The newly opened hotel has new facilities and a great environment. It's only a ten-minute walk from the business district, but it's not noisy at all. There are many beautiful flowers in the yard. When the breeze blows under the blue sky, it's so relaxing. (os: The beautiful ladies at the front desk are very interesting)

An excellent stay, truly recommendable. The room was very spacious, open and not at all cramped. The entire room was meticulously clean, with every corner spotless. The downstairs environment was pleasant, and the location was superb, with many restaurants nearby, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The overall living experience was very good, quiet and comfortable, suitable for both travel and family stays. Highly praised! I especially want to commend the ladies at the front desk; they were incredibly patient in answering any questions during check-in and check-out. In the end, due to a change in plans, I asked them to help cancel my extended stay, and they patiently assisted throughout the process! I really love these super helpful ladies!

The entire hotel is smoke-free, clean, and odorless. We booked a twin room with breakfast. It cost nearly 600 per night. Breakfast is only for two adults; children are charged extra. You also can't bring any outside food back to the room. The hotel TV is really annoying and practically unusable, with no channels working. There's no washing machine. You have to walk to the Huashan Tourist Center yourself. The hotel shuttle only goes to the hot springs; there's no shuttle service to the tourist center if you're not going to the hot springs. Unfortunately, we couldn't go to Mount Hua that day as it was temporarily closed. You can see Mount Hua from the hotel. The children's carousel and other amusement facilities on the first floor all require an additional fee. The breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese, and the taste is decent. There aren't many dining options near the hotel, so you'll need to take a taxi to the city center to eat.

This stay was exceptionally pleasant, and I must commend the front desk staff! Upon arrival with my bags, the receptionist immediately offered assistance, maintaining a gentle and polite demeanor throughout, speaking softly and attentively without any hint of perfunctoriness. Check-in was quick and efficient; they pre-verified my information, explained room key usage, breakfast times, and elevator location clearly, saving me a lot of trouble. When I inquired about nearby restaurants, parking, and hot water supply, the receptionist patiently and meticulously answered all my questions, even offering helpful recommendations for affordable local eateries. Their service response was also prompt; phone inquiries were answered quickly and resolved efficiently. Overall, the service was professional yet warm, without any stiffness or distance, and they were genuinely attentive. The excellent front desk service significantly enhanced the entire stay experience, making it excellent value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to my friends!
