The hotel has a great location, a 10-minute walk to the subway.

The facilities are new and clean.

The breakfast is quite substantial and meets basic needs.

The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable! I slept super deep.

The best part was how friendly and welcoming the hotel staff were.

After checking out, when confirming the fare with the taxi driver, the hotel staff proactively helped communicate with him: firstly because Turkish drivers often have limited English, and secondly to confirm the fare was reasonable.

They were especially nice to the children.

We changed rooms three times during our three-night stay. The first room we were given had issues with cleanliness; there were hairs (head and body) on the sheets, in the sink, and in various parts of the room. When we reported it, they were helpful and moved us to a clean room. However, that room had no hot water. In the second room, the air conditioning didn't work. By the time we got to the last room, we were tired of changing, so we just accepted it. I don't think I'll be choosing this hotel again.

It is my favourite hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is fantastic 😀 Hotel workers are kind and you can find lots of multicultural employees.

We spent two nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. We loved that it is pet friendly so we were able to travel with our dog. It was also a great location for walking a dog as the hotel is right next to a main boulevard with a great pedestrian walkway. The hotel was also well situated between tourist attractions with the Oldupazar neighborhood about 2.5 km in one direction and the Savoza park about the same distance in the other direction.  The staff was helpful and friendly and the restaurant was very good.  We also used the gym and the spa for a massage and were happy with both of these facilities. We will likely travel to Eskisehir again and will definitely choose Park Dedeman hotel for our stay.

We went for New Year's Eve. They welcomed us incredibly warmly and pleasantly. Everything from room cleaning to facility cleaning was great. It was a very thoughtful thought that they greeted us with a heater when we were cold in the cold weather. The only thing missing is parking. It can be easily found along the street. At least we were able to find it on New Year's Eve.

Very suitable for a short stay. The cleanliness and hospitality were excellent. Its distance from the city center is already known. I just found the breakfast price to be a bit high.
