended up hurting his trapezius muscle, and when I had a Thai massage, even after asking them to go easy, they acted like they didn't hear me and massaged so hard I thought I wouldn't be able to fly home.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again. The location is perfect – everything you need is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It made exploring the city very convenient.

The hotel itself is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job every day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

Considering the excellent location, cleanliness, and overall quality, the price was very reasonable and offered great value for money.

We were assigned a residential-style room, which was located separately from the hotel lobby and required a walk to get there. This made it quite inconvenient to go to the hotel for breakfast or to use the swimming facilities, as we had to walk each time. Since the residential building isn't connected to the hotel, it was especially cumbersome when it rained, and my family ended up not using the swimming facilities because of this.

We had a really lovely stay at Emporium Suites by Chatrium. My husband and I traveled to Bangkok with our one-year-old, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our visit. They thoughtfully provided a baby cot and even a baby bathtub, which made traveling with a little one so much easier. Room service was also very quick and efficient, which we really appreciated.

The room itself was spacious, with a large carpeted area where our baby could safely crawl and play. That said, the carpet could be a bit cleaner to make it even more comfortable for families with young children.

We also really appreciated the in-room amenities like the kitchen, microwave, and washing machine—it made our stay feel very convenient and home-like. It would be even better if the hotel could provide more coat hangers for drying clothes after washing.

The location is fantastic, with direct access to three malls, making everything extremely convenient. We could easily step out for a quick meal or even order Grab for some quick bites, which made traveling with a baby much more manageable.

One small downside was the shower—while it works fine, the water temperature takes a bit of time to adjust. It was a little challenging when trying to hold and wash our baby at the same time.

Overall, it’s a very family-friendly hotel with thoughtful touches, and we had a great experience despite a few small areas for improvement.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, setting a benchmark for other hotels. They're always greeting you with smiles, truly embodying the spirit of Thailand. When we checked out, it felt like all my relatives had come out to see us off – it was a lovely and heartwarming gesture. A special thanks to Mr. Ducky and Mrs. Bowry for their care! The room is more like a small apartment, featuring a kitchenette along the corridor with a full range of appliances: microwave, stove, toaster, dishes, and a decent-sized refrigerator. As a welcome bonus, the hotel provided several cans of Coke, Fanta, tonic, and coconut milk, along with coffee, tea, and sugar. The bed had a super orthopedic mattress and was very comfortable. There's also a dining table, a coffee/work table, a modern TV, and an armchair. The bathroom is medium-sized, neatly renovated, and all the plumbing worked perfectly. The only issue was the air conditioning; even set to 26 or 27 degrees, it blew icy air at around 20 degrees. We reported it to reception, but they couldn't fix it, so we had to turn it off periodically. Breakfast was a little above average and of good quality: there's always one meat dish, sausages, sometimes fish, and salad fixings like cabbage, greens, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Sides include rice and spaghetti. There are two types of soups that change throughout the week. Yogurt comes in individual cups (classic and strawberry), and there are toasts with jam and butter. Pastries include croissants, puff pastries, and muffins. You can choose between natural coffee and coffee from a machine – after all, you're at a coffee club! The ambiance is beautiful and stylish! The hotel has two elevators, a gym, and a rooftop pool above the 8th floor. Sun loungers and hotel towels are provided, along with restrooms and showers. In the evenings, the lighting around the pool is a bit dim, which they attributed to energy saving. The location is good and central, with a sidewalk leading to Sukhumvit if you're walking to the metro. The area is clean, apart from some overflowing trash bins in one spot and a construction site near the hotel. It's about a 10-minute walk to BTS Asok station and at least 15 minutes to MRT. There's a 7/11 at the beginning of the street, about 5 minutes from the hotel. This is a good, comfortable, and heartfelt hotel that's great value for money! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends, and it definitely deserves the highest ratings.

The service was amazing. All of the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast selection was good as well. However, I wish there had been more pork options. Since the hotel already serves several pork dishes, I was a bit confused why they used chicken ham instead of pork ham and did not include bacon.

The only major issue during my stay was the air conditioning in room 404, which had a noise problem that kept me awake all night. It was too late to contact the staff, so I ended up putting in my earphones and trying to sleep.

This hotel used to be a Nikko Hotel in Japan, and it was bought and renovated by Chatrium Hotels, a luxury Thai hotel chain. The plumbing in the rooms is excellent, and the Japanese food is delicious. The caramel pudding at breakfast was fantastic, just like something from a Japanese coffee shop. For lunch, they offer afternoon tea and even a shabu-shabu set for one person. There's also a convenience store inside the hotel, and a large 1STOP supermarket conveniently located near the exit by the pool. Kandawgyi Park is very affordable for foreigners with an entrance fee of just 500 kyats, and it has many restaurants suitable for lunch. The Rakhine Mont Di at the Rakhine seafood restaurant across the street is exquisite. The hotel is located in a very safe area with many embassies, and the staff are all very courteous. It's no wonder there are so many Japanese guests.
