The hotel has a great location, a 10-minute walk to the subway.

The facilities are new and clean.

The breakfast is quite substantial and meets basic needs.

The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable! I slept super deep.

The best part was how friendly and welcoming the hotel staff were.

After checking out, when confirming the fare with the taxi driver, the hotel staff proactively helped communicate with him: firstly because Turkish drivers often have limited English, and secondly to confirm the fare was reasonable.

They were especially nice to the children.

It is my favourite hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is fantastic 😀 Hotel workers are kind and you can find lots of multicultural employees.

The hotel facilities are okay, a bit old-fashioned, not quite up to the standard of a 3-star hotel back home. However, compared to other hotels, the value for money is decent, so I guess it's acceptable for an international stay. The Wi-Fi was quite unstable in some rooms. The breakfast was alright. You see a lot of people who've had hair transplants around the hotel, with bandages on their heads. The hotel is within walking distance of the metro station for the airport, which is convenient for airport transfers.

The hotel is very close to the subway station of Line M2, and it takes only a minute to walk to 2-3. It is very convenient to go anywhere! Breakfast is also very good! ! The environment is also very good (p1 lobby, p2 restaurant), the restaurant can take a very good view (P4)!
It is worth everyone to stay!

The hotel has new and very clean rooms. Towels are packaged, rooms are quiet and quite spacious. The reception is friendly and has a team that tries to meet all your requests. The only disadvantage may be its location, but Eskişehir is a small settlement and this is not a problem. I will choose it again for my next stay.

We went for New Year's Eve. They welcomed us incredibly warmly and pleasantly. Everything from room cleaning to facility cleaning was great. It was a very thoughtful thought that they greeted us with a heater when we were cold in the cold weather. The only thing missing is parking. It can be easily found along the street. At least we were able to find it on New Year's Eve.

The room was clean and tidy, and a good size compared to other hotels in Almaty. The breakfast restaurant was excellent with beautiful views. The international breakfast wasn't quite to my taste; I prefer the breakfast at Holiday Inn Express. But with such amazing views, it really didn't matter.
