There are many interesting shops around, and there are plenty of entertainment and life. Hotel breakfast, environment, room hygiene size, all good. The style is the feeling of a music bar. Unique feeling. A good choice.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, a little far from the city center, and we had to wait a while for a taxi in the morning. However, the service was excellent. We arrived in the morning and luckily there was an available room, so they let us check in early. The breakfast was also good. The front desk staff were very friendly and even recommended some nearby restaurants.

The location is just off the I24 road, free parking, good breakfast, cost-effective, suitable for car rental friends. Of course, if there is a team to stay, it will be noisy. Near the road, friends who are light should consider sleep problems.

We arrived to check in the desk help was so slow.  The young guy didn't have the ability to access room keys.  Why was he alone at the desk.  The night we checked in our room door malfunctioned. Morning of check out maid over rode key & walked in on us naked.  No knock no nothing. We go to check out the desk said someone had marked our room empty.  Funny we still had our keys.   Will never stay here again.

Free parking! Room was small, stayed two nights, breakfast was normal American standards! The service attitude of the staff is super good, and they take care of answering all kinds of questions! Self-service laundry, 1.5 knives for washing, 1.5 knives for drying, 1.5 knives for washing tablets, overall evaluation is good 👍

Right at the subway exit, it's about a 20-minute walk to Nihonbashi and Akihabara. If you walk a bit further, you can even reach Tokyo Station and Senso-ji Temple (though I wouldn't recommend actually walking that far!). Downstairs, there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants, so even if you want to take a day off from sightseeing, there are many good food options nearby. The room is a bit small, but considering the price and the fact that it has a bathtub, it's acceptable. The hotel has coin-operated washing machines and dryers; if I remember correctly, one load of laundry is 400 yen for washing and 400 yen for drying. If you need an early check-in, there's a 2000 yen fee, but the hotel offers free luggage storage. You can drop off your bags and find a café nearby to pass the time without any issues.

This was my second stay here, and the location is incredibly convenient! It's right next to the B1 exit for both the Oedo Line and Hanzomon Line, and there's an escalator, which is a huge plus. A 7-Eleven is also right next door. I even discovered a new instant noodle flavor there that was delicious!

The hotel offers breakfast, but it starts at 6:30 AM. I had to rush for my flight this time, so I didn't get to try it. Getting to Narita Airport is also super easy – just take the Hanzomon Line to Oshiage Station, then transfer to the Skyline, and you'll be there in just over an hour!

The room is 13 square meters, which is a bit small, but it's perfectly fine for a solo traveler! At around 400 yuan a night, it's definitely a no-brainer for anyone looking for good value for money.

Extremely satisfied. The service was excellent, and the attention to detail was impressive. The bathroom had a drying function, and the toilet had an automatic deodorizer, so there was no odor whatsoever. The location is very convenient, with three metro stations nearby. The hotel primarily hosts Western guests, and most of the staff speak English, so even if your English isn't great, you can still get by with gestures. The restaurant is small but open all day, offering a comfortable place to relax with free coffee, hot water, and nuts. It's also exceptionally quiet. The only minor issue was that the curtains weren't blackout enough, so the room got bright around 4:30 AM.

Cleanliness: Very clean. Someone cleaned our room every day. Japanese hotels are impeccably clean, which is very reassuring.
Environment: Great! Although the room wasn't huge, it had everything we needed. My friend and I had two suitcases, a 26-inch and a 24-inch, and we could fully open both of them!
Service: The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was one lady who spoke Chinese, and everyone else was also exceptionally warm, which made me feel very comfortable! I really liked this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo. It's also close to the subway and has convenience stores nearby.
Facilities: The hotel even offers free breakfast, which was also very good!

The location of the Comfort Inn Tokyo Roppongi is excellent - only 5 minutes walk from the Roppongi Station. We did not book the hotel breakfast. Rooms are small as expected - this is Tokyo after all. While the staff were friendly, we had one encounter that left us dissatisfied with the hotel policy. Our luggage had broken and we went to Donki to purchase a new one. We had asked the front desk if they could help us dispose of the broken luggage and the staff said they will not - not even for a fee. The next morning, I asked another front desk staff and she said they would do it for a fee of JPY3,000. Why the difference in application of a policy, I don't understand. In the end, we brought the broken luggage to Donki and explained to them and they helped us dispose of it.

I'm extremely satisfied with this hotel's location and room layout/amenities. The Rong business district has everything you could possibly need for dining and shopping. I booked a larger room type, which was essentially the price and size of two standard rooms. I saw a family of three next to me convert the sofa bed into a single bed, which seems perfect for them. As mentioned in previous reviews, the hotel staff can be quite aloof; the older local employees don't offer any pleasantries. I appreciate that you need to swipe your card in the elevator to access guest floors, making it feel very secure.

Very close to Sakae, about a 10-minute walk. You can find both budget-friendly and high-end shopping there. The airport bus stop is super convenient: turn left out of the hotel, cross the street, then turn right, and it's just a three-minute walk. The subway is also nearby, about a five-minute walk. I booked a twin room, which came with two chairs and a small round table. The space isn't huge but it's perfectly adequate. There's a laundry room, an ice machine, and even a microwave on each floor. The only downside was the long wait for the elevator.

The location is excellent, right in front of Nagoya Station. I specifically chose it for its proximity to the bus center since I was taking a highway bus. It's super convenient with izakayas and the station nearby, and I even discovered a theater. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. The room size wasn't small at all, and while double beds are usually 1.4 meters wide, this one was 1.6 meters, which felt very spacious. Plus, they had a great selection of amenities downstairs.
