The staff provided excellent service, from the concierge and front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. They even fulfilled my request to decorate the room for our anniversary. The hotel ambiance was lovely, with a pleasant aroma throughout. The location is super close to Paragon, and they offer golf cart shuttle service, which is perfect for anyone who wants to shop at Paragon. The room was spacious and the bed was soft and comfortable.

Traveling with my family and Indian clients, the overall experience was fantastic! The swimming pool was great; the kids practically lived in it for days. Breakfast was also very good, with a wide variety of choices. Aside from being a little far out, I think it offers excellent value for money. There were tourists from all over the world.

Love the riverside location as it’s away from the hassle n bussle pls the beautiful river view. Room is spacious though the bathroom is a bit old, especially the shower.  Shuttle boats to BTS station n ICONSIAM is good enough to move around in the city. Staff are all friendly n helpful. With the assistance of Mr Por, we booked the restaurants we wanna try n found our way to get there.  Breakfast is all great with fresh ingredients n variety. Will surely stay again for future trips to Bangkok.

The room was clean and felt very safe. The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit too loud. The view was great though! Overall, it was a good stay, and I'd consider coming back. The location is convenient, and the front desk staff were very good. Excellent service!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend!

My wife and I stayed at the Emporium Suites by Chatrium for one night during a business trip, and it exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around.

Upon arrival, the wonderful check-in staff surprised us by upgrading our room type, which was a fantastic and much-appreciated touch. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of high-quality options, and the gym was superb—well-equipped and perfect for a quick workout.

Though it was a short trip, the flawless service and great amenities made it memorable. We will definitely be back!

This was my second stay, and it was a great experience! The staff are very friendly, there's a convenience store right at the alley entrance, and the hotel also offers a free breakfast for guests. I'd definitely want to come back for my next trip.

The service was amazing. All of the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The breakfast selection was good as well. However, I wish there had been more pork options. Since the hotel already serves several pork dishes, I was a bit confused why they used chicken ham instead of pork ham and did not include bacon.

The only major issue during my stay was the air conditioning in room 404, which had a noise problem that kept me awake all night. It was too late to contact the staff, so I ended up putting in my earphones and trying to sleep.

This hotel used to be a Nikko Hotel in Japan, and it was bought and renovated by Chatrium Hotels, a luxury Thai hotel chain. The plumbing in the rooms is excellent, and the Japanese food is delicious. The caramel pudding at breakfast was fantastic, just like something from a Japanese coffee shop. For lunch, they offer afternoon tea and even a shabu-shabu set for one person. There's also a convenience store inside the hotel, and a large 1STOP supermarket conveniently located near the exit by the pool. Kandawgyi Park is very affordable for foreigners with an entrance fee of just 500 kyats, and it has many restaurants suitable for lunch. The Rakhine Mont Di at the Rakhine seafood restaurant across the street is exquisite. The hotel is located in a very safe area with many embassies, and the staff are all very courteous. It's no wonder there are so many Japanese guests.
