The location is excellent, situated within Saigon Centre and conveniently within walking distance to Saigon Square, local shops, and various restaurants. It is an ideal spot for families and couples who wish to fully experience all that Vietnam has to offer. The atmosphere is vibrant and lively. We particularly appreciate the location and the hotel itself, making it our preferred choice. The staff consistently demonstrates kindness, friendliness, and a welcoming demeanor, and the service is commendable. The only minor point to mention is that the elevator can take a little longer during peak periods such as Christmas and New Year. The rooms are consistently clean, and the beds are always very comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience at Fusion Suites Saigon. The hotel offers a perfect blend of modern design and comfort, with spacious and well-maintained rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided.

The location is also very convenient—close to major attractions, restaurants, and cafes, making it easy to explore the city.

Overall, I highly recommend Fusion Suites Saigon for anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish stay in Ho Chi Minh City. I would definitely come back again.

Had a fantastic stay at Fusion! The breakfast spread had a great variety, definitely something to look forward to every morning. My room also came with a complimentary 30 minute massage, which was very relaxing and a nice touch.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout. Location is excellent, right at the front beach, with a great sea view. The rooftop was a highlight as well, very chill atmosphere with drinks and an infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

Overall, a really enjoyable and comfortable stay. Would definitely come back.

Overall I've enjoyed Hiive. That's why I continue to extend my stay. However, tonight was a bit problematic. I ordered room service. But neither the receptionist nor the restaurant worker understood my request. I wanted a Caesar salad with shrimp. The restaurant worker thought I requested a Caesar salad with raw chicken. I contacted reception in the hopes that an English speaker would clarify things. But the receptionist was also confused. I've been all over Southeast Asia. I don't expect English fluency from locals. But I'm a bit puzzled when room service fails to understand my request for an item on their own menu. When the salad arrived, it contained only 3 shrimp. I also requested coconut milk. I was brought coconut 'sauce?' The guy then tells me that coconut milk is out of stock. This reminded me of my many disappointments in Manila. So be it. I ordered carrot juice instead. I'm not a demanding person. I don't like to complain. I only share this experience because my booking isn't cheap. My hope is that Hiive will address my concerns.

This was my very first stay at HIIVE by Fusion Binh Duong – VSIP 1, and to be honest, it completely exceeded all of my expectations. Before arriving, I only knew that the hotel was located inside the VSIP 1 industrial park, so I assumed it would be simple, convenient and probably focused on business travelers. But the moment I walked in, I felt a warm and modern atmosphere that instantly made me comfortable, almost like a boutique hotel rather than a typical business accommodation.

The check-in process was smooth and friendly. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, spoke excellent English, and handled everything quickly. They even gave a short introduction about the hotel facilities and restaurants nearby, which was very thoughtful for a first-time guest. What impressed me most was how proactive they were—before I even asked, they offered assistance with transportation, breakfast hours, and places worth visiting around Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City.

My room was stylish, clean, and much more spacious than I expected. The design was modern, simple, and comfortable, with everything placed in a smart and practical way. The bed was incredibly soft, the pillows were perfect, and the lighting made the room feel relaxing and cozy. The large desk and strong Wi-Fi were ideal for work, and the bathroom was bright, clean, and equipped with good quality toiletries. I could tell that every detail was designed with comfort in mind.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the hotel facilities. The gym was clean, well-equipped, and available 24/7, which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of both Asian and Western dishes, and the food tasted fresh and well-prepared. I particularly enjoyed the coffee—strong, smooth, and a perfect way to start the morning.

Another highlight was the quiet environment. Even though the hotel is located in an industrial area, inside it felt peaceful and comfortable, making it a great place to rest after a long day. The soundproofing of the rooms was excellent, so I slept very well throughout my stay.

Most importantly, the service made a deep impression on me. Every staff member I met was polite, helpful, and professional. They truly cared about the guests, and that made a huge difference. For a first-time stay, it gave me a strong and positive feeling about coming back again in the future.

Overall, my first experience at HIIVE by Fusion Binh Duong – VSIP 1 was wonderful. The hotel is clean, modern, quiet, and perfectly managed. Whether for business or short trips, it is a very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Binh Duong.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. The room was clean and they didnt hold back on amenities AT ALL. The location is right close to Huong river, right by Trang Tien bridge where many popular food places like Banh Mi O Tho and Phe La are. on top of that the staff members are attentive and supportive from A-Z. 

I didn't get to try the restaurant and the spa, so no comment. Definitely trying them next time visiting Hue.

100% should try.

My second stay there and hopefully not my last one. If you are looking for a relaxing spa hotel surrounded by beautiful nature and calmness then Alba is your place. Modern architecture, lots of green, great pool, plenty of relaxing activities like yoga and meditation, the onsen, the massages etc.
Staff is extremely nice, professional and helpful. I didn't want to leave but unfinished can't do holidays forever

Хорошее место,для отдыха и релаксации посреди путешествия. Горы,теплые источники,тишина и покой. Мы были в декабре, соответственно вода в обычном бассейне холодная,водные горки не работали. Поэтому для детей развлечений немного. Но мы ехали именно за источниками,они были выше всяких похвал.Удивило,что внутри курорта для разграничения зон ,используется колючая проволока(последнее фото).Как то странно для места отдыха.

As a newly built hotel, the facilities are clean and good. 
Most of the rooms are pool villas, so the main pool is a bit small, but it's okay. 
The breakfast menu is a bit limited, but the rice noodles, bread, and coffee provided at the espresso bar were delicious, so it was good. 
The location is far from the city center, but there are many seafood restaurants nearby, 2 km from the hotel, and free delivery and pick-up/drop-off were provided, so I had a good stay for 3 nights and 4 days without any inconvenience. 
It was disappointing that there was no wine opener in the room, and although you can rent one in the lobby, there were very few prepared. I wish the hotel had at least a wine opener on hand.

It was so good that I regret only staying for one night. I booked a pool villa and had fun swimming in the morning and evening. I chose dinner and breakfast for half board, and the banh xeo was the best. When I checked out, my flight time was right next to the shuttle bus, so it was cheap and convenient. The price was 100,000 VND per person, but since we were the only ones, we traveled in an SUV like a private car. Every staff member I met greeted me with a smile, and the morning yoga was truly the best. Whenever I travel, I reserve a buggy and it comes right away, so I have a real staycation~~!! I'll come back with my parents next time.
