Perfect everything!!! The location is close to everything walking distance. 
The room was big and spacious. I reserved for three people and it had even more sets of towels. It was clean and beds were very comfortable. 
Breakfast was included with many fresh options. Parking is extra but a good price. Would recommend it

We arrived to check in the desk help was so slow.  The young guy didn't have the ability to access room keys.  Why was he alone at the desk.  The night we checked in our room door malfunctioned. Morning of check out maid over rode key & walked in on us naked.  No knock no nothing. We go to check out the desk said someone had marked our room empty.  Funny we still had our keys.   Will never stay here again.

There are many interesting shops around, and there are plenty of entertainment and life. Hotel breakfast, environment, room hygiene size, all good. The style is the feeling of a music bar. Unique feeling. A good choice.

Free parking! Room was small, stayed two nights, breakfast was normal American standards! The service attitude of the staff is super good, and they take care of answering all kinds of questions! Self-service laundry, 1.5 knives for washing, 1.5 knives for drying, 1.5 knives for washing tablets, overall evaluation is good 👍

The location is just off the I24 road, free parking, good breakfast, cost-effective, suitable for car rental friends. Of course, if there is a team to stay, it will be noisy. Near the road, friends who are light should consider sleep problems.

Breakfast is very simple, the room is very hygienic and cost-effective

The evaluation is based on the tips of the readers:-) Breakfast buffet, a variety of bread and egg milk fruit and cereal drinks, as well as toasters and waffle makers. The young lady in the kitchen looks like she is working alone, very clean! There are many families with children, and they are very polite. A large bed is enough for 2-3 people to sleep, can you write clearly in the extra bed ordering details. The location of the hotel is also very good, high-speed roadside, a lot of fast food restaurants, and a variety of food and beverage outlets. Parking is also available. There is also a small swimming pool. Some families bring their children to have fun at night, and a single dog like me can sit by the pool and share such joy. The gym is small. The front desk service is very good, order a pizza to find a variety of consulting!

This was a nice clean place and we loved the way they made us feel THANK YOU SO MUCH

My husband and I had a great stay. The room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable.  The guy that checked us is very nice and friendly.  If we go back threw again we will stay again. Thank you for a GREAT STAY.

The front desk clerk was great and very nice. When I booked the last room on this site for a king room, I  didn't expect it to be one for disabilities. Was a little bit of a surprise for me but I'm not that difficult.

Very friendly staff. 
The room was very small, not suitable for myself and my 11 year old.
Cleaning was ok.
Was able to do my laundry there. 
Breakfasts were ok but would be nice if they would include some fruit (grapes, Strawberries etc). 
Did enjoy their library Cafe that is open until very late and provides free coffee.

The hotel's location is excellent, with two subway stations and one JR station nearby. It's less than an hour to Haneda Airport, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the area, and Akihabara is within walking distance. The lounge area offers complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks. The front desk staff are highly professional, always quick to resolve any issues, and even recommended some great local restaurants. Absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo!

Facilities: The room size is quite generous for Tokyo standards. However, the bathroom is indeed tiny, with a small bathtub and toilet. Plus, there's a significant step-down, which is really inconvenient.
Cleanliness: The hotel's cleanliness is excellent. It's neat and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is located in the very quiet and pleasant residential area of Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, which is lovely. It's also super close to the subway.
Service: The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic and welcoming.
Overall, a very good stay!

The location is super convenient. The rooms are well-equipped and spotlessly clean, and they even provide disposable toiletries. Housekeeping was very prompt. There's plenty of space to comfortably fit a large checked suitcase. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel is very nice! The room is small but has enough space for a solo traveler. It is clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent, the hotel is close to Kanda Station, so it easy to travel to other parts of the city. It's also within walking distance of Akihabara. The breakfast is good, and I personally liked the ticket system. This ensures there are always available tables and no queues for the elevator. The staff is very friendly as well.
