This hotel is pretty good! It was a pleasant surprise to find a place in Hong Kong, where space is at a premium, that could accommodate two adults and two children at this price point. The sofa bed opens up to sleep two kids comfortably. We booked the tent-themed room, and the little ones had a blast. The hotel also has a children's playground, which, even though it costs money (around 200 square feet), the kids actually said was more fun than Neobio! The location is great, quite close to the MTR station. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and a microwave available to heat up food. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to Metroplaza, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Kwai Chung Plaza, where you'll find plenty of dining options and supermarkets, all at reasonable prices. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

Staying at Dorsett Kwun Tong has been a really comfortable and convenient experience overall. The hotel environment is clean, the room facilities are well-equipped, and the staff are very polite and quick to help whenever needed. As for the location, it's quite convenient to get to Kwun Tong and nearby shopping malls, with plenty of options for daily dining and shopping. After staying for a while, it gradually started to feel familiar, almost like a temporary second home. What I appreciate most is the relatively quiet environment; after a busy day, returning to the hotel allows for true relaxation. All in all, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Dorsett is a good chain hotel that I’ve stayed at before many times in Hong Kong, but I have to say this is probably my least favourite of the several locations they have. The hotel does offer good facilities and good sized rooms with comfortable bedding, bathroom. The hotel also has a gym, and restaurant. However, the location isn’t too good and despite saying it’s only a few hundred meters away from two metro stations it’s quite a long and inconvenient walk from either. In addition, one side of the hotel overlooks a huge cemetery and grave yard - so if you are particular about this kinda of thing it would be an issue and it would be your entire view so something you can’t avoid. This isn’t mentioned anywhere else from what I can find. The only way you can avoid this is to pay to upgrade to a premium room (I feel this is a little unfair way of marketing). Staff are generally friendly however I did find one of the concierge a little rude and abrupt.

Although the room size is a bit small, it's generally clean and comfortable, with a great view. You can enter the hotel directly from the main stadium direction, and nearby there's a shopping mall with a wide array of shops and food, making it very convenient. The transportation is also quite accessible.

The room facilities are a bit dated, but it was exceptionally clean with zero weird smells. It's compact yet fully equipped with everything you need. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus departing on the hour from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, which is quite convenient. Bottled water is not provided, but there are water dispensers in the common areas on three of the floors, so you can easily go to the nearest floor to get water. The hotel is about a 10-plus minute walk from Mong Kok MTR Station. Light sleepers should think twice before booking; we stayed on the 7th floor and were woken up by the MTR sounds a little after 5:00 AM—it felt like the trains were running right underneath us! The room has USB ports, but if the two of you have multiple devices, bringing a travel adapter is still recommended.

My overall stay at the Cosmo Hotel Hong Kong was very pleasant. Aside from the location not being the most convenient, the check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were very polite and answered questions clearly.

The room was spotlessly clean, and both the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable and met my expectations, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was well-equipped, and while the space was a typical size for Hong Kong, the storage and layout were well-designed, making it convenient to use.

Overall, if you're looking for a hotel in Hong Kong with great service and a comfortable stay experience, Cosmo Hotel is a good choice. I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Had an awesome stay at Dorsett KL! The room I booked was fully occupied, but the staff kindly upgraded us to a better room without any extra charges. Really appreciate the gesture! 🙌

The room was comfortable, and the whole experience was great. Big shoutout to the staff for their excellent service and for making sure we had a pleasant stay. It's these little things that make a hotel stand out!

Definitely a place I'd come back to. Great hospitality, great experience, and totally worth it. Thanks, Dorsett KL! ❤️

The room was very cosy and the staff all very nice, very good customer service upon check-in.downside is the bathroom wall seems not so clean.

Had a great stay here! The cleanliness was excellent, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable and smelled fresh and clean.
The location is also very strategic — within walking distance to Pavilion Bukit Bintang, which made it really convenient to explore the area. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to the MRT, making getting around super easy whether you're going to attractions or grabbing a bite to eat. For the price, it offers great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, I had a good stay. If I come back to this area, I'd definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to friends.

So far, everything's been okay, but the room carpet has a strong urine smell. All the in-room facilities are fine. The breakfast is the best, the food is delicious. As for the pool, it wasn't very enjoyable, maybe because there were a lot of birds and the floor was covered in bird droppings. There were even bird feathers in the adult pool, so we only let the kids enjoy it.

1. The location is quite good, with Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Sun Fong Bak Kut Teh, and Regalia Suites & Residences nearby. Getting a Grab (ride-sharing service) is also very convenient.
2. I booked a two-bedroom apartment, which faced a high-rise residential building under construction. It was a bit noisy, but tolerable. However, the view wasn't great. The circular balcony was a selling point, but I barely used it. Also, whether from the room or the infinity pool on the rooftop, you could only see the very tips of the Petronas Towers.
3. The security management (card access for elevators) and housekeeping were pretty good. The water heater is electric, and after the initial few minutes, the hot water was consistently piping hot.
4. Check-in and breakfast are at the adjacent Regalia Hotel, not in the Regalia Residences itself, but it's only about 20 meters away.
5. My wife was quite unhappy with all the mirrors in the apartment; she joked that it looked like some kind of ritualistic array, haha. But seriously, there were too many mirrors – in the living room, bedrooms, everywhere. Even the coffee table was mirrored. I don't understand this style at all. If you mind a lot of mirrors, you might want to choose another place.
6. The washing machine has a drying function, the fridge is huge, and the air conditioning works really well.
7. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, and towels are provided. I recommend buying a pair of slippers in Bukit Bintang, as the paper slippers provided in the room can be slippery since the bathroom doesn't have a wet/dry separation.

Transiting in Singapore, the Crowne Plaza at the airport was too expensive, so I chose this hotel instead.

**Location:** It's a 15-minute drive from Changi Airport. A taxi from the airport costs around S$18. On the ground floor, it's right next to Changi City Point, making dining incredibly convenient. There's a Ya Kun Kaya Toast, which opens around 7 AM, perfect for takeaway.

**Facilities:** The room was quite spacious and clean. Upon entering, there's even a mini 'kitchenette' with utensils, a kettle, and an induction hob. Toiletries and slippers are provided. However, the shower was problematic – low water pressure, a rusty showerhead, and it made a squeaking sound when turned on.

**Note:** If you get a room facing the swimming pool, there's a continuous machine noise, like a compressor or something. It's advisable to listen for it for about 5 minutes after entering. The front desk staff were very helpful and willing to assist with room changes.

Location allows you to explore Chinatown. There is no free parking if you are driving and you will have to pay for parking near the hotel. Swimming pool deck chairs need replacement as some are in bad shape. There are also some missing tiles in the swimming pool.
