I stayed for a week and overall had a great experience. The staff were very polite, and the breakfast was quite delicious. Transportation was convenient. Regarding the internet connection issues mentioned in previous reviews, browsing domestic video websites or WeChat voice/video chats would temporarily disconnect the internet, but it would recover after a while. This is likely due to network port restrictions, but browsing YouTube videos was fine. Everything was great, and I would definitely come back.

We changed rooms three times during our three-night stay. The first room we were given had issues with cleanliness; there were hairs (head and body) on the sheets, in the sink, and in various parts of the room. When we reported it, they were helpful and moved us to a clean room. However, that room had no hot water. In the second room, the air conditioning didn't work. By the time we got to the last room, we were tired of changing, so we just accepted it. I don't think I'll be choosing this hotel again.

It is my favourite hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is fantastic 😀 Hotel workers are kind and you can find lots of multicultural employees.

We spent two nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. We loved that it is pet friendly so we were able to travel with our dog. It was also a great location for walking a dog as the hotel is right next to a main boulevard with a great pedestrian walkway. The hotel was also well situated between tourist attractions with the Oldupazar neighborhood about 2.5 km in one direction and the Savoza park about the same distance in the other direction.  The staff was helpful and friendly and the restaurant was very good.  We also used the gym and the spa for a massage and were happy with both of these facilities. We will likely travel to Eskisehir again and will definitely choose Park Dedeman hotel for our stay.

Both of us have a wonderful stay here. The room very cozy in modern style the bed uhhh so comfy make u feel lazy to get off😻 we tried the buffet breakfast and it was amazing.the. Location of the hotel only 8 minute walk from train station and its walkable around the town area. I really love our time here. And the hotel smells really nice like 5 star hotel .

Very suitable for a short stay. The cleanliness and hospitality were excellent. Its distance from the city center is already known. I just found the breakfast price to be a bit high.
