So wonderful
All staff are good I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. The service was excellent, and everything was handled professionally. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and the food was delicious. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant experience.

I really liked FX Metrolink Makkasan! It is located very near Makkasan station, I did not need to worry about getting to the BTS for train to the airport. I booked FX Metrolink Makkasan because it was affordable for one person and I was here for Siam Songkran, the hotel is quite close to the venue.

The hotel room was very well-equipped with all the basic necessities for your stay. I was half expecting air conditioning to be not enough but it was very good. I only had one day that my bins were not cleared but other than that I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. It is very easy for Grab riders to miss their turn.

The hotel is quite close to Asok station, but when you enter the station, you need to differentiate between the MRT and BTS entrances. The BTS entrance is a bit further, requiring a short walk (it's indoors, so it's not hot).

**Hotel:** The staff inside the hotel are all very nice. I arrived around 11 AM on the check-in day, and since a room was available, they allowed me to check in early for free (depends on the hotel's discretion, of course). No deposit was required either. I spoke English (a bit broken, but they understood since it's a service industry. So, I don't know if they speak Chinese). However, before leaving, I waited for the cleaning staff to check everything before I departed.

**Hygiene** was also very good, and all facilities were present. The bathroom had a bathtub, but also a separate space for showering, which I really liked. I'm not sure if it's because I contacted them via email beforehand, but the room was also very quiet.

**Minor drawbacks:** The lighting was yellow (or maybe I just didn't know how to adjust it [disappointedR]). There's no self-service washing machine, but there is a paid laundry service. Apparently, there are laundromats nearby, but I didn't use them (it was too late when I returned, I think they were closed. I don't know if they open during the day).

There are two 7-Eleven stores across the street at the intersection when you turn left outside. If you walk a bit further, you can reach Terminal 21. If you're a fan, the GMMTV building also seems to be nearby.

Excellent location - very close to Chong Nonsi BTS, restaurants, pharmacy and mini Marts. Breakfast is served next to the Reception, not very spacious. Coffee should be upgraded. In room, they provide cotton buds, shower caps, bath gel and shampoo but not tooth brush kit. Near the lift, they provide iron, ironing board, instant coffee and tea bags. I appreciate how they care the guests: I ordered some shoes from a sport store and the delivery was made 10 days earlier than the expected dates (my stay dates). When I wrote to them about it, they made a quick response to me and kept the box. Upon checking in, the receptionist immediately brought me the box before I asked. I was amazed how they took care of the guests in detail.

The hotel room is spacious, clean , there are microwaves, safe and iron , bowls ,plates in the room . A small swimming pools at the ground floor . For cleaning room we asked the staff to change the bedsheets, but they didn’t changed and just made the bed as if they changed already. This is the reason I gave 4 stars only , the service I gave 5 stars even though the reception girls aren’t patient, but the night shift man service quite good . During the stay my nephew lost his blanket which has sentimental value for him , he cried the whole night and next day we go to reception to help looking for that because after cleaning and changed the bedsheets , we couldn’t the small blanket at night . At first the reception said the cleaning staff didn’t see it , we were very sure and asked them to ask if it’s with the bedsheets at the laundry. Luckily they found it for us , the reception man took the responsibilities ,that’s why I gave 5 stars for service.

They are so good and wonderful behaviour, this hotel I think very new and very clean which one I really like, feel fresh in this hotel, and they are so lovely for service, I can give them out of nine so they are really awesome and I really love them are doing very well and good job. They can understanding how you want and if they give them any request to trying their best except your request if I check left check, check out there is no issue because I check out late just one hour for this they’re so humble and they are so unsustainable

The room was decent and very affordable. It was very clean, and the location is excellent, near the Singapore River in the city center, close to Merlion Park and Clarke Quay. Public transportation is convenient, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. It's perfect for business travel.

The overall experience at this hotel was a delightful surprise! The front desk staff, especially a lovely lady, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She thoughtfully arranged a room that perfectly suited our needs upon check-in – it was spotless and well-maintained. The hotel's location is also super convenient, making it easy to get around and find great places to eat. Definitely excellent value for money! We'll be choosing this hotel again for our next visit.

We had an amazing stay at Formua Xclusive in Bali! The hotel was beautiful, and we especially loved the pool—it was such a great place to relax and enjoy our time.

The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really made our stay even more enjoyable. We had such a great experience at Formua Xclusive and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. We would happily stay here again! 🌴❤️

Loved the interior of the room, very Balinese style room with a bath tub, the room size is good and very affordable.. hotel location other wise is really out of no where, not close to any restaurants or convenient store. Luckily we can order grab.. but still not much activity available in the hotel except for massage and spa, pool bar is not open, no one actually goes to the pool. It's near to nature so quite a bit of insects.. Staff and friendly and helpful.. There is only 1 restaurant and price wise is not cheap and food is not nice as well.. we were given bread and butter before our meal but even our butter is tasteless,unsalted.. the curry is very watery.. I guess after trying so many nice food around Asia, our taste buds can be quite picky so for the price paid, the food does not satisfy our desire for good food.
